Staff greeted. Me when I came in, I got there 30 min before my appointment but the called me in within 10 minutes. The Dr. came in immediately and I was out of there very quickly. I had a great experience.

X-ray lady I believe name was Chaney was very nice and welcoming only good staff they had otherwise very poor service very rude staff had an appointment set but going to change to a different dentist they kept trying to rush me out when I stated a couple of times that I wanted to get my teeth cleaned out I do not recommend

Made me leave cause I didnt have a mask. Im not opposed to wearing a mask, I just didnt have one on me. Havent had to wear one in 3 weeks. They wouldnt give me one they had even though the money a dentist makes on a single patient is well worth the expense of a mask. I would have even bought one off them. But they lady was so curt and just rushed me out. Ill go to a dentist that has the time to deal with a patient one on one and not just rush through them.

Horrible place. Dental student or intern took around 20 minutes taking X-rays of my mouth incorrectly. I had my wisdom teeth removed and they sent me home with no antibiotics or painkillers and little to no instructions. I later ended up getting an infection and having to take time off work to return and get antibiotics. While I was getting my extractions, they numbed my mouth and I could barely speak and they asked me if I wanted to buy some $300 plugs for the wisdom teeth removal that were supposed to prevent infection —which they did not because I still got an infection. My face blew up in size and I was in extreme pain around five days after my teeth were removed and I could barely eat for two weeks. All around one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a dentist office. Plus I wasted my money. They are constantly trying to up-sell things not covered by your insurance.

Kenneth, one of the front desk coordinators at WD in San Bernardino was polite and detailed about the procedures I needed. Very respectful and knowledgeable as well.. any questions I had, he had the answer. Thank you.

Horrible staff super unorganized i sent in a referral to be seen by my doctor because i am pregnant. And they told me they received it but once i arrive at appointment they have no clue what im talking about. Super unprofessional. My appointment was at 9:30 am and now its almost 10:30 and still waiting in lobby to be seen. 3 people now went ahead of me. And my dad is waiting for me in car in 2 hour parking. DO NOT SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT HERE.

I emailed the email they provided on 8/13/2020And have yet to get a response.....If I could give them no stars I would.Poor customer service. Dental assistant’s are unprofessional and I have been having an unresolved issue for 3 years now. They sent me to collections for a payment that they credited my account for. I tried reaching out to them about it, they said there was nothing they could do about it. I tried reaching out to corporate multiple time and have not been able to contact them. Super UNPROFESSIONAL and UNETHICAL. Them sending me to collections made a derogatory mark on my credit and is now impacting me negatively as I am in the home buying market. Choosing Western Dental has been the biggest mistakes in my life. I would never recommend this place to anyone’s family or friends. Hope this helps.

Great service by Cristal, Dr. Thompson & Dr. Sayed! They were all so friendly and made me feel comfortable as soon as I was called to the back. They took the time to explain everything to me and how to improve my oral hygiene. They also were very friendly and open about offering me different options to go about my procedure! The staff that helped me was super welcoming and funny. They gave me a goody bag and the Dr asked to check up on me in two weeks to see how I was doing. Definitely would recommend to all my friends, families, and strangers!

The waiting room was full, but thats to be expected when you take diverse insurance. The staff were all friendly, and very explicit with diagnosis and treatment. My dental hygienist Tricia did a superb job cleaning my teeth. Overall my experience was great, and I would recommend. Definitely going back!

Love the girls here and staff. I watch them every time I come in and it just flows. There is team work and good communication. Sometimes the wait is long but it’s worth it because once they come to you they go thoroughly through your treatment. Office manager is a sweetheart. I’ve seen a few times when patients get crazy with her and she always handles it in a professional manner and she even calms them down and they walk calm and understanding. Melissa and Berenice and super sweet and funny. Coming in here they remember me by name so it makes me feel more like I am more than just a patient to them. Tina and venessa in the back are great too!! Rough neighborhood but I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I was impressed by Dr. Pascal and his two assistants Tina and Vanessa. I came in today and had four teeth removed. I was really scared and I almost didnt wanna come in. Imglad that I did! They were very sweet and made me feel more at ease. 5 Stars!!

Absolutely horrible. I went for an emergency check up since one of the doctors had trouble pulling out one of my wisdom tooth’s and somehow, made the tooth next to it loose. I was so upset. The main doctor of the dentist took a look at the area where the tooth was extracted and told me it will take 4 weeks to heal. I simply asked him if the loose tooth, or the wisdom tooth area takes 4 weeks to heal? He was so rude to me that he looked at me, rolled his eyes, and walked away without answering my question. This doctors name was doctor Nick. Completely unprofessional and rude. I don’t care what the excuse may have been for his horrible behavior and service, but I don’t recommend them at all. Very unorganized dentist as well. They lost my file and took weeks and gave me the run around just to have my insurance approve my wisdom tooth extraction. And also, it seems all they care about is money instead of the actual client. I will now be taking legal action due to their horrible service. I don’t recommend this dentist whatsoever.Update: I had a collector call me on a debt for something they never even treated. Will be involving my lawyer. This place is a whole scam! Be aware! All they care about is the money!! And all their good reviews are paid! Worse place and service ever!

Be very careful... you will be charged for procedures in anticipation of them being done!!!!! They will open up a Care Credit account in your name and pay themselves for above and it will take YOU MONTHS TO SORT IT OUT!!

I’ve been coming here for 12months for Ortho And I love the staff Sandra and the doctor Truong they are truly amazing. The front office are so friendly and it’s always nice to come to an office where you get great energy.

I really like western dental the professionalism, how they handle the front end and the way that they take their time to answer the many of questions that their patients have! The one things I dislike is that they over book appointments which cause extremely long wait times for the individuals that do have appointments. Other than that I will continue to get services!

My first time at a Western Dental the girls in the back are awesome! I see that they work very hard and enjoy their work. Overall, I was pleased with my appointment. I will definitely refer my friends amd family!

She had put 5 stars but they are defenetly a 1 star. They are rude, and once you pay for treatment they could care less about helping you. The dentist was so mean my son literally hates dentist now because of he horrible pain and experience he had here. The dentist hurt my 3 kids. There mouth was blessing from treatment and from the cuts they had on their lips. Horrible place never going there again. If you want a good dentist go somewhere else.

Been coming here for a little over two years in ortho and a little over 2 years in general and I always have had amazing customer service!! today I got my braces off and literally I was greeted by all employees who knew me from day 1 and others congratulating me because it’s been a tough process and it’s finally over! Always super clean and brought back within 2-4 minutes of being there. Bryanna is so amazing loving and sincerely caring ❤️
