Terrible. We went to get my sons car out of impoundment on Sunday morning as it was towed from an apartment complex near UTSA on Saturday night. When we got to the facility it was closed. My son called the phone # and was placed on hold for an extended period. When the representative finally came to the phone, he told my son that we had to make an appointment. The earliest time for an appointment was 5:00pm. We went back at 5pm and there was no one there. A single employee finally drove into the yard, we gave him some time to get settled in, but they would still not answer the speaker. We had been the first ones there and by the time he tended us there was a long line of customers behind us. We didnt give the representatives a hard time, but it took way too long for him to complete our transaction. The people behind us were very understandably upset and someone even said they were going to call the police. It couldve been a much easier process than what they made it.

They know the rules of towing. usually its the apartment complex who changes the rules with out notification.... thats how my car got towed.... they were just doing their job.

They were very rude, wouldnt show me the reason why they towed my vehicle, and charged me for a large vehicle even though my vehicle is small

Well, I didn’t use their services, but they stole my truck by blatantly lying and said that it was illegally parked. Thank God I took a photo before I left the parking lot. Truck was legally parked in the visitor’s parking lot, and I even called 9-1-1 to have an officer verify the legality of me being parked in the visitors parking lot. See you in court thieves! YOU’RE BEING SUED IN BIG BOY COURT, AND ARE BEING REFERRED TO THE DA’S OFFICE FOR CRIMINAL CHARGES ALSO! Hope it was worth trying to scam $1k because you saw it was a new truck in a poor neighborhood! 🤦🏽‍♂️

Well....our car got towed cause my wife parked in the handicapped space at our apartments cause there was no other place to park in front to unload groceries and she forgot to move the car so thats how I met atlas towing. 😑 However the young guy present was pretty cool and polite which kinda soothe my frustrations of having to fork over 230 something dollars cause my wife forgot to move the car, Hopefully I never see them again but if my car ever got towed I hope it would be these guys

Their a ripoffs Atlas towing is in cahoots with Olmos Club Apartments managers both are con that hijack your vehicle then charge you a fee when there are no posting anywhere and they get away with it theres no indicators anywhere.

A fraudulent company that sets up specific parking areas to tow cars for revenue. They setup parking lots to have an open side to park in but the side with the “no parking” sign is opposite out of view. They setup places to trap and tow you. Compete scam and fraud! They won’t let me pick up my vehicle for hours but my house keys are there. Want 220.00 to to to my car there a 1.5 miles. They towed several cars soon as they parked here and just wait for more

Got home at 12 am and a vehicle was parked on my parking spot. Called the number I got from the apartment complex and they told me they were having a maintenance thing going on and they wouldnt be able to come out until 8 am. 8 am gets here and Im still trying to have them come get this car. They asked me for my info and phone number, gave me an email (that doesnt seem to exist) to send proof of my parking sticker and drivers license.If they are the ones in charge of towing anywhere feel free to park wherever you want they wont come get you.

Needed lock out service for my car, they sent first available driver over. Unfortunately I didnt lose my keys there. For small fee, towed it from driveway to curb. When driver said 35 minutes, was early, so polite and pleasant, under circumstances. Will definitely use again, if needed

Never contacted the point of contact. Showed up late and I had to call an other company and ended up paying more on towing and an extra day I had to pay for storage of car.

There is the usual reason to hate these predatory towing companies, but let me give you one more: bad handling of credit card data. When I paid my bill they wrote down my credit card number on a piece of paper and set it in clear view of customers, despite charging my payment electronically, which is a very clear violation of PCI-DSS standards. If you have recently paid them using a credit or debit card, please make sure you call your card issuer to have them investigated as this misuse of credit card information is exactly how credit card information is breached.

I feel sorry for anyone that has to deal with Atlas Towing. They towed my car erroneously this morning at 4:25 am, and made me pay $88 to get it back, which they said was a courtesy instead of the $250 they normally charge. I had to waste my one day off a week to deal with them as well. That pit in your chest feeling when you walk outside and see your car gone is something I never hope to experience again, either. They also towed one of my neighbors cars as well, for zero reason other than they couldnt see her parking tag, which was there. They made her, an elderly women, pay the full $250 as well.

I just watched one of your drivers trying to get a car in a no parking lane squeeze between a carport and a lyft car dropping off a family where the kids were getting out and about to walk to get to the sidewalk when the tow truck driver came in reverse fast. That was reckless and dangerous. He could have hit 1 of the 5 kids or more that came out of the lyft vehicle with the way he squeeze in and how fast he was going. No regard for safety. He shouldnt have done that. Lets me know that money is more important than safety and to add to that kids safety. He was to close to them to be coming in reverse to get a car parked in the wring spot, especially since there are plenty of cars with no registrations and expired registrations in the same parking area that goes ignored. Shameful...

Middle of the night took my truck and tell me ots 250 to get it back, 2 hours they want 250. This is nothing but extortion.

Towed my car without authorization, my apartment complex does not have parking permits, and supposedly its because it was reverse parking.However see 7 vehicles just by looking to my left and right parked in reverse. In addition 10 with no parking permits that they claim it may be the reason. Moreover they refused to show me a copy of their contracts with my apartment complex.Honestly unbelievable

They towed my car because the apartment complex failed to give me a parking pass at initial move in (2 days ago) and refuse to let me get my car out or speak to a supervisor. i acknowledged it is the apartment complexes fault for not issuing me the parking pass i was not informed about but they were not trying to be understanding of the situation nor work with me.

Horrible. Horrible company horrible customer service. No website with basic info so when I called to get that info I got put on hold twice in one call of about 5 minutes. Not to mention a very rude receptionist whose time is more valuable than the customers. Truck was towed unlawfully and had a note with all my info in the truck window. No call or anything. I had to pull teeth all day just to find out who took my truck.

There was no guest parking at my girlfriends apartment complex so I had to park in the normal parking. I was only there for 20 minutes, and by the time I was leaving my car had already been towed. They must have gotten in and out extremely quickly, and silenty. There was also no signs for what number to call in order to find where my car was so I had to wait until the morning to find where my car was towed to. It cost 200 dollars in order to get my car out for just one night. God forbid you cant afford to get your car out because the compounding fees will make it impossible to get your car out.

These people are low life thieves! These losers stole my truck in front of my kids Mothers house. I stopped to drop my son backpack off and went inside for only about five minutes left the truck running and when I came out they had already towed it. I know that the tow truck driver was just sitting there waiting for someone so that he could steal their car. At the front of the complex it says no parking on streets I was not parked on the street I was parked up in the dirt next to her driveway. It cost me $293 to get my vehicle from these thieves. And the first time I called the idiot that answered the phone told me the fee was going to be $219, but then when I called back to see if my stolen truck was ready to be sold back to me, they realize that it was from further away than they thought and so they added it another $80 to the bill. When I got my truck back they have gone through my truck even after the half retarded cashier said that they did not go in my truck. My ABS light was on, my power windows would not work, my stereo would not work and my blinkers did not work. I was told by the mechanic its because of the way the tow truck driver drug my truck away with his tow truck. The lady at the counter is about as smart as a bag full of wet hair. And about as useful as one. I hope that these people contract a deadly disease and die a slow horrible painful death!

Was told to give an hour notice before showing up, gave my hour notice then had to take an Uber there. I was sitting outside calling them when will the paper work be done but they kept giving me the run around, I was outside for 45mins before they finally opened up

The Heavyset lady that is losing her hair with a blondish Brown hair at the front Door/ entryway is very rude and had a attitude when we asked to view the vehicle before signing any paperwork.This towing company towed my Son in laws vehicle from his gated Apartment complex and he was parked legally in his parking space that he pays for every month with his Apartment complex sticker on the Drivers side window and has lived at this complex for 10 months.This towing company tower his vehicle at 9:00pm on a Sunday night just to make some money.This place is a RIP off !!It will be reported to the BBB as well.

Vehicle was towed because they said it was in a no parking zone there is no signs anywhere. Charged a fee for a storage fee of 24 hours but it was there 2 hours. Said it has scratches on car. It had no scratches at all.

This people really suck at towing,not even a warning nothing, they sneak up on you, as soon as you get off the car and go in the house. There two trucks have no beeping sounds when backing up to alarm you. I was parked on the side of street, not in someones parking spot,I was at my sons apartment dropping off a birthday cake for my grandbaby, went inthe apartment sing happy birthday to her, get ready to go and less than 10min they towed the truck.The apartment complex am sure is respondsable for for their hiring and contract with them. My understanding if its after 10pm not at 8pm they can tow if your parked in someones space not on the side street . The union apartment off hackberry st.is housing through the government. The people that live there are in assistance, then they want hire a towing company to tow your car away cause your visiting family. Thats pretty messed up.

At my apartment complex I pay for my parking. Three different times I have called this company to tow someones car out of my spots. They always have an excuse for not showing up. Secondly, the owner is friends with Cab Driver, who is using his mother handicap decal to park in the handicap spot at night while off duty. Each report to come get the cab, they call him and he comes out to move it. Theyre a bunch of crooks. Just check their past history.

Was on Vacation from Fort Worth and was parked at my sisters apt. The lowlife picked up my truck and towed it .I t all for the money! Unprofessional! Ruined our day! I see they have a lot of bad reviews. Apt complex should really look into getting another tow service.

They kept me waiting out in the sun for a very extended period of time. Then, after receiving the car they made me wait far too long to open the gate to let me out as revenge, for even if you re not there to accuse them, it felt to me that they are on a defensive mindset, so they speak to you and treat you rudely.

They patrolled my daughters apt. Sun. 4:00 am, towed away the car she bought Sat. evening due to no sticket. Showed purchase date and tow date at Atlas office, daughter still had to pay 265.00 to get her vehicle. On her way out of the yard they closed gate half way through and ruined her vehicle. My daughter received a ticket for no ins. since she had just got it.

I had a parking sticker to park at lago vista apartments and my cts Cadillac was towed for unauthorized vehicle by apartments management.when i tried to get it out for wrongfully towing my car i found that the somebody had entered my car and removed the sticker. I am currently seeking a lawyer or representative to help fight this wrongful tow and also against the apartments who are in cahoots with atlas towing my review is negative for this company all around and advise others to spread the word about this company who is not serving the better interest of the community

This company tow’s vehicles like there on crack. They are always lurking around looking for any vehicle without parking passes and tow them . Nobody calls them they just take vehicles to there impound. It’s almost like you can’t have company after 7pm or you may walk out and your vehicle has been towed.
