Took my TV to them one day after work at 5:45, they said they would call me soon with a repair quote. I barely had time to get home before they called with a quote! Seriously, it took them less than 30 minutes to quote my issue. It only took a week for them to get the parts and they also upgraded the new main board so it would not cause the issue again. Some capacitors went bad and cause over voltage to the backlight array which burned it out. Not only did they fix my TV incredibly fast, they future proofed it so it wouldnt happen again. Alex was very nice and professional. Couldnt recommend them more!

Although they did repair the power cord in the back of my TV, which was caused by my kids pulling it out...these guys prices I believe are pretty unreasonable. I had asked the gentleman there how much is your labor rate and he had said its 80 dollars an hour no matter if they have to replace a button or repair a cord. So for my repair which i know all it would take for them to do is either solder the old one or even a new cord(which is what they used) cost 118.00. Almost 40 bucks for the cord and 80.00 for labor rate. I highly suggest you shop around TV repair shops prior to utilizing these guys because there labor rate is as much as the automotive mechanic industry rates! Our TV does work we have had no issues regarding that repair, but now our speaker seems to be blown and something sounds loose inside. Well be going to another repair shop. Attached is the picture of the 118 dollar repair they did. The original wire harness from the old power cord was not even used.Update: After taking the backing of the TV off found that one if the bottom speakers surround foam was split causing the speaker to have a rattle and sound distorted.I am very positive that my kids did not do this. Either way I fixed the issue by applying E6000 flexible adhesive to the surround and the speaker sounds brand new once again.

This is my GO TO store for TV repair. Once the diagnosis is complete, you are notified to decide yes/no on the repair. I always say yes, because this is where they shine. The repair is better than factory reset, if the replacement part has an updated version (there usually is) they will get it. This repair will SAVE my initial TV investment. Recommended: yes.

I needed a part that was difficult to find but I was kept informed about delays. In the end my part was unable to be attained but the ingenious technician was able to upgrade my tv which was a regular tv to a smart tv and gave me a remote that worked with it where I had none. All for the originally agreed apron and very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

I just moved to San Antonio. I moved here all the way from New York in this tiny Subaru. I made this entire drive down here and in the process something happened to my TV. I was almost positive that the TV I had owned was going to have to be trashed. It was 10 years old and I figured the estimate alone would cost so much. Luckily for me, I found this company. Called different TV repair shops and I got the same story, Well come take a look for $50, $80, etc., and tell you if its worth fixing. Some even said, If I were you, dont bother, it will cost to much. I called TV Repair 4 Less and they asked me to drop it off and theyd look at it at no charge. They gave me an estimate, $220; thats what I paid, plus tax. I know for a fact they probably didnt make much money on the deal because something else went bad. They absorbed the cost and said it was the price of doing good business. Im writing this review because I wanted to, and because they deserve it. Now, I get to keep a great 42 TV that will last me another 5 years or more. If you dont give these folks a chance, youre paying too much.

Overall the service was good, the tech came to my house to fix the problem which required a bulb change, the cost was okay $220.00, I guess thats a flat fee for fixing your TV. They made my appointment as soon as the next day and made sure they had the part before they even scheduled for the repair, the tech was running about a hour behind, but Im happy that I have my 72 working again and Ill be having my family come over for Christmas dinner and I always like to watch a movie after dinner and having my TV working with of course that big screen everyone will be able to enjoy with no small picture.

They called back the same day my mother dropped off the TV to give estimate for repair. (They offered to lower price if we would give them a good google review). Once agreed they said part was gonna be ordered and TV would work like new once it was repaired. Almost two weeks went by and never got a call. We called to check on it and were told part wasnt in yet. That same day we got a call back that TV was not repairable and for us to go pick up TV. We received non repaired TV with missing screws, inside wires not in order, and worst condition than from when it was dropped off. They would have got a good review from us even if they were not able to fix our TV, but they did not care for it like professionals should.

Took our 55 in TV for an estimate after it suffered a power surge. Dropped it off on a Saturday and had a quote on Monday. Quote was very competitive. Decided to have them repair the TV. Told us it would be 2-5 days depending on when they got the part in. 3 days later we received a call telling us it was done. We pick the TV today. As far as their responsiveness and overall customer service I give them 5 stars.

Called on a Saturday afternoon; had a serviceman with a fully loaded supply truck at my home within 3 hours. Replaced both mother board and auxilliary board to give my 42 flat panel LCD HD TV a new life in about an hour. Very reasonable. Trip/estimate charge was rolled into repair. Serviceman very knowledgeable and friendly. Out of 4 local repair services called, this one answered, was easily understood, listened to my non-technical description of what was wrong, and schedule same day in-home service. They got my business and my recommendations to friends.

This shop is horrible! Did not fix the problem and demanding to pay them! I’ve leant my lesson and I’ll never use this TV repair shop anymore! It’s not honestly business ! Beware!One phone call then you lost money! I’m very upset about this ridiculous matter! Terrible business owner!

BEWARE... I got scammed by this shop, over the phone Alex quoted me 179.00 out the door at that point I was driving had him on speakerphone and me and my wife heard clearly 179 I gave him the ok to fix it... at the time to pick up he said - oh no I said 279.00 out the door, I refused to pay this amount and he treated to keep the TV and re sale it to recover his investment, I paid 2k for the tv and I was just forced and scammed by a little boy, I will contact BBB and file a claim against this place .... when you walk in to the place they have over 150 TVs ransomed BEWARE !!!

They are a sham. Scratched my flat screen TV when we took it for a repair and they denied it. We had taken pictures of our TV before taking it in and showed them but they still refused to do anything about. They were very rude to us. Would NEVER recommend this place.
