My grandmother had been stranded for 5+ hours with no where to escape the 100⁰ heat, because the roadside assistance kept falling thru. Ables was able to do in 15 mins what 2 different towing companies were unable to do in over 5 hours. The driver was very professional, efficient, and stayed in contact with us to update us on his location. Overall I was extremely pleased with their services.

Every year I go get my vehicle for inspection and they are always friendly. One time I went for inspection and only problem I had was I was rear ended months before and my hatch door was stuck. Needed to change light bulbs for back blinker they took care right away with no problems. My jeep passed and got my sticker. Just the fact they are there for you is what keeps me coming back and I know if I have questions or help they are there! They treat you like family!!! Dont remember how long I been going to them but I am VERY grateful for the hospitality! 😁😁

This was about 8 or 9 months ago, so I figured I should review. Better late than never, right? My car had died on me, and I coasted pretty much right in front of this business. I walked inside, told them my car died right here & asked for a tow. They said no problem. The guy came out (cant remember his name :-/) and was cool/ friendly. I asked if there were any way he could just help me with a jump since I was having money problems, and I was almost sure it would start. He said Sure, Ill go get my truck. He came back & we tried to jump it, but it just wouldnt turn over. Anyway, it had to get towed, and my house wasnt that far away. Cant remember what I paid, but I remember thinking it was fair. Now I have them saved in my phone under Towing.

I normally dont like to leave negative comments. But in my time of need and confusion, the guy very rude and disrespectful. Ive never felt so disrespected by a worker before. He seemed like he didnt want to be there or help me. I just wanted to get away from him, he wanted to just drop me off and leave without changing my tire.Ughh. Horrible in my time of stress.

Went to them to have My Trucks air brakes adjusted, charged me $42.00 to adjust the brakes, told me i needed $200.00 to $300.00 dollars to get the drums cut and new brakes, took it to a competitor and charged me $100.00 to inspect and readjust what they did, seems they touched my brakes and adjusted them wrong to the point 3 of the 4 wheels werent braking properly.Heres a hint guys when stating you can do the work, guessing isnt knowing what your doing, if you havent a clue, dont play around with peoples brakes, you will kill someone.

In January my Escape broke down, brother called Abels, and they got tow truck out, very short wait. Great service.
