A woman spotting my cat bed told me ten times I couldnt wash it. I understood her the first time she didnt have to repeat herself several more times after that embarrassing me in front of the other customers. Very rude woman as Ive heard her interact with others.The large dryers do not dry properly. My items were still wet after an hour and a half of drying. Ill go elsewhere.

Best wash laundry

I have been coming to the laundry facility almost since it opened and never have I ever received such horrible service. The female employee has a extremely unprofessional attitude. She always acts like its hard to do her job and help you. She doesnt like to answer questions especially when she is doing her own laundry and helping or talking to her family or friends and to me personally I feel like the cleanliness of the place has gone down. This was the one of the cleanest laundry facilities in the area and now Im looking for a new place to do my laundry

I’ve been coming to this laundromat for years! Since I’ve been coming here, it’s always been clean, cool in the summers, warm in the winters, and affordable. They have big washers and dryers which is great! They have a change machine, but you need a card (small fee) to actually wash and dry. Some of the staff are friendly and some aren’t, and this is the reason for my four star review. Other than that, this is a great laundromat and I am going to miss it when I move 😞

This laundry mat is always clean. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The washers are clean and dont have that nasty scent that other laundry mats have, the dryers dry evenly and quickly. I have been coming here for years and Ive never been disappointed. I am here doing laundry on a Sunday and its calm and there are always enough washers for everyone. It is big and clean.

After a year they still haven’t repaired all of the single load washers, now they’re down to just one. Also now only one of the evaporative coolers (swamp cooler) is working which means within minutes off opening it starts heating up. And finally, the “rewards program” that used to be part of this place is no longer happening, and it wasn’t until recently that they removed the signs promoting it. I truly miss the owner who first remodeled this place A handful of years ago. At this point the only reason I come here is because it’s just slightly less convenient than using the onsite laundromat where I live.THEY NEED TO FIX ALL THE PROBLEMS!

I gotta say this is the best laundry mat Ive ever been to. Its always clean and the staff are just so welcoming. Great prices on snacks and beverages next to some arcade games for entertainment. Remember to always thank the staff for their hard work and dedication to this facility that makes our lives a little easier.

I have been coming here for two years and have seen the integrity of the business going down. The owner is approachable and respectful. The lady who brings her husband are BOTH rude. He doesnt even work there so Im not sure what his issue is. Also, out of 8 low cost machines only 3 work ad its been this way since October 2018. Had their attitudes been more pleasant they would have received three stars however rudeness, non working equipment mixed with sub par cleanliness, a one star is as good as you will get. Do better. This is a business and it should be treated and ran as such.

One of the best in the area. Its convenient, good location, and most of all, abundant or various sizes of washers. I can get several things done while doing my laundry, re-fill my water bottles next door, go to the Big 5, get medication, and get something to eat and drink while waiting. Its not the best but its not the worst. The staff could be a bit nicer. My sister once got her work uniform stolen from one of the machines. Theres no AC so it gets very hot in there. The machines normally dont give me any trouble though.The form of payment is a money card that you load with cash. Small fee for a new card.

This is the best laundry facility. Why? Because not only are the prices great, the machines wash extremely well and so do the dryers. Not to mention that the facility is kept in clean condition. Theres always available washers...always a clean facility. The most important and great thing about this place is that washers and dryers are always in good working order. Ive never been a laundromat person. Surprisingly, this laundromat is very clean and personnel working there are very helpful. The people that I have met there are very friendly and have shared friendly conversations.

Lot cleaner you put your money on a card makes washing easy this place has working machines theres a attendant on site Im impressed for now.

This is a very clean, comfortable and good price laundromat on Highland. I would definitely come back and introduce it to my neighbor. All machines run very quiet and fast.

Decent n clean location, clerk on site washing n cleaning n stuff... they use a card so u dont havta mess wit quarters, i like that part. Its also conveniently located in plaza wit many stores so u can occupy ur time browsing those stores or buy supplies 2 wash, if u run out...

Nice place, always have interesting things on TV and they give you a refillable card and they have a machine to break Bills into smaller ones in case you need change, overall nice clean, and pretty big.

This place sucks, half of the machines are always broken. 4th time Ive had to hand ring my cloths because washes dont work right, you have to play musical driers to find one the works right, this is the last time I come here

I drive from Grand Terrace to go here and I have been for some years now. Always clean and Ive never had any problems whatsoever.

Three stars because the bathroom does not completely function and staff is nice but unable to understand english.

Has this place changed hands? I do not recognize any of these complaints. John was always there and very busy helping, cleaning and taking care of his business. What has happened? This is a new name I think. If John is gone he will be much missed for his assistance!!

This laundry mat is the cleanest laundry mat i have even been in. The staff is veey kind and always helpful. There have been many times when i have won money just for wash here. Also the man who works here has given my kid fruit snack and a free ride on the marry go round in the front of the store. Clean place to do laundry and nice machines

Laundromat in the ghetto. No coins, just add cash to a card which works on all machines. The only reason I go here is that there is always an attendant on hand.

Coinless means not standing there trying to get quarters and then attempting to feed the machines. Large washers and kept clean, but its slowing getting run down more and more over the last few years with the new owners.
