This past weekend, I went in to have a deep dive on two old laptops for photos we couldnt retrieve/find after a hard drive crash. I was told to sign up for a $200 membership that would cover this service.Within 24hrs they completed the work which involved simply moving the visible photos from the files on my laptop to a thumb drive. I could have done this and is not what I asked for. Now Im out $200 and still have not retrieved the actual lost photos I asked for or confirmation they do not exist anymore.When explaining my dissatisfaction I received a blank stare and no effort to remedy the situation. I was denied a refund as well. Extremely unhappy, would not recommend.

The Geek squad should be called the rude squad, because thats what they are,they are as useful and as helpful as a cactus

If I could give 0 stars I would. Not only did they basically suggest the annual membership as a solve all resolution, but they did not communicate with me that not only they couldnt fix my computer, but they said they informed me ahead of picking it up, which they didnt. Very unprofessional and will never use fraud squad again.

Always have to make an appointment. There is no walk up service.

Sat there for over a hour before getting anyone to even talk to me. Not sure why they make appointments if they cant even acknowledge you until a hour after your appointment time. Then I was told it would be 30 dollars with my 3 year geek squad protection so I left. Waist of time. Terrible customer service

Dont go here to get your computer fixed if you want it returned in better condition than when it was sent in

Terrible attitude, very unhelpful, she was not understanding of our situation AT ALL. She treated us like we were idiots and told us there was nothing she could do to help us.
