Nice movie quality mask on there wall very awesome displays as well

They have a handful of decorations and a good amount of Halloween costumes but they are a little pricey, nothing different than going to Party City and spending $50 for a not so good quality costume that youll wear one time. They also have extra props you can use but again, cheaply made. The store is clean and we were offered assistance but I will only be back if Im desperate for a last minute costume or need a fake plastic foot.

Super friendly staff, very well kept store. If you are interested in a costume for Halloween or a party any time of the year this is the place to come.

This place definitely stepped it up a notch... there is more stuff and props. Just a little too pricey. What gives it the 4 stars is the people who work there, they are so nice and making sure you are being helped.

Large and stocked Halloween store with so many costume ideas its amazing. You will definitely find a costume here if youre in need of one. The isles are nice and labeled so you know where everything is at. The staff welcomes you as soon as you walk into the door. I was beimg helped by a gentlemen and i didnt get his name but he was very friendly and helpful. This was my first time at theis store and i would highly recommend it.

Then Janette started to ring up my order and - not only did she suggest a different makeup product- she actually showed me the difference between the two on her skin! Awesome! We have been here a number of years in a row for all kinds of costume needs. They have off the wall stuff we cant get other places. I are heading out the door for yet another year of costumes. We like it.

They have some very unique animatronics that you cant find at your typical halloween store. Nice selection of costumes too. We got our 4 year old a costume and had a lot of compliments on it.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I called to inquire about a return and got hung up on 4 times by victor. Then when I finally didn’t get hung up on victor was very unprofessional. Didn’t have the time to answer any of my questions. Once we got passed the fact that there are no exchanges, which is a policy they have, I couldn’t even get answers for the questions I had regarding the correct size of the costume that I needed. All I wanted to know is if they had the right size. I was willing to buy the second costume even though they kept hanging up on me and where unprofessional. When requested to speak to the manager Liz Gonzales, to ask her for help since victor with a v couldn’t, she hung up on me as well. Apparently she is too busy to deal with customers on the phone. Not once did I raise my voice or say anything derogatory to either one of them. Of course the frustration mounted after asking for the name and they refused to give it to me multiple times. This is the first review or complaint I have ever made on an employee at any store. But since they have made it difficult to meet my needs as a CUSTOMER! this will be a way for me to voice my opinion on these two employees unprofessionalism. Hopefully when their corporate office opens tomorrow and I voice my opinion to them about their employees unprofessionalism, I can get a different attitude from them. Liz and victor with a V, you are in the CUSTOMER SERVICE WORLD! If you can’t handle dealing with customers, go find a field where you don’t have to deal with CUSTOMERS! You would think a store that overcharges for their stuff the customer would get a little bit of courtesy from them. I have read other reviews from this store and it appears that the rest of the employees that where commended in previous reviews got better training than the manager Liz and victor with a V. I read a lot of good ones. Good for the other employees in this store that are professional, in comparison to these two. I payed $50 for one of your costumes, the least you can d is be courteous.

I thought they would have a better variety of costumes I can never find what Im looking for my daughter at a reasonable price they want damn near $50 for something for a 7 year old thats just outrageous

Plenty of selection but we were there for just a curly black wig for a captain hook costume, but they didnt have it despite their other choices. Kind of a bummer

The store had exactly what I needed to complete a costume. They have a huge amount of stock and seemed to be putting more up while I was there. Tim was awesome and a great pleasure to chat with.

Very cool place to visit with kids when first opens. After that all displays begin to get sold and becomes a regular custome store.

Better places than here thats forsure, managment is horrible she was yelling at customers while there was young children and families around be more professional.
