I’ve been driving here from Riverside for over a year for crowns, root canals, and cleanings. They saved me when I had a horrible tooth infection during the Covid lockdown and most places weren’t open. They use excellent masks and barriers and as a physician I truly appreciate their willingness to take necessary risks only in order to support the community. Plus, it’s a great dental office. Everyone’s kind and relaxed and they always remember me and ask after my life. They do great work and I trust them with my big dental needs. It would be easier to drive somewhere closer, but they’ve earned my loyalty and my business.

Took care of my emergency dental work immediately. Unlike western dental. Staff was welcoming. No real long waits. Will continue going.

US military Veterans I suggest staying away from this establishment if your refered by the VA, your better of waiting for an appointment with the VA or doing more research on a better dental office.

This office is very welcoming, inviting, and staff are very friendly. I came here off of a Google search for emergency dental work, I hadn’t been to the dentist in 3 years prior to this, and will continue to come here. The Dr.‘s are very nice and informative, and help you feel comfortable as you continue your treatment. Their in-house savings plan also helped me save tons of money on treatment because of the discounts they offered! I always feel welcome because they’re not like your typical dental office, and I don’t mean it in a bad way. Temperature checks and face masks required when you come in, and such a clean environment to be in. I have recommended this office to some of my friends and family just because of how well Dr. Truong does his job. The whole entire team are just amazing people and you feel welcomed from the moment you step in.

I highly recommend Lifetime dental for many reasons. I’ve been to many dental offices in the IE and couldn’t find one that fit but, this one did. I’ve remained with this one for quite a few years. The office personnel, staff, and dentists are exceptional. They work with you in any way possible and treat you with the level of care that your looking for. Even if your wrecked nervous, the dentists and staff keeps things calm. The atmosphere is bright, clean, and during this time safety protocols are in place at the office due to Covid-19 which is assuring. Stop searching for a dentist and choose Lifetime dental, you won’t regret your choice.

Scammers. Their website have plans, and stated on the site cancellation is accepted anytime for 30 days if you haven’t used their service. I chose a plan then canceled a week in it. Next month comes and I’m still getting priced. I called my bank and they told me these people didn’t even cancel it or even take my card off the systems to stop pricing my card. I called the place again, a lady answered and told me she’ll forward my concern to the manager so the manager can refund my money. I never got a refund at all. Crazy thing is at first she said she’ll do it “later” like no !! I need my money now!! On my bank statement it doesn’t state I’m getting refunded or anything so basically I definitely did get scammed. Unprofessional service.

Very disappointed. Was charged over $3500 for a 12 tooth partial and preparation for dentures, 2 years ago with their ‘special insurance’. One tooth broke and I was charged the initial fee and $289 to replace the tooth and I had insurance.Two weeks later the tooth broke. I wasn’t given a treatment plan nor was I told what the insurance paid. On top of that I called to cancel my appointment and was told it would be a $65 fee.

This was the 1st placed i called when I finally was in pain with my wisdom tooth and finally gave in to be seen by the scary dentist. They booked me fast and solved my pain right away. Although they couldnt take out the tooth because I was close to giving birth they help with keeping me pain free till I was able to go back and they started to see me regularly. The doctors are amazing and not to mention very gentle. The worst part that I always have a fear and mentally prepare for pain is the needles being stuck in my gums, but I literally dont feel a thing when going with them.. the best!!

I highly recommend Lifetime Dental for any Orthodontics or cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Azadeh is extremely knowledge, skilled and experienced with an all-encompassing approach to dentistry and doing what is best for each individual client. I have had a great experience with my Fast Braces and I appreciated the very detailed work to perfect my bite, to create great function from a TMJ aspect, and have an aesthetic smile. I used to get headaches and have had a bad bite for as long as i can remember and I had no idea that it was because my bite was off. This was only resolved as part of my braces treatment. Additionally i had some minor cosmetic dentistry on some chipped teeth from before, and this was also all fixed beautifully by the Doctor. I appreciate Lifetime dental very much.

All of my visits have been pleasant. The staff is very friendly and provide you with the information and comfort you need when your at a Drs office. My dental work was done thoroughly and was not rushed. Will be recommending this office in the future to my friends and fam.

I was a brand new patient at Lifetime Dental and I had no idea what to expect. The wait was very short and the experience once I was in the chair was the most pleasant and informative dental visits Ive ever had. I was really well taken care of. I always hesitated making dental appointments, but after visiting Lifetime Dental, Im no longer afraid of dentists and I look forward to receiving their help again once I need it.

I definitely recommend this office to my friend and others! The staff are really friendly from the receptionist to the hygienist. I feel really comfortable being under Dr Lin’s care. She is gentle and doesn’t rush you her through, but actually take time with her patients which I appreciate. I also like it here because they do braces so it makes it more convenient for my family and we don’t have to go multiple places for our appointments.

Highly recommended since the dentists level of expertise.

I came upon this office about a year ago . Previously I had been attending an office in Fontana that I will not name but had the worst experience ever imagined. When I came here I was greeted with kindness and friendliness. I had a wisdom teeth extraction and it was the most comfortable and blessing moment. I had a consult with Dr. Afzali and she educated me on FAST BRACES. Explained everything thoroughly to me, to where I understood it completely. I had to have a molar extraction that was going to cost thousands of dollars but with the help of Dr. Afzali’s vision, this issue was fixed with the braces. I can’t even express the gratitude that I have for her and everyone in this office. I feel like home when I’m here. I will forever be grateful for the way that they have treated me and the way that my confidence has grown due to my new smile !!! Such a blessing to have found this office and have it impact me in such a positive way!! I have now entrusted her with my children’s ortho and will continue to tell everyone about her caring self and professionalism !! Thank you Dr. Afzali and Staff !! ♥️🙏🏼

Been looking to have my teeth cleaned since March of 2017. Called many places and they always wanted to much money or to start a lecture..Saw a flyer for $69 and scheduled an appointment for two days later.Staff were friendly and nice. Digital X-rays taken. Dr Lin performed the exam and the cleaning. I was extremely happy with her and my visit.I would definitively reccomend this place.

I went yesterday for x-rays..everyone was nice. Very thorough and clear..I know exactly what I need done and the cost. I will be going back to get the work done in August and I am not as terrified. Lol

I was worried about finding a new dentist but when I found lifetime dental I was so happy. The front office staff is extremely friendly. The hygienist Lori is super nice, friendly, gentle, and extremely professional. The dentists are very knowledgeable and gentle as well. I would highly recommend lifetime dental to anyone looking for a new dental office.

Hadnt been to the dentist in 5+ years. I came across lifetime dental though my in network insurance. I felt so comfortable from the first day. Zoe the assistant was friendly and upfront about everything. My daughter needed quiet a bit work done, terrified to even get x-rays done. After meeting and sitting with doctor Parker shes so kind and gentle my daughter has now finished all of her dental work. The hygienist Lori was absolutely amazing. They truly make you feel like family.

Amazing and truly professional. They knew exactly what they were doing, and knew exactly what the next steps should be taken to improve my teeth. Unlike bright dental in Rancho Cucamonga, where I felt rushed and had to pay over $300 for a filling that fell out after 8 months. My dentist, which I completely felt comfortable and not stressed, did the most amazing job on my teeth since my orthodontist did 20 years ago. Just amazed at what a good job she did.

Changing my review to one star due to bad customer service and being completely forgotten. There is no reason for any of that especially since they are a sterile office. They refused a partial refund even though they only did half the job as well.

I have been coming to this office my whole life and have never been disappointed. Everyone in the office is so warm and friendly; you can tell that they truly care about their patients. The receptionist, April, is incredibly helpful and makes you feel welcomed as soon as you walk into the office and the hygienist, Stephanie, is not only thorough but gentle. I would highly recommend this office to others.

Dr. Lin is my Moms dentist. My Mom broke a front tooth and she was devastated! Her 80th birthday is this coming Saturday. My Sister is having a party for my Mom this day. My Mom did not want to go to the Party Toothless!.We went to Lifetime Dental and everyone was on board to try to solve my Moms dilema.After a few visits, Dr. Lin and her staff gave my Mom new smile!The staff is so considerate, kind, sweet and very Professional!
