Always clean, always friendly, always helpful. The manager, (Isabel I think), is one of the hardest working, consistent, informative and a beautiful person. Possibly the best laundry mat in San Bernardino

I come here a lot but its gotten really bad. Its so hot in there im folding my clothes outside. I had to wash my clothes multiple times at a rate 50 cents more then anywhere else. The staff is beyond rude. Anywhere else is better. The only not negative thing i can say is that ive never seen bugs or rodents here. But yeah go anywhere else this is the absolute worst

I like this place its always nice and clean and the workers are nice and always there to help. Only thing I dont like its the dryers are overpriced thats why I gave it a 4 star rating. Restroom is always clean and have games for the kids to keep them busy while your doing laundry.

Really nice washers and dryers. Fast and had no problems. Plus there is an arcade and vending machines if youre bored or hungry. Great place to do laundry if you have kids with you. Plus someone on site that works here

Nice, clean, working machines. Decent, safe area. The only problem is that people dont share the baskets, so bring your own wheeled basket to move your laundry to the dryers.Next to a grocery store so you can always go next door to get a drink and popsicle.

Staff is extremely rude and unhelpful, they didn’t close for another 2 hours and kicked me out cause they wanted to leave early. Really unprofessional. I recommend no one go there.

1st time today. Went when they 1st opened so it was relatively empty. Washer are clean, place was cleaned up. What I liked most was the bathroom was kept up. When you see something like that then you know the people care about their business.

A quick place to do your laundry with 1,3,5&8 load washers.35lb.,45lb.&80lb. Dryers. 3 video games tv for the kids and one for adults.

The manager was extremely rude and freaked out and started cussing out another customer in front of my 3 children aged 4 and under, so I went outside to get them away. He goes outside screaming and cussing at the security guard I had to go into Subway so my kids wouldnt see they were scared. Very unprofessional. Then he knocked over my laundry cart when I told the security he shouldnt be acting like that in front of children. I will never spend my money there again.

This laundromat has two six load washers and multiple for load washers always in good condition clean and they have an attendant on duty

I went to this place once and never again will I go. If there was 0 star option Id pick it. Owners are rude to customers and when asking for help or an issue occurs, they get defensive and say the customer are in the wrong and have no right to say anything.

I went in to get quarters from the coin machine as my wife was unloading the clothes from the truck the female employee stopped me from depositing the money in the machine unless I show her the clothes I was going to wash. I pointed out the window to my truck and she said i need to see the clothes in front of me. So I said ok I exited laundry mat and told my wife we are going some where else. Horrible customer service!

If I could give no stars that just what this place is the lady not manager here is so rude she screamed at my kids who were not running but other kids were and told the other kids in a nice way because she knew them ! Then when I confronted her about it she became aggressive and told me I was on private property and said she was going to call cops on me lol ok all am doing is washing and drying very dirty and horrible service I feel really discriminated and uncomfortable.
