Super friendly, called me back promptly when I got disconnected and was there to help my mom in a super quick time. Not that anyone lives to get towed but this was the best experience Ive had. He even let me know when he was done before my mom did.Thank you for the quick and friendly service

Incredible service, very fast and easy. We had a delivery truck break down and Michael was there in no time to help. He helped get us moving again and double checked we were all set. Brilliant customer service. Would highly recommend!

I have to saw, blowing a tire in the freeway in our RV was terrifying but the guys with San Clements Towing came to the rescue.At first it was hard enough finding someone who would come out and help up put a spare on our 27 ft dully at 8 PM but once we called San Clemente, not only were they willing to help but the owner came out and made sure the driver had back up.We blew an interior tire in the back so they had to remove 2 big tires just to get started. Due to the age and style, a brittle valve broke when trying to get the spare in place and even though it was close to 10 pm, the guys called in a favor from a friend to get the tire valve switched out so we could make it to a shop.This kind of great customer service and personal interaction made a very scary situation manageable. We hope it doesnt happen again, but if it does I know San Clemente Towing will be there to lend a helping hand.

So happy to have found Michael who handled my emergency situation pretty well, even though, he and I never met each other. Last few days were stressful for me. My AAA Plus membership ran out of all four towing services. Unable to renewal. My vintage car had to get out of auto care shop in Costa Mesa due to the very limited parking lots. But it wasnt running due to fuel pump & overheating issue. Too expensive to repair. I promised mechanics Ill get car out on Friday at 7:30AM. I had a difficult time getting hold of towing companies in Costa Mesa and they quickly hung up on me when I asked for quotes, their mailboxes were full or their lines were busy. No luck for five hours. Some of them wont tow my car without my presence. Sigh. I decided to look for the 24 hours towing company via Google. I called and Michael quickly answered my phone call at 11:00PM. I explained to him that my car needed to get out by 7:30AM promptly and get towed it to Long Beach. He accepted my verbal authorization over the phone call and he said I didnt need to show up in Costa Mesa, which surprised me. I was relieved because I had two important meetings to attend at 9am and 11am. Next morning, Michael showed up and towed my car at 7:30AM without payment. He arrived Long Beach and got paid by someone else. It costs $250 for 28 miles between Costa Mesa & Long Beach. ($65-$75 for towing installment plus $6 each mile. Other towing companies costs $10 each mile plus installment fee. Total $400-$500 for same distance.) Michael sent me pictures of my car being towed via text message. Everything went smoothly. I never met Michael, and all I can say that he is great, trustworthy, and professional with a gold heart of servant. 10+ stars!

Fast, friendly, smart, easy going, the list goes on and on. There isnt one negative thing I could say about san clemente towing and recovery. Michael came by in about 30 minutes and we were on the road in less than 10 minutes from then. Fair rate and good service. What more could you ask for? Thank you!

No one wants to be stuck at a major intersection at a traffic light during rush hour on his/her birthday then to find out you also lost your wallet. It was after a long day at work that exact experience occurred to me. I called roadside assistance which in turn called San Clemente towing and recovery. It was a few minutes later Michael called and alerted me that he is coming to help me and he was in Dana point and that it wouldnt take too long but made me aware it was rush hour but he assured me he be there ASAP. It was a short while later MIchael arrived. He was loading up the car and while I was telling upset I was of losing my wallet at same time of having my car getting stuck on a major roadway. Michael was great and extremely understanding. He quickly loaded up my car and we started towing my car to my home. The whole drive there he made me feel much better of the situation, things we get better and that he would help me find my wallet. I started feeling better as Michael kept placing me in a better frame of mind throughout the drive home. Once there he help me push my car into a parking space in front of my home. Most drivers would want there money and start heading back. But Michael started searching for my wallet inside my car, and the guy actually found it. I never been so touched from a stranger I have never met. They say there is a reason for every experience. This is a birthday gift I will never forget. Michael went on to discount my inflated price quote from roadside service. It was like placing a bow on top of a special gift he already given me. Their service was quick, professional, affordable but most important the service came from their heart. Thank you!!

Mike was great and got to me for battery service in less time than they originally told me. Great service, great price, would absolutely recommend.

Called in at 8:00 am was told there would be a 1 hour wait time. They showed up at 12:00 ish. Very unhelpful attitude considering the ridiculous wait time was still charged full price. Honestly wouldn’t bother writing this but I would like to save someone the trouble i webt through. Hopefully they don’t erase the negative reviews

Tow company sent out an inexperienced driver who couldnt tow my van. He also broke the rear brake line and tried to say it was already broken. He got upset when confronted about the damaged and packed his stuff and left. Not man enough to own up to his mistake. I dont recommendt this company at all. Tried calling the supervisor to file a complaint, of course no answer. Drivers name was Michael.

They were super quick and friendly. If you go here ask for Michael Lawerence nice guy he did a great job if I ever neeed a tow im gonna call this guy.
