I was in pain, and called my dentist, Dr. Jesus Garzas dental office to get an appt., and the antibiotics I needed. They were so caring. I was seen next day. All staff members were so nice and sympathetic to my condition.

I’ve been to 3 different dentists over the last 20 years. I had a great experience with my initial visit with Dr Garza and the next visit for my deep cleaning. The staff is great and the office is clean and nice. Appt time was 0900 both days and they were punctual.

I know... you have a dentist,but these guys are better,great staff, dental assistants, and doctors 😁friendly people,I have no hesitation recommending them ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have never been a fan of the dentist and was nervous to go into Westover Hills Dental Care, just as I had been for every dentist appointment since I was a kid. I was in a lot of pain, so I forced myself to go in, and was so pleasantly surprised!Dr. Garza knows what he’s doing. I’ve had a wide array of work done at Westover Hills Family Dental by now and I can’t remember dental work ever being this painless. The real triumph here is the staff. Kristina is a joy and makes every visit welcoming and fun— not traits I would usually associate with a dentists office. She has been the assistant on every one of my visits so far and has thoroughly impressed me with her care and patience. I will be coming here for all my dental work. Experience simply cannot be beat!

Let me tell you. I HATEED the dentist. I get shivery and anxious but man do they help you feel welcomed. They were all so calming and friendly! From the front receptionist to the DA to the actual dentist. They love to talk and create bonds. Most of all, they continually ask me if I’m doing ok or if I need a break. I won’t ever go anywhere else.

The staff is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. This location is very clean. The staff does an excellent job of informing you of next steps. You know how much treatment will cost up front. Dr. G is not a hand on door knob kind of dentist he will sit and talk to you and insure all your questions are answered and all concerns are clear.I would highly recommend!!!

I recently moved from Champaign, IL to Mico. This was my very first visit and what an awesome Dental experience! State of the art equipment and everyone from Cindy in Reception to Lizette who gave me the best cleaning I have ever had!! I made my next 6 month appointment before I left their office. Superb service.

The entire staff at this dental office is so kind & helpful. The dental hygienist, Karen, who performed my deep cleaning was the most gentle, caring, & diligent person to ever clean my teeth. She continually checked to make sure I was okay & not feeling any pain & if I did she got the doctor to administer more numbing medicine as needed. The first appointment she even held my hand when I was frightened about receiving my dental work. She explained everything that they were going to do so I could be calm and comfortable knowing what would take place. The doctor who did my fillings, (unfortunately I can’t remember her name, but she was a petite/ beautiful red head woman with a heart of gold) she was very attentive & kind as well. She did an excellent job on my fillings & made my teeth good as new. I am at ease knowing I now have a dental facility I can trust because they all genuinely care for their patients. I highly recommend this dental office & team. Thank you for consistently providing a great experience!

Cindy is AWESOME at her job, she was my first impression and it was great! Lissette was great too, she had to deal with me while she professionally did her job. And mayra made the process go super smooth for me because I was asking her a bunch of questions and she was patient and professional.Thank you to ALL of them that dealt with me. I CAN wait to see y’all but I know y’all are professional when I do go back.ANDThrough a pandemic they made me feel super safe!!! Which is priceless. Seriously thats what I’m most grateful for.

Spent a few weeks in Texas and went in the office for a cleaning. Ended up needing a root canal and crown. The staff is very friendly and Dr. Garza was awesome. I had a bad experience with a root canal and was nervous about getting another one. He did a great job and pain free. I highly recommend him.

Incredible Service! I have honestly never gotten a better cleaning anywhere else then at Westover Hills Family Dental Care. The RDH Lissette was amazing. She put so much effort and detail in cleaning and making sure my teeth looked good. They do not rush in between patients, they will give you their 100% of their effort and attention until you are satisfied. Tania, the receptionist in the front was great as well, she explained everything in detail and provide amazing customer service. I truly recommend this Dental place if you are looking for great service!

Want to thank Dr Garza for the work performed on my new dentures. He was informative and patient with me when I asked questions. I especially want to thank his assistant Laura for all that she does, briefing, setting up, anticipating what Dr Garza needs are. Its obvious they work well together like a well oiled machine. Having all your teeth pulled is traumatic in itself but they made it less stressful and painless as possible. I didnt have a regular dentist but now I do.

Westover hills family Dental has by far been my best experience. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I would not recommend any other place for anyone seeking the best dental care. The teeth cleaning was as beautiful as the Dental Hygienist(Jasmine Flores), detailed cleaning and by far the best cleaning i have ever had by a long shot! Appointment had no wait time. Let me start by saying the entire staff from Donna at the front desk, to Laura and the girls in the back, to the amazing Dr. Garza are all completely amazing. From someone who is terrified of the dentist and all that it implies, they have made me feel like family. They have restored my self esteem and made me feel beautiful. Great experience! I was a new patient and was treated very well. Laura made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She explained everything very well and addressed all my concerns. My hygienist Jasmine did a phenomenal job on my cleaning. She frequently asked questions to ensure I wasnt in pain or discomfort. Love this office, all front/ back staff and doctors are very friendly and makes me feel comfortable. (Sonia) front desk is awesome, always friendly and goes above and beyond for patients. She went that extra step to help me save money with my insurance for my braces . She didnt have to do it but she did. Theres a lot of clinics that need someone like her. Receptionist is the first person as a patient that we see, and she is THE BEST.

Lissette, my dental hygienist, did an outstanding job on cleaning my teeth. She went above and beyond by using different dental tools to make sure my stains were removed. I am also impressed by how her and the staff were friendly and made me feel real comfortable. I would recommend her and Westover Hills Family Dental to all you seek and an excellent job performance and a great friendly experience.

I seen Dr. Izzadoust only that one visit. I was never told I was going to be seeing Dr. Garza. I prefer female physicians. I am very disappointed in the service I received.I had a crown placed on my wisdom tooth because he “wanted to save the tooth” the tooth was not worth saving. I was in pain for months and taking pain pills was not the way i wanted to live and i refused to return to this office to allow any of them to touch me again. I had to have the same tooth removed at an Emergency Dental Facility because I was in so much pain. I do not recommend this office at all.

I moved here from Kansas City. I had the same dentist for seven years and I am always nervous about going to the dentist. This office is very clean and professional. I needed a crown and numerous fillings. The back office from dental hygienist Jasmine and dental assistant Valerie are compassionate and very patient. The front office Sonia and Laurie are very welcoming and will also work with you to get in to see the dentist asap. I would not think of going anywhere else!

Really great service. Was seen for periodontal followup and 3 fillings. Doctor Garza did an excellent job, careful with numbing injections _and_ waited long enough for numbness to fullly take effect before starting work. When one filling failed, got me in ASAP and completely redid the tooth. Answered all my questions completely and kindly. Staff kind, friendly, and professional.

Lizzete did all of our cleanings and made us feel so comfortable as always!!! We’ve been going to this office for years and the staff is fab and Sonja is also great!!!!!!!!!!! Dr.Izaddoust is absolutely amazing!! She was so patient with my two little girls. My 7yr old needed cavities filled, She sang songs the whole time while doing the fillings. Made my daughter so comfortable. She even made my anxiety go away. Highly recommend westover family dental!!!

I Have not been to the dentist in a long time so I was a little uneasy at first. But the whole process went by smoothly and I was happy with the experience every single time. Laura, an amazing person once I walked in for my first visit she was there for me and spoke to me, helped me relax before starting the whole procedure. Dr. Izaddoust, when she walked in was amazing, kept a conversation going and made me feel comfortable and no matter what she would react to my little gestures, in case something felt uncomfortable. Loved the experience, and the staff is amazing. Best dental clinic I have ever gone to :)

This has been my family dentist for the past couple of years. My daughter is scared to death of needles but their soft touch and talk helped her get through it. Jasmine was great she patiently cleaned my whole families teeth in a timely manner. We were in and out!

This place is really nice, from the time I walked in to the staff. They have everything I need. I dont even need to go anywhere else for my Dental needs they have it all. Dr. Garza explained everything very well, in terminology I could understand.

I will never go back again. In the beginning everything was so good and going smooth but towards the end everything changed. Westover family dental care only has one doctor for both locations. Now if something happens to your teeth when he is out of town or away from work you will have to just deal with it. If you want to be waiting hours and hours for the doctor to finally get to after he has dealt with all the other patients then go ahead do your thing. I dont recommend.

Had by far the BEST DENTAL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE at Westover Hills Family Dental yesterday!!! The office was inviting and comfortable (had a great view), the doctor was great, and Christina (assistant) was so cheery and helpful that I was totally at ease! Came for the first time today and had a great experience. Dr. Moreno is very sweet, sociable, and funny, and made the experience enjoyable and quick. Vanessa and the rest of the staff that I met were also great and helpful. Looking forward to coming back.

At first I was fine with the office, but after coming back today to get my filling adjusted to fix the work done yesterday, I was told to come in and it wont take long. I come back in today and wait 45 min and still didnt get helped so I wasted almost an hour of my work day just to have to come back and wait again. Im not happy and will be finding a new dentist office.

My family and I always feel at home here. All the staff are friendly. Valerie is always very thorough and loving towards both my girls. We love this place.

The dental office is very friendly and staff are professional. I had my 3 month cleaning on February 8, 2018 at 1540. They always ensure you make your follow up appt before you go to the back for your cleaning and always accommodate my scheduled time for late afternoon. Lissette is my favorite, she knows that I have very sensitive teeth and cannot withstand the temperature of the water so she always ask me if I am okay during my cleaning. Lissette is awesome and adorable! She also allows me to use her as a punching bag when I have a sensitivity episode during the cleaning (chuckles inside joke between the two of us!). I love the dental office and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks to everyone in the office and especially my favorite person, Lissette!

My kids and I had a great experience here. I switched here after having a bad experience at another dentist.I had the pleasure of interacting with Jasmine, Sonia and Vanessa during my visit they were all awesome!

While at lunch today i cracked a tooth. Unfortunately our regular dentist was not available. So my husband went on line and found Westover Hills Family Dental Care. It had good rating and it was close, so we made a quick emergency appointment and after filling out some paperwork and a small waiting time, understandable since I was a walk in, X-rays were taken and the culprit was seen. Too bad it could not be salvaged. So after a quick look, we waited a bit longer, but it was no big deal since I did have to have it taken care of and I was a walk in. But once in, Dr. Garz explained the proceedure and allowed me to decide what i wanted done. There was no real choice and I had already decided what I wanted done. He gave me the little numbing shot and five minutes later the tooth was extracted with less time than it took the numbing shot to take effect. Dr. Garza and his entire staff were very accomadating, nice and helpful, especially the recptionist who was working alone, taking care of all the appointments and now me who was dumb enough not to have my Dental insurance information. Between taking care of the regular patients and finding my information she did a wonderful job, always very nice and polite. And poor dear looked like she might have a sore throat, but there were no excuses or complaints from her, she just continued to do her job. What a wonderful, patient woman.The rest of the staff were just as helpful and accomadating, explaining everything to me and making me and my husband as comfortable as possible. Dr. Garza was so gentle and polite he also put me at ease.This is a wonderful place to go to if you need either an emergency session as I did, or just need a regular dentist that can take care of all your needs. They make you feel welcome and relaxed.Although I do have a regular dentist, Dr. Jesus Garza is also going to be my go to dentist if i cannot get a hold of my regular dentist. I highly recommend him and his entire staff for all your dental needs.
