We had our fridge go out on us so we called him from a referral and even though he was super busy and arrived a little later than originally anticipated, he was very communicative and fit us in for an emergency/ last minute appointment.He was kind, clean, and would definitely recommend him!!

I have used Rishat several times over the years at multiple properties. He’s reliable. On time. Honest. Fair. Trustworthy. If he’s available, I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Had problem with wine cooler not lowering temperature. Rishat was professional, patient, and informative. Explained the problem and the fix thoroughly. Did a great job. Would use again and highly recommend to anyone else.

The service call to explore the problem was as expected. My concern is when Rishat returned to install the new part. During his repair he broke the water dispensing button (by accident im sure). When I attempted to get water, the water button dangled from the housing...I couldt believe it! I texted him a picture. We spoke the next day - and he admitted he had heard a crack, but wasnt sure what it was. When i asked him about replacing the item, he offered to waive his labor, but Id need to pay for the $144 dollar part. I found his solution totally unacceptable, since he was responsible for the damage. He defended his position by saying it was a faulty design by the manufacture, and parts are made of plastic and over time can get brittle and break, so its not his fault. I understand that, yet, he never explained the possible consequences and outcome of this repair, which had already set me back $418 dollars. I didnt know I had a risk of paying another $144 if he broke a part during his repair. Bottom line for me - is he does not stand behind his work. From what I googled - he does not appear to be a LICENSED business and likely is not insured, do your own search. I would not recommend his services.Since writing this review - I ordered 1 of the 2 parts Rishat had suggested would be needed to fix the damage he caused. I didnt understand why I would need a new housing - but he insisted it would be needed. I purchased the first part for only $20, he was charging $44. It required no tools to install which made it very easy. When I removed the broken part I found the housing was cracked and Rishat had actually tried to fix the broken part by adding a small screw to hold the water button on place. At this point it made sense to me why he was suggesting 2 parts would be needed - because he knew exactly what he had done. So he lied about hearing a crack, and then tried to cover it up and charge me to fix it. He appears to be a very dishonest person. I would not trust him in my home or with my appliances.

WATCH THIS GUY! He claimed he could make our oven work, but it doesn’t. The burner in our old stove stopped working, so we called around, and got Rishat. He came over for $85, which would go towards repairs - so far, so good. He played around with it for a while, mentioning that finding a replacement thermostat was possible but unlikely. Then he announced that for $200 total he could make it work, and we happily agreed. After some more work, he announced that it was fixed. I was amazed, and very pleased. We paid him the $200, and after he mentioned the ‘One year warranty’, he left. Only after he left did we discover that, although the burner went on, it did not go off. So, the temperature just keeps climbing, no matter where the knob was set. Too bad he didn’t check that! Too bad we didn’t check it, before we paid him! After some unreturned calls and an email, I finally caught him at home. He came over, and played around with the stove some more. He mentioned ‘calibration’, but after fooling with it he gave up on that. He mentioned again about possibly getting a replacement thermostat, or sending it off to be repaired, but I didn’t notice him offering to do anything about that. He gathered up his tools, and when it appeared he was going to leave, I said “You owe us $115.” ($200 minus the $85 for showing up) He looked confused. “What?” I said “You said you would make it work, but you didn’t.” He mumbled some excuses about not knowing that the thermostat wouldn’t work, or something like that. Obviously he had no intention of doing anything more about it, and he admitted he would rather get a bad review than return our measly $115. I’m sure that for most easy repairs he’s just fine, but based on our experience, he doesnt do well with difficult things, and he plainly is not concerned about dissatisfied customers.

Rishats labor charges are simply out of touch. He charged $200 to replace an oven control panel, claiming he spent 30 minutes ordering the part. Even if this were true, 30 minutes of googling + 20-30 minutes of install time shouldnt be $200. But I gave him the model number of the oven, and found the part online in minutes, so this really doesnt make sense.Even if you include drive time (which no service Ive ever used does), his business is located 3.3 miles from my place. So $200 would still be unreasonable.

Very polite and courteous, works efficiently and did a good job repairing the ice-maker in my refrigerator. Great service, pricing is very reasonable and fair.

See YELP reviews, similar story time and time again!**Rishat is not a professional! Upon calling his company he is quick to schedule you for a diagnoses. I explained the problem and situation to him on the phone, specifically asking him if he carried a specific parts for make/model washer. He ensured me that he has standard parts in stock and makes repairs on-site. He took a look at the washer for all of a minute and then stated our motor needs to be replaced. I asked how much a replacement motor was. He didn’t know, didn’t want to give me any idea of costs. If you’re repairing washer and dryers all day, you should have an idea of costs!Rishat mentioned he would be in touch Monday with further details on part cost and repair times. He never followed up with any further specifics on costs or repair details.Rishat is not licensed and bonded. Rishat doesn’t indeed to complete or repair certain jobs, he just comes out to collect diagnosis service fee.I contacted another local and licensed company the next day that diagnosed and repaired the job. Rishat, it wasn’t even the motor than needed repair it was a sensor.

He is excellent. When faced with a complicated and deceiving issue he will put in the work to solve the problem and make the repair. My oven had a wiring diagram that was from a previous model, Rishat stayed with the problem until he got it worked out. Great job!

My LG washer stopped and aborted in the middle of a cycle. I called Rishat on Saturday. He returned the call within a few hours and checked the appliance next Tuesday. He needed to order the part for repairs. He called me the parts were arrived next Saturday and came to complete the fix on time. He is quiet and very polite. I am very pleased with his work.

I called Appliance Pro Repair for help with my oven after they did great work on my refrigerator. Rishat was able to arrive same day, about an hour after I called. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue with the oven (the igniter). Clearly stated the cost of the repair and the steps he would be taking. The work was done quickly. Rishat was very responsive and professional with coordinating the appointment to fix my washing machine that stopped draining. We found the root cause of the problem, had the needed part with him and completed the replacement extremely fast and reasonably priced. He came to diagnose the issues with my dishwasher multiple times (All included in the original fee to fix it) and when I realized it was cheaper to just buy a new dishwasher after Rishat found multiple things broken, he refunded me the money he charged to repair the dishwasher (and even gave me great recommendations on replacements!) I was very pleased with my experience with this company. I called to get an appointment for a Saturday when I knew Id be home so that someone could services my sub zero refrigerator. They gave me a three hour window when the tech would arrive and sure enough, he came within that window and even called when he was on the way. he was very thorough when he serviced the refrigerator and i was happy with how polite he was from start to finish. Ive used this company in the past and always had good experiences so I figured it was time to give them a review.If you need someone who works quickly and wont overcharge you, this is the best appliance repair place around.

I called Appliance PRO Repair because I have used them in the past and had excellent service. I called Rishat to repair my Kitchenaid Ice Maker which had stopped producing ice. He arrived within the 2-hour time window he scheduled and diagnosed the problem quickly. He had to order some parts and was back within a few days to complete the repair. Hes friendly and very efficient with his time. I would highly recommend him!

He came back out right away and even though it was a different issue he fixed it at no charge. He has also fixed several of my friends wine refrigerators and they have all been happy. Rishat scheduled appointment in 3 hours, quickly diagnosed with malfunctioning compressor and had part in his car to fix it within an hour. I cant say how much I appreciated quick service since two days prior I bought the food worth of $250. He was clean, very calm, professional, didnt try to upsell anything and price was reasonable. Rishat repaired my refrigerator which had lost all power. I had called 3 other companies each said they could come out that night but when their techs called back each said they were booked for the night.Rishat diagnosed and repaired the refrigerator very fast.I am extremely pleased with his service and I would highly recommend him.

I called Rishat the Saturday that my dryer broke and he came to my house the following Monday. He arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem (a broken igniter). Fortunately, he had the part in his car and made the repair on-the-spot. My dryer is very old and could have easily been a write-off, but Rishat took on the repair work without passing judgement and quoted me a very reasonable repair price. I highly recommend him for any appliance repair work that you may need!
