Its a decent coin laundry mat but the last time I visited it had bad Leaking washers, and the dryer took longer than usual to dry, I had to put one load in 2 separate dryers,so they could dry all the way . The water smelled like Sewage water. Had to use extra laundry detergent to get the smell out. The only thing I can say If you have a lot of clothes to wash the the benefit of it is they have the big washer machines . Hopefully on my next my next visit back They will have had fixed and improved the problems.

Clean. The Lady that usually is there is very nice. Dont see the men too much when I go. I sweep my car while washing and drying, havent had any problems.

Always crowded, big wash machines are very expensive but if you need to get a lot of laundry done this is a great place.

Will never wash at this location again!!!!. The night shift lady is really rude to the customers. I arrived at 8:03 to wash one load of comforters and pillows, put a pillow in the washer, then went back to my car for the rest, when I noticed she followed me outside to tell me the last load is at 8:00 and I cant use the machines because shes ready to close. I responded with an ok walked back inside for my pillow and comforter to hear her talking sh..t about me to another customer, when I asked for the managers number she refused to give it to me. Off course I stated she was rude and did not appreciate her talking about me to the other customers, and again refused to give me the managers phone number with a response of get it yourself. Im sure the owner will not appreciate losing customers because of her behavior. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE WHEN SHE IS ON SHIFT!!!!!

I have a laundromat a block from me but I’d rather use the extra gas to go to this one they have the big washers and dryers so convenient

Too expensive and rude, I dont know the owner but they really need to get better staff and new washing machines, just made me WASTE MY MONEY on a bad washing machine today and the lady started yelling at us instead of helping us saying we were annoying her just because we (my girlfriend and I) were speaking Spanish to each other discussing what to do about the money. After about a year of washing our clothes at home our washing machine broke down and we decided to come here, terrible mistake waste of money and time, not recommending this place to anyone.

The owner is so sweet he actually spent time talking to us and hanging out with the people in his laundry mat. My clothes got stuck in a washer and he worked hard to get the issue resolved and rewashed my clothes. I won some money in the game machine (I had walked away to get my clothes) and he CAME AND GAVE IT TO ME.?;!!! Like what? Haha 😂 Thank you sir.

This place is super clean to come and wash your clothes is located in the Westside shopping plaza in San Bernardino

The staff is kinda rude. You can politely say excuse me to get their attention and they will ignore you act as if they dont hear you even if you are standing right next to them. You know they have heard you because everyone will turn around when or tap them when you have spoken. if the machines swallow your money forget about getting your money back because they will act like they dont have any change. For the most part the machines work though and the place is kept clean.

I live about 3 miles away, plenty of places just down the street but this place feels safe. Its kept clean, machines work great, dryers run hot. Bring your cash ready to change or you can use the ATM inside El Super.

Ive been going here for the better part of 10 years to dry my clothes. The last six years or so Ive arrived between 8:30 and 9pm, dried my clothes in 30 minutes, and left before closing time at 10. Tonight I arrived at 9pm to dry my clothes to find the door locked. A woman, who I thought was was a customer, stood up and started yammering at me in Spanish. I asked her if she worked at the laundry mat, she said yes and I tried to get her to let me in seeing as I still had an hour til closing time and only needed to dry. She would not let me in, insisting they close at 9. As I started to leave I turned back and told her she should tell her bosses they need to change the sign if they are changing their closing time. Surprise, surprise she just kept yelling at me in Spanish. The lady who worked nights before also did not speak English, but at least she was nice. This new woman was horribly rude. Seriously, if youre going to work with customers here in America you should learn the language and basic customer service skills. I will be finding a new laundromat.

Huge washer, so much extra space inside of washers for so much clothes. It is great! Saves time and Saving water.

This place just re opened and has all new machines. I washed a weeks worth of clothes with one washer. They are huge! Ill definitely come back here. Nicest laundromat in the area by far!

This laundromat is clean and the machines are big, fast, and efficient. However, this is the 3rd time that staff has attempted to force me out with wet clothes before closing time. A full wash and dry (using big machines) can be completed in an hour, so last wash is 9pm. Arrived at 850 today. And was told that staff must leave by 930 and close then instead of 10pm listed time. Posted hours exist for a reason... Forcing customers out before then is extremely bad for business.

Got an upgraded appearance newer machines they run steady they were on hot and they run right thats where I do my laundry and I prefer that over any of the other ones around so yeah thats my choice by far

This laudry mat is peaceful, clean an machines are in a good working condition,it is over price, but area is not bad is safe to wash clothes without homeless or bad people dealing or harrasing the coustumer, it feels safe to do laundry here .There is a television,but impossible to hear it😂No paper towels.P.s laundry care taker will help on loading an inserting coins,but I learned my lesson by asking why are so nice an she/he.replayed tipsshe claimed receives tips 😲I do not have enough to tip.

Clean place. new machines. huge washers and dryers. 7 queen size comforters in and out in a hour or so. staff keeps the riff raff out.

The laundry is a bit expensive but it is because the washing machines and dryers clean and dry well to my point of view the bad thing is that if it is a little piggy and everything the lady who is cleaning and serving the staff is very rude despota and angry you can not ask anything because he answers very badly and that gives courage but anyway.
