Took in my samsung curve screen TV... Was having multiple issues. Quick diagnosis and fair price for repair. Would definitely recommend...

They were great! From the initial call Katherine was very helpful. I ended bringing my t.v here for repair. The price for the diagnostic was really good. In less than 24 hours, they tested my tv’s sound module and speakers. The module was good but, the speakers were bad. They advised me that, they could replace the speakers but, it would be 4-6 weeks to get new ones from overseas. It would be better and more cost effective to get an external sound bar. They came out to my vehicle to pick up the tv and brought it out when I picked it up. First class service and definitely worth the drive. I’m glad I passed on the other her tv shops and came here.

Hes right wrong shop my apologies for the negative reviews on your company. The company that I was trying to review was tv repair 4 less. The one that is next to a Kirby store. As far as whats in the TV I have no idea, but I know it needs to be taken apart to see. The speaker worked before we took it in on the right side now its distorted at high volume no matter which hdmi cord we use. So probably what ever they did we will be buying another speaker unfortunately.

Really? When i had already called a different number and the guy told me the price range for the screen was going to be around $250-$350!

Awesome service

Took my 50 inch Sharp. The lady was real friendly. The job took like a week...got it back and it works great...had problems with this television six months after I purchased it but it was still in warranty... I was determined to get it fixed... glad I found this place... now one of my laptops is acting up so I guess they will get my business for that also.... thank you so much... hopefully I wont have any problems no way soon with the TV...... satisfied in San Antonio!!!

Called and lady that answered was nice and informative on my way to get an estimate on my 70 tv right now, will update soon as I leave the place hope I get the same customer service as I did over the phone...(Update) so I dropped off tv customer service was excellent very informative expecting a response in about 2-3 days will update til then...

Took my tv in for repair, the man seems very friendly, knowledgeable, with over 40 yrs of experience...Ill update you on service when its complete.UPDATE: (2 days later). The gentleman called me and told me that my TV was fine and working and that it was possibly the outlet here at home. Very honest and no charge,except the 25.00 to evaluate and check out the problem.

Called the place to get a ballpark estimate on a repair and I already know what needs repaired. The person who answered the phone was not friendly and hung up on me after a short brief answer.

Repaired my tv and I only used it for one week. When I took it back they said that it was destroyed by roaches. I wander how roaches will destroy a TV. They never refund my money. Please think twice before you take your electronics there. They dont know what they doing
