The waiting was longer than said but the overall experience was great the driver was very polite and fast

I got stranded at the HEB on Walzem and had to call for a tow. The driver got there quicker than I expected, was courteous and professional the whole time, and listened to me when I gave him a tip for getting to my house. The price was reasonable, and the person who took the call was very understanding that I needed a price before I could agree to a tow.

First class company! Got us out of a huge jam driving to Houston. Herd Towing was friendly, responsive, professional and fast. I highly recommend them and would gladly give them 5 more stars if I could! Dont waste your time calling anyone else for your roadside needs!

Friendly and responsive ... BUT its VERY confusing. They are operating three different tow companies. So when u call to schedule one company they can call you back as another company. I got cancelled because the name of the company didnt match up on the call back. I even asked the callback from the driver if Maybe they were for a different company . The driver listed a few companies and none sounded familiar. So i hung up and they cancelled me from the third company .Its pretty common in a roadside situation to call several tow companies and not commit them all to the memory. So when I get call back it is reasonable -as a customer- to not think that they are working for the company that you actually have the appointment. I called back the original phone number after the tow truck driver was 20-30 minutes late. Thats when I learned they are actually 3 companies. Friendly and apologizing but still annoying.

Our technicians van broke down on Friday, so we called to inquire about someone coming out. We spoke with the dispatch, she was very nice and professional. Aaron Herd, the owner came out to the RV Park where we were camping and replace both flat tires on our 5th wheel the weekend of Easter. He was the only towing company that would come out to us on Easter evening. Very nice man and it took him no time at all to replace both tires. I would recommend and call him again.Yvonne

Hey these guys were great, I was lucky to come across these guys and very fortunate to receive the service I did. My car broke down on me in the middle of the night, and I was scared to leave there over night. They were able to get to me in reasonable time and price.

My car stalled on me on the 4th of July on the side of the highway, it was very hot and their services was very fast and sufficient. Highly recommend .
