Bunch of cowboys running the office. I called for an ETA on my tow after they were already 30 minutes late, when he told me it would be another 15 minutes I said ok and hung up. He called me back yelling at me asking if I wanna wait another 3 hours and to never hang up on him again. I reported it to Chrysler roadside and asked them to cancel the contract with SK Tonwing.

Great place great guys.unfortunatley my cars have spent more time on those trucks then on the road. Just glad they are there.

Called in regard of a vehicle that was towed, Bryan was my point of contact and he was very rude from the get go. Although it was complex situation, he was reluctant to work with me or share information. From what happened, this place is sketchy and highly recommend any other towing company other than this one.

Waited 3 hours and they never showed. Took it upon themselves to cancel call and never let us know. Thanks for nothing Jerk!

Ordered a tow for a fleet vehicle . Got notification that the tow was complete. One of our other drivers rode by and noticed it was still sitting at the pickup location later this morning so I called the tow truck company and they said it was cancelled. He was very rude on the phone, I could barely hear him because of the equipment use behind him and all he kept saying was its cancelled. I ended up using someone else since he obviously didnt care about helping or making a tow. Super rude and poor professionalism.

These people are CROOKS!! I have Statefarm and my insurance covers tow however this tow company made me pay 130 to drop my car off ramp and wanted to charge me 1.50 a minute until I handed them the money. They couldn’t offer a receipt at all!!Do not recommend!! They even said they’re located in riverside which is a dam lie!! SK TOWING- DO NOT TRUST THESE LOSERS!!

Where to begin??? STAY AWAY! My car ran out of gas (YEP, ON ME!) My insurance company apparently referred the job out to this place S and K Towing. DID NOT EVER RECEIVE A CALL FROM THEM like the text from insurance said I would be receiving.....1.5 hours sitting on the side of the road with my bulldog I decided to reach out to them. NO ANSWER......Second call....NO ANSWER....I contact insurance and they tell me they had issues contacting them...what do you mean issues? THEY ARENT ANSWERING OUR CALLS EITHER. 3.5 hours into the ordeal I finally reach someone at S and K who has me in speaker while hes throwing metal tools on the concrete....S AND K TOWING DUDE: SIR, WE RECEIVED YOUR REQUEST AND IT WILL BE A MINIMUM OF AN HOUR WAIT. I explained to this foo Id been sitting on the highway for almost 4 hours and my insurance company put the request in hours ago. S AND K FOO: SIR. YOURE BREAKING UP. I CANT HEAR YOU (CLICK) I call back and the phone just rings and rings.......

Garbage service avoid at all cost. Waited more than 2hrs from initial call to insurance on a 60-90min ETA. Rude as hell, hung up on me when I tried calling about ETA then said they never received my insurance call in.

I would give these guys negative stars if I could, I waited 1.5 hours for them call for an eta then get hung up on then call a couple more times, and got forwarded I called my insurance company that assigned me to them and they lie to them saying they came by when I was sitting in my vehicle the whole time dont waste youre time with these people

This company sucks. Do not use it. They make you wait and wait and then say they never got the the information. They are rude. Stay away!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! ABANDONED ME AFTER ONLY BEING ON SITE FOR 5 MINUTES WJEN I WENT TO ARRANGE A RIDE HOME SINCE THEY WOULDNT LET ME RIDE IN CAB, NEVER TOWED ME, A PAYING CUSTOMER!!! Driver sped off after seeing me chase him down the street trying to get him to stop. This was after waiting 3 hours for them to show up when I was only 10 minutes from home. Worst tow experience ever!

They never showed up and when I called they didnt answer. So I had another tow truck service come and get me.

This has got to be the worst towing company. I have the Chrysler roadside assistance and they hired this company to pick up my vehicle. Originally they said they would get to me in less than an hr. After waiting about 1.5 hrs I called SK Towing and told them I had been waiting. Then they put me on hold without taking any information. After being on hold for several minutes I began to hear a beeping noise which I can only assume I was disconnected. I called Chrysler roadside assistance and they called SK towing and they assured me they would be here in the next 30 min, apparently something was wrong with there truck. 40 min. later and still no sign of them. I called again then they told me the same spiel. 30 min and the driver would be reaching out to me shortly. No one reached out to me and after almost 3 hrs. I called and canceled and went with another towing company.

Worse towing company ever nothing but lies. Sat in my car last night for 3 hours. And every time I would call they would say he’s in route he’s 15 minutes away that is the longest 15 minutes I had ever seen. 3 hours later called and cancel my tow I’ll rather go rent a tow dolly and pick up my own truck. I would never put a penny in there pockets.

My friend and I waited over 4 hours in the raining cold...hungry and late to our plans. When we called they kept saying they would arrive 25 minutes but still no show and we ended up canceling.

Horrible. They unilaterally cancelled us without letting us know After sitting off the 91 for 90 minutes finally called and the response was find another company Never use this group

Literally the absolute WORST, no communication, full voicemail box. ETA was 20 minutes did not show at all. Completely unprofessional and this place needs to be shut down.

Hit my car then proceeded to drive away with no paperwork then denied it when I called asking for insurance. Let’s get this place shut dow. No more business from my family and I. I will push the car if I have to.

Saved my butt. My bike got a flat at 4 am. Got there in a reasonable amount of time and Mario was very nice. Called another place said I has to wait till 8 for a motorcycle tow.

Unprofessional

Have only had a few incidents when I needed to use a Towing Compay. I called S & K to change a tire for me. They were very quick and very professional which was great because it was a very hot day. I wish I could recall the guys name he was very nice.

S&K Tow came to our rescue when our RV broke down. Brian was an excellent driver and put us at ease referring us to a mechanic that was professional and reasonable in price “Carlos Auto Repair” I would definitely refer both these guys to anyone in an emergency situation.

Just got my wife’s car out of this impound cost $275 for just 3 hours. They also went threw my wife’s car and change was taken from her car and there was a dusty shoe print on the passenger A/C vent.

I had to give up my vehicle because I could not afford to recover it from the tow yard again. Last time I paid over $1200 to get it out. This time I had 15 min to get my stuff out and they have no help what so ever to get your stuff out for you, not even a dolly. I was also told I couldnt have things that were not mine and explained to them its not part of the vehicle. They said too bad and closed the door. This is not the first time a tow yard has stolen from me or has taken advantage of someones misfortune. Just my 2 cents and good luck if you deal with them. They suck!

Just like the other 1 Star review I had a very rude expierence. I called to ask questions about getting my vehicle back. All I got in return was a rude attitude and a threat to call my supervisor. Use anyone else just to show the jack asses that customer service is important!

Horrible customer service, very rude people.My Wife pregnant and they didnt allowed her to use bathroom..During the hour we were there 2 other unhappy customers came by to make a complains about bad service and extra damage to their cars while the cars were in the property.Then my brother in law wanted to get his tools and material from his car because he was in his way to work and even knowing that he came in the towing truck where they had his carThey didnt let him to get his tools out of his car..
