The service was fantastic. Very friendly repairman! Great answering service. We were able to make a same day appointment and because I gave them my dryer info before they arrived, they already had the part that was needed to fix it. I will definitely reach out to them if I have any future problem with my refrigerator.

There was a great experience.Our refrigerator was messing up and they came quickly as well as analyzed and solved the issue quickly as well as gave a good price. They were friendly, made great conversation, and helped with cleaning out the fridge and put everything back to how it needed to be. I will definitely call them again in the future.

Daniel with Premier Appliance San Diego is a very honest and reliable repairman. I highly recommend his company. Daniel was called to repair a refrigerator problem which he did. Additionally, my refrigerator was not dispensing ice thru the front door. After trying a few different solutions it was determined that I needed a new door. I ordered a new door from the manufacturer that took over two months to receive. I called Daniel to come and install the door unfortunately it did not fix the problem. Daniel offered to refund my service charge because it did not fix the problem. How many repair companies do you know that would come to your home multiple times and then offer to refund your money for his service. Thanks Daniel

I usually like take time to write reviews especially when its a such great service with company and couldnt resist.I want to give a shout out to Daniel at Premier Appliance. I had (thought I had) a problem with my oven. He did troubleshooting over the phone/telling me the issues my tenants were reporting were actually not issues. Other repair places told me they would have to come out and charge me at least $65 to $100 to come out.I appreciate Daniel taking the time to try to address the issue (and not charge for an unnecessary visit.In the future, when I do have an issue with any appliance (refrigerator, oven, stove, washer/dryer, microwave) that needs repair, I will definitely call Daniel/Premier Appliance.

I cant say enough good things about this company. I have used their service twice and both times they exceeded my expectations. Once for a refrigerator and a second time for a dryer. Had a different technician each time and both were professionals. They arrived on time, found the problems, and gave me excellent advice.
