These people were life saves last week when our car broke down on the side of the fwy and aaa was giving us a hard time. Brianna helped us over the phone and Mark was super helpful, quick and friendly with the tow.These are good people. Will gladly support in the future.

Not professional at all. Bad customer services. Dont use them. Called for battery service they didnt show up. DONT USE THEM.

I forget my tow guys name! But he was fast and informative! From the time of my blowout (950pm) he arrived and changed out my tire and i was back on the road at 10:36pm. I was able to make it home safely with my 3 kids in the car! Thank you guys very much! AAA rocks, also! There’s not enough stars here to show you my appreciation! And thanks to the CHP for showing up and keeping guard on us as well! This all just happened tonight! All Of you y’all are my angels!

I waited almost 2 hours last night for help needed with a dead battery. The young man that came out was terrific. When I asked him why it took soo long he told me he was the only employee working and had many calls. Maybe you need to put more staff on. Im a senior and it was scary waiting so long in the dark in a dead car.

My car was flooded due to the rain yesterday around 1:30 PM at Dana point and wouldnt start. I called the dealer and they said they will send a tow truck by 5 but the police said they cant allow us wait that long so called their own tow truck company which have a relationship with(Preferred towing). They have charged me $500 for one night of storage and 5 miles of towing. Not sure if there is any kind of conspiracy going on between them but this is such a HUGE rip off!!! Stay away from proffered towing. Very disappointing experience.

This company is the best...they took care of me and even gave me a ride home cus i didnt have money for a uber...thank u so much for the great service

This is the worst tow truck company. The driver put a jack thru my floor. Im not kidding, must not have been trained. Itll take 4 days to fix my car and in order to do so, I have to do it on their schedule. This horrible experience will cost me 1.5 days of work and a vacation. Thanks Preferred Towing for only looking out for yourself after damaging my car!!
