Ive been going to The Tooth Doctor for many years now. Dr. Reddy has always taken such good care of my teeth and has always made sure that I felt comfortable and was not in pain. I was a nervous wreck before I started going to his office. He has a friendly, caring, and professional staff. I highly recommend the Tooth Doctor.

I had somewhat of a dental emergency and needed to be seen quickly. Thankfully I was able to be treated by Dr. Reddy. His talents and bedside manner are top notch. Alexis was also instrumental in providing patient education. I am thankful for the care!

I just set an appointment today at 9am. 06/07/2021 And they listened to me and understood the pain I was going through. This was my 3rd option. And the other 2 werent helping me. The first one was 7 on 7 dental. And the dentist did not let me know I had an infection in my tooth. And I was in pain for 2 days straight. I cried in front of the assistant and gave me tissues. I was in pain to long.. it was unbearable. I have a very high pain tolerance but I am so relived .And the tooth doctor was the bestest place I ever went too. I got my tooth extraction the same day. Immediately. And I feeeelllll so much better. I am so glad it over with. Thank you guys so much for the help. I will no longer go to 7 on 7. They sure didnt give no cares about my well being. My sons front tooth got almost completely knocked out. There was only a very small part of his tooth left to work with. Went to two dentists to see what could be done about it. First told me he would have to pull remaining tooth and give him a permanent implant since there was too much damage done. Second told me he needed a crown because of said damages. Then I found Dr. Teddy at the Tooth Doctor. He was the only dentist that came up with a better solution. He made a cap and buildup for his front tooth! It looks amazing and you cannot tell that the tooth is “fake”. My son is sooo happy and I am too. Not to mention that both previous dentists were asking around $1300 to fix the problem and Dr. Reddy’s Office quoted me $210!! Everyone at that office was so friendly and professional. The office manager told me they could work with my budget for the future if anything else needs to be done. I highly recommend this place!! Thanks Dr. Teddy and his team.

This is the best dentist office I have ever been to!! Each and every employee made my experience so comfortable and easy! The finance manager is so amazingly sweet and down to earth! I was in extreme pain from an abscess . Called them at 3 am. Then at 8 am I get a call back. Would never have imagined getting a call back...I didn’t even leave a message. Any way they got me in immediately!! Got the tooth pulled and they are reasonably priced. I can’t complain. I’m beyond happy with my experience. And the staff is friendly and professional. Thank you guys so much . I’ll definitely be going back

Great dentist me and my family have been going to for years. It is a small one dentist dental office like the old days. The kind of office you can take your family to and stay with for continued care over the years...or just go when you have an emergency from not getting preventive care. Average prices, quality treatment, personal service...and not a overpriced corporation owned dental clinic.

After hours & hours of calling around for somebody to see my husband ASAP and extract a wisdom tooth that was causing him a huge amount of pain...These people at the office saved the day and brought so much relief! They saw my husband the next day and extracted the tooth not only were we in and out but the price was great and every single person in that office was just the sweetest! When you see someone you love in pain and want to help but everywhere you call is SUPER expensive to where we couldn’t afford it and couldn’t see him till 2 or 3 day later, CRAZY and frustrated to say the least.This place came through and called the next day just to check up on him!YES YES YES I highly recommend this place! Before The Tooth Doctor I was terrified of dentists. I went in for an emergency appointment and was quoted thousands of dollars of work. They were so kind and helpful to me, and worked out a payment plan with me since I don’t have insurance. Their work is solid, both the dentist, the hygienist, and the people behind the front desk are all so wonderful and accommodating. I will always go back to them ♥️

The staff at The Tooth Doctor are outstanding. They really care about the patient. I went for a screening and they they explained everything to me. They gave me options and gave their best recommendation based on my health. They didn’t base their reconditions on insurance or how much money they can get. They really care about you as a person and as a patient. Their assistants are very courteous and professional. The hygienist is straight forward and tells you what you need to know and how to improve yourself. The front desk people are really nice and work with you. They even have text messaging that reminds me of my appointments. I’m super busy, like everyone else, and the text messages help me stay on track.Dr. Reddy pulled my wisdom teeth. In the procedure he said, “Okay finished with that one.” I replied, “One out and three to go.” He chuckled and then told me that he was finished. I had no idea he had already pulled them!They are simply excellent and the best dentist and team I have had. Thank you to EVERYONE in that office for helping my wife and for helping me. Absolute the best dental office I have ever visited. The staff are the friendliest and most professional I have encountered and are always keyed on patient comfort and health. Love love love this office! Ive been going to the Tooth Doctor since I was a teenager, and I have never had a bad experience. The staff is kind, extremely professional, and they are always available to answer clinical/billing questions in a timely manner. My mom, dad, stepsister, and stepmother are all dedicated patients, and I recently introduced my fiancé to this office and hes never going anywhere else in San Antonio. I absolutely hate going to the dentist, but they always do an amazing job of making me feel comfortable, and help lower my anxiety before/during long procedures. The best part, they take the time to really get to know their patients, and Im now at the point where I can simply wave hello to check in. The tooth doctor is absolutely fabulous! The staff is courteous and they never forget to ask after my family members, by name! On 3 occasions I have called with urgent dental emergencies for my friends and family and they have always worked with me to find a convenient time. Last week they even stayed late when my son broke his front tooth so he didnt have to wait over the weekend due to pain. Thanks Tooth Doctor--thats why we keep coming back!

My 5 children and I just switched dentist offices in February. Our experience has been nothing short of wonderful. The staff is extremely helpful, even with things other than dentistry, and Dr. Ready is great at what he does. Every question I have, he answers flawlessly, and believe me I always have a lot of questions.I would recommend them to any one who is looking for a dentist without hesitation.

Everyone was very professional and the experience was top rated. I have had a couple things done at the Tooth Doctor and have always been very satisfied with then entire experience. There prices are also good but their customer relations are well above the norm. Great job!!

I went to the Tooth Doctor and was very nervous. After examining me and taking X-rays and impressions I was given a breakdown of what work needed to be done. I had a bad feeling and was not impressed with the demeanor of the dentist. He contradicted himself a couple of times and basically said I had an infection and the crown may not work ??? The office had a window area between rooms that had no window and was exposing the inside of the walls. I went to my regular dentist being out of network and showed them the worksheet that listed what work was needed. Firstly they had two codes that were not dental codes (fake charges). I verified this with my insurance as well. They said I needed some type of gum cleaning that was $500.00 which I did not need. They said I needed some fillings. I also did not need this. I knew I needed a crown and thank god they did not do the work telling me it may not work and I would have to sign off on this. I had no infection either and if I did they should have given me an antibiotic before scheduling the crown. Always go with your instinct and never go near this place.

I have been to several dentists over the years. And Dr.Reddy by far is so knowledgeable and what other dentist can not perform he can. My extractions do not even hurt afterwards.This dentist is the best dentist I have ever come in contact with.Am very satisfied with my dental care.And staff is so sweet and courteous.

I have been coming to The Tooth Dr for over 8 years and I love the service. Everyone is always so friendly and I feel like family when I am there. Dr. Reddy is the best Dr and Christine always sees me and she is very thorough on everything she does. I will never go and see any other Dr. I have friends who also started coming to the Tooth Dr because of me and they also will never go anywhere else.

This is not your average dentists office. Im going to tell you why. So back in February, I was playing on the rare occurrence of ice in Texas and slipped to break my front two teeth. I was in San Angelo at noon and they stayed open late for me to get there. The people working there were incredibly nice and fixed me up as quick as possible. They worked with us on payments and the check-up was just as pleasant. 10/10 would recommend to anyone

Three years ago I chose The Tooth Doctor. Im so glad I did. Because I happen to be one of those patients with a horrible childhood dental experience. So my anxiety level is always at an all time high when I have dental appointments. Dr Reddy and staff are so accommodating and friendly they put me at ease from my first visit. Dr Reddy takes time to explain things that are happening and readily answers any questions I may have. Treatment is professional and well done. I highly recommend.

I went to see the doctor about a year ago. The staff told me I needed a deep cleaning, my left side needed more urgent work. So I made an appointment for it, and in that day, the dental hygienist I believe checked and told me they would start on the RIGHT side. I told her that my left side was worst (according to them), so I told them to start on the LEFT side. The doctor came and gave me a couple of shots in the RIGHT SIDE !!! I guess I thought it was normal, but then when he was about to give me a THIRD shot, I told him, WHY ARE YOU DOING SHOTS ON MY RIGHT SIDE IF YOU ARE GOING TO BE WORKING ON MY LEFT ??? He said he didnt know !!!! That they normally start from the right. I told him that I TOLD her assistant or whatever she was (Hygienist) that they were supposed to start from the LEFT !! He just said he was sorry. They did perform the procedure (I regret it), and I had to go back and do the right side. I never went back. I was afraid of another mistake. He didnt even tried to make it right.

After hearing many many scary stories about how bad and painful root canals are, I was so afraid as to what to experience in my root canal appointment. Rest assured, Doctor Reddy came in and took care of the problem immediately! I absolutely felt NOTHING during my procedure and after the anesthetics wore off I only needed to take one Tylenol for the pain and that was it! Now, on the second day I feel little to almost no pain after! Doctor Reddy and his staff are beyond exceptional! They are friendly, courteous, and so welcoming. They take their time to explain in depth what NEEDS to be done. After years of my own neglect to my teeth, and like most being afraid of the dreaded dentist, I can finally say Im no longer afraid to go to the dentist! Thank you Tooth Doctor!!

I should start by saying that I HATE going to the dentist but after 3 weeks of a tooth ache I had to go. I had a few cavities and a root canal...yikes! But the service and experience I received was exceptional! Its a clean office with friendly staff but the best part about it was that it was essentially pain free! I was so surprised because last time I had cavities filled I had pain for weeks.

Dr. Reddy and his entire staff are absolutely incredible!!! I have had a fear of the dentist my entire life and thus have neglected my teeth my entire adult life. They have addressed each and every concern regarding my dental health. The moment you park and walk into the office, you truly feel as if you are family. The level of patient care Dr. Reddy and his staff provide is beyond measure. They truly should teach other healthcare professionals because they are the golden standard. I have found my forever dentist! The 40 min drive is worth it every single time!

Inquired about redoing four crowns at the dental insurance allowed amount so I could pay out of pocket before the five year insurance increment of replacing crowns. Was told by the lady at the front desk in a rude way that, that is insurance fraud. This is completely inaccurate as per my insurance company. A P.P.O. provider is required to honor the insurance contract amount even when a patient is paying for the crowns on their own. I went to another dental practice and paid the insurance maximum allowed amount for crowns and already have them in my mouth. The lady in this office is rude and has no idea about what she is talking about when it comes to patients paying to have their crowns redone before the five year period when the insurance company will pay for crowns. Patients can pay for crowns out of pocket at any time and a P.P.O. provider is required under contract with the insurance company to honor the P.P.O. maximum allowed amount for crowns. This dental office is in a house that has been converted to a dental office; it does not have a professional and clean appearance. Im so glad I went to another dental office instead of this place.

I was quite nervous visiting Dr. Reddy because of past unpleasant experiences. Both the office staff and his dental assistant were very courteous, patient, and reassuring that everything would be fine. X-rays were taken, and it was determined that an extraction was necessary. Panic set in because of the pain I had endured before. Since I had come unaccompanied, I could not be sedated. Dr. Reddy recommended nitrous oxide (laughing gas) to take the edge off. A numbing gel was applied to the gum. When it was time for Dr. Reddy to inject the gum, I felt no pain. My dental assistant was very attentive and kept asking if my lips felt numb. You are not rushed, and they go at your pace. Dr. Reddy lets you know when you are going to be injected and when the extraction will take place and what you might experience. To my surprise, I felt no pain during the extraction and was surprised it was over. Instructions are explained to you on how to take care of your extracted area. I highly recommend Dr. Reddy and his entire staff. As mentioned in previous reviews, he is a very gentle dentist!

Dr Shao and Mario took great care of me and my need for a root canal and crown. I had 0 pain throughout the whole process, and the day after my tooth and gums had no pain. I can not recommend this place more. The office manager, Jilian, was great and worked with me to get the best value for my treatment.

I have been terrified of dentists all of my life and refused to go. I finally had to go because I had a broken tooth. They made me feel so comfortable and assured me I would be ok. Ive been going to this location since I was a little girl. After the first dentist left and sold his practice to Dr. Reddy I was wary to return, but gave it a try when I had some cavities I needed filled. At first, I was unimpressed and decided to leave it, but I found that the outside world of dentistry was a dark and scary place. People were gouging prices, leaving my jaw dropped at the idea of $1800 for a single root canal WITH my insurance. I came back to Dr. Reddys office and explained the situation and Sanjay, whom Ive known for years, was happy to tell me that there is no way theyd gouge the price like that and were able to get this procedure done for me with an amazing price. The procedure was almost entirely painless and I am ready to go back and get it finished. I have to say that what makes this place is that they actually care about your situation and want to help you get it fixed.

I went in asking for an emergency extraction but the doctor was only concerned with how much work he could do on me. Sent me home with a piece of paper and in pain. I will never step foot in his office again.

Just awful! Sunjay the office manager lied to us repeatedly and charged us, without our consent for a second bridge when my husband only received one. The staff is awful the assistant picked the color of the bridge and it was yellow. She did not know what she was doing. Also they said for the price we were paying the bridge would be replaced at no charge, would not stain and would last at least 3-6 months. It stained within one week and cracked within two weeks. Sun jay assured us we would not be charged but today I got a call from a collection agency, he charged us and never told us. Also Dr. Reddy told me I needed 8 root canals. That was also a lie! Another dentist told me I needed two root canals and two fillings. They charge you without your consent and send you to collection. No notice, no phone call, no authoization. They also have a complaint from the Texas Dental Board for similar charges from Sunjay and Dr. Reddy.

Dr. Reddy and his staff are professional and provide my family with quality services.They are an integral part of my healthcare team.

The dentist attempted to do a root canal and long, horrific story short, his instrument got stuck in the canal of my tooth, which I had to have REMOVED from an endodontist - costing me thousands out of my pocket. This was one of the worst, emotional, financially draining experiences I’ve ever had. An apology was never given. Unbelievable and very disheartening experience with a dentist.
