This was our first time needing a tow for our truck that had mechanical failure. I called a lot of shops and none of them were reasonable in price, I called this company and they were the best price in town especially for it being late at night that we needed this service. Their customer service was amazing over the phone! They were able to get to my husband within 30 min and got him home safe all within the hour! I would definitely recommend! Our driver was Gilbert M and he was so professional and courteous!

Long haul tow from San Antonio to Houston great service, but when ask for an receipt I was giving the wrong receipt twice, the amout was less than what I paid for also asked for an invoice an until this day never received one. I paid for an full service, an was treated as if it was an favorite from the owner, the guy kept telling my I was luck because no other towing company was going to Houston, mind you it was the time of the crazy ice storm, in Texas but the amout I paid had to include hazard pay. Thanks for your service going forward, dont tell clients they are luck its your job SIR.

We called our road side assistance to get our vehicle towed and was told a truck was dispatched and it would be about an hour - hour and a half. Two hours later they never showed and we canceled with our road side assistance. I found All Access Towing on Google and within 30 minutes they had picked up my vehicle. They are very helpful and very professional. I do recommend them to anyone for roadside assistance or to haul your broken down vehicle. If our vehicle needs to be towed, we will be using them again.

They were awesome! After waiting 4 hours from two other companies BSing with us, All Access came through and showed up in 25 minutes and thank goodness. Use them if you want reliable people coming to help you! Seriously, you won’t regret it.

My grandparents got into a car accident and we needed the car to be towed. I honestly picked this company randomly and am glad I did. Nick came in a timely manner arriving within 10 minutes from the call. He was very professional and went out of his way for my grandparents. I highly recommend using All access towing!

Nick who’s last name which I do not know works there for the company and he’s actually came out and helped me on two different occasions he’s badass not only is he fast but he’s definitely shed some light on some of my worst nights the times he’s come to the rescue! Oh and his tow truck is badass and sounds even better in person too!Nothing but cool genuine vibes the few times he’s come and helped me. This guys needs a raise! One of the most respectful and on time towing service my number one tow guy Nick has been towing my vehicles for many years and he took the time off his very busy work day to come over and help my friend get her truck to get fixed he made me look good with my friend I told her don’t worry I got I called my buddy nick and was like say homie I got a friend who needs a tow he tells me I’m busy at the moment I can get to her in an hour or so I was like homie look out she’s a really good friend of mine can you look out he was like I got you and 20 minutes later he showed up and helped my friend out and now her trucks fixed and my buddy Nick was great thanks homie I got you

DON’T DO IT!! May sound like a good price but if he misunderstands your request you’re screwed. Told him address night before pick up, he quoted me price, next day he shows up 90mins late and can’t go to address agreed upon even though he acknowledged in text, because he misunderstood. Tried to charge me $100 more for the distance and when I said I wouldn’t pay the extra, he cancelled tow. Didn’t care that he messed up, but instead tried to cheat me out of extra money when he simply CANT READ!!

We where stranded all the way in George West Texas. Nick Was back in San Antonio and quickly picked us up and and towed up back to San Antonio with a decent price. Thanks nick !

I have no problem with this company. They did a great job. Didnt have to wait a long time. They work in rain or shine. You could call at any time and they go to work.

We were given one prize $500 then at the time of dropping off he changed the prize to $820 wish we didn’t have so we had to borrow or he would pound our truck 😬 we didn’t have no choice 😓

This is by far the WORST towing service company I have ever encountered!!! If I could give this pathetic place zero stars I would!! This guy sounded like he just woke up at 10am when I called this loser towing service to help me get my car which had a flat tire to a near by auto shop!! Not like I wanted this guy to travel across town!! So I tell him my situation and he agrees to helping me out and gives a quote of $70 to tow my car. I was fine with the price but then he suggested if I called another place they could be cheaper but I already called his service and trusted that he would be of good service and tow the car. Then he gives me a time limit of 45 minutes he would arrive at my location I said ok I can wait. He didnt get my phone number or my name which I thought was odd because how would he be able to contact me if he arrives? I brushed it off because I am not familiar in how the towing service works. I waited for him to arrive. TWO HOURS passed and this loser still hasnt arrived yet. I called him 5 times!! As time passed Which the calls were sent to voicemail left a voicemail giving my phone number and asked if he was lost! The guy never called me back and NEVER showed up!! So I called another towing service an excellent company and they were there within 20 minutes they got my name and number! The man from the other towing service gave me water and he was very polite and did an excellent job on towing my car! I was gladly to give the other company my money for their excellent service! All Access Towing is pathetic!!! Useless company and would never recommend this company to anyone!! Save your money and go else where because this guy is a scam!

Company was around the pound when I needed help at midnight, and Nick was an amazing. Got me towed and changed my spare after my tire had been slashed and car put on hold. Sent me on my way within the hour. Complete life saver and at a decent price. Would definitely use them again.

Fast and friendly. However i was quoted 76.00 and was charged 125.oo because they arrived at vehicle twice(the first time i wasnt there) i had not scheduled an exact time yet. And said i would call back when i was at my vehicle. I did so and they arrived promptly.so they charged rged me for an unscheduled driveby 50.00.what do you make of that?

This company was on time. Always answers all calls and show up fast. They work 24hr 7days a week.

Not 24/7 called the dude at 2am didnt answer. He picked up the phone at 10am and dropped the f bomb on me and hung up for posting simply that they werent open 24/7. I told him I would change the review and he said he wasnt worried about it, fk youasNot mad more amused. Dont go to this guy, dont trust someone like this with your car. Im sure his work is as lousy as his language.
