Great Place to take your business, very professional and they are super friendly. I have a Samsung TV that was not working, they looked at it and let me know they could fix it but it would take a little time to get the parts for it. I told them no problem and now I have it back in perfect working condition. Glad I made the choice to fix it. Just a side note we have been going here on and off for the last 40 years and it had been several years since I have come here to get something fixed but I am glad to see that even after the father who originally opened the business is no longer there they have to continued to provide the great guest service he was known for, I will continue to support this local business because they work hard and care about the customer. Ive used TRC a handful of times and have recommended their services to many friends and family.I take my lawn mower in to get repaired due to my own negligence during the winter and they always get it running like brand new.Had one issue arise during my many times going to TRC and the owner (Mark) quickly rectified the issue.With their great customer service, I plan to use them in the future for my small engine needs.

So far I have not had a good experience with them. I was always constantly calling to get an update on my lawnmower they said they would call me back never did. I did eventually get my lawnmower back after a month even with warranty. I will say this they did fix my lawnmower and working well so far. As fixing lawnmowers I do think they do a decent job, but as for customer service its a headache.

This place takes weeks/months just to fix it yea they did a good job but too much time consuming better to get new one

Im a bit conflicted here. I need two lawn mowers and a power washer repaired. I read the positive responses but also the negative. I dont have time to do things twice and ignored as well as overcharged.The 3 stars is a neutral evaluation that can change as service is rendered. We will see

These guys are quick and know what they are doing!!! Plenty places said no they can’t replace the parts or the wanted to charge me two arms and leg. If you need something fix come to these guys!!! That’s my firefighter promise!!!!

If youre looking for an honest, small engine repair shop this is the place! Very affordable and genuinely good service. They were fast with my repair and will even pick up and deliver to you. Cant get anything better or cheaper!

Took my mower in to get the blade sharpened. Bryan came bounding out, clip board on hand and a big smile. He had the blade off, sharpened, and back on in under 15 min. Great price, great service, and a have a blessed day. on the way out. Top notch service.

I have dealt with several repair shops over the years. Spent a lot of money on repairs. I used this shop a few times for parts. Found them reasonably priced. Ive been doing a lot of my own repairs since. But I do call them for advice. A lot of shops tell U to bring in the equipment. These guys are very helpful. I have gotten a lot of adive and parts here. WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM FOR YEARS TO COME

Met at the door, near closing time on a SAT. Took my request for parts or replacement and offered to call w/ availability & price...havent heard anything yet...

They did good work and got it done WAAAAY faster than other places do. Dont know about pricing because it was warranty work. The area its in isnt the greatest and the shop is a little run down so that might scare some people off. I find repair shops are often like taco shops. If youre willing to ignore the looks youll often find the places that look questionable are the best places to go... But you might come out to find your car up on blocks. Its worth the risk though

I give him two broken pressure washers, he charged me $65 for each just to look at it and call me back to tell me what’s wrong with them and how much gonna cost us to repair it, 2 month after no call, we went there to ask him what’s going on, he didn’t even check them, we ask for our money back because he did nothing to them, he didn’t care about it and didn’t give my money back, if you ready to get screwed take your stuff to him, I leave him this review and I’m sure KARMA gets him.

We tried this place based on the reviews. We were so happy. We took our 6 year old mower in. A week later they called us and it was done. They did a tune up and fixed the problem with the throttle for under 90 bucks. And when we left the owner gave us a good tip about preserving your gas so you dont have more problems.. Great place. We will be back anytime we need service on anything.

First time using these guys. Front of store is in need of a make over but they seem to have allot of work. Took them awhile to fix my mower, but I am happy with the service as the mower starts on the first pull and sounds better. Went back because the rope broke later on and they fixed it while I waited, no charge.

I took my Coleman pressure washer in because it would not stay running for more then 20-30 sec. After leaving deposit of $65, I was told it would be approximately 30 days. this was 7/20/15. I called after 28 days and was told it was the 10th in line. I received a call the next day that it was ready and needed to have carburetor overhauled and the cost would be $135. in addition to the $65 deposit which totaled $203.51. I noticed that the carburetor showed absolutely no signs of being taken off and overhauled. I used it for about 45 min and it leaked a lot of oil. When I took it in the oil level was right on the full mark on dip stick. I immediately opened oil filler cap and oil began to flow out. After draining about 16 oz. oil the dip stick was about 1/2 in. above full mark. This condition was done by someone who allegedly worked on it. I can not get any satisfaction when I call, much less have the repairman return my phone calls. For another $50 I could have bought a new unit.

JUST noticed a bill from my accountant these people charged me 189.00 to replace a belt my fault didnt read final bill after i was quoted 125.00 DONT TAKE EQUIPMENT THERE YOU MAY OR MAY NOT GET DUPED DONT TAKE A CHANCE

Dropped lawnmower off on August 25... paid 50$ deposit... called after 1 wk.. NOT READY.. 2 WKS, NOT READY... 3WKS, NOT READY... 4 WKS NOT READY... ALL I GET IS EXCUSES.. still dont have it... ready to call my brothers attorney... ARG.!!!!!!!!!

Why are you advertising sewing machine repairs when you obviously dont offer this service?

Came to the house and picked up my rider. They fixed it and delivered it back. They solved a backfiring issue that it had since new.

Make sure that you tape record your price quote over the phone because these guys will stick it to you upon pick up. Price I was quoted was $90.00 then upon pick up turned into another $255.00 without any warning and they also had my television for three weeks.

Lawn mower working like a champion

I took my vacuum cleaner in, because I suspected a clog somewhere. They replaced the cord, but I later found a clog the size of a rat, when I took it apart. He charged me a lot, too.
