The dental assistant and the actual dentist were amazing outstanding loved how they were interacting they show they cared they talked caring they gave you attention. Although I was highly disappointed with the older Hispanic receptionist the woman who sits down all day and answers phones had the worst attitude and the worst responses in words when talking to you talk about trying to belittle someone anyways I know times are tough right now but they should seriously give her some one-on-one training and customer service or replace her.

One of the best dental places in san Bernardino the staff their are all nice and helpful. The hygienist there are top notch. They work with you with any cost. The dentist knows what hes talking about. Very professional

I had an extensive case and was in desperate need of implants and bone grafts. I am not a fan of any dental treatment and was very apprehensive to get started with this plan of treatment. The office staff at Dental Practice of San Bernardino did an amazing job catering to my needs & were understanding and attentive to my situation. Dr. Patel and his associates were very gentle & understanding. Dr. Patel prides himself on painless injections and does beautiful work. Dr G was really nice and caring with my kids but there rules are crazy. I got called into work and they wouldnt let me reschedule. I have to do a walk in and for one child only

I walked in a not soo happy camper, but all said and done, these folks went above and beyond! The doctor and staff saw my condition and jumped into action.Immediately managing my pain and suffering, which on a scale of 1-10, 10 being the most pain, was a 10!Its not very often that we the patients have the opportunity to rate and review on both commitment and professionalism, in a positive manner.But that is EXACTLY- PRECISELY what I am pleased to comment on.I will be returning to this practice and utilize their services for years to come.I thank you and your staff for providing a commitment to the highest standard and quality of care that one can expect.Respectfully, Rudolph Vega.

I was very scared to get my top wisdom teeth pulled because my experience with removing my bottom wisdom teeth was not good at all. I was very anxious, and scared but i loved my experience here. They took care of me and even after i getting them removed i was have trouble with my right side and the doctor saw me again and fixed me all up. I love the staff and the Doctors

I HAVE BEEN A DENTAL PATIENT FOR OVER 20YRS HERE AND HAD A HORRIBLE DENTAL EXPERIENCE FOR MY 12YR OLD SON WHO WAS SCARED OF HAVING A TOOTH PULLED.THE DENTIST WAS UNPROFESSIONAL AND AFTER A COUPLE OF ATTEMPTS TO GIVE HIM A SHOT TO PULL OUT HIS TOOTH, THE DENTIST WAS UPSET AT A 12YR OLD CHILD SAYING THAT HE CANNOT BE SEEN HERE ANYMORE. THE OFFICE WOMEN ARE GREAT. AND VERY HELPFUL. So I will not be using them ANYMORE!!!!

I am very anxious about going to the dentist from past bad experiences, but the Dr. was quick and had a great disposition. He made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I really like this place, Dr. Zúñiga is very patient with the children, we have been coming for about 12 years and my children love the doctor very much; the girls who help the doctors are always very kind.
