I have been at Rolling Oaks dental for several years now and have consistently been impressed by their amazing work as well as customer service. I used to have an extreme fear of the dentist and have been able to not only overcome that fear but go through the process of Invisalign and most recently teeth whitening. AMAZING RESULTS!! And equally amazing care from Amanda throughout the whitening process! Dr. Dougherty and his staff are one of a kind when it comes to dentistry and I am so happy to be a patient of theirs!

I started going to this dentist when I moved to this side of town and ended up bringing my kids! I recently had teeth whitening done by Zahara and I am pleased with my results. She made sure I was OK throughout the entire process. The rest of the staff are kind and always available. I have never had an issue trying to get a hold of them. One of my daughters was receiving orthodontal treatment for braces at another dentist office and Dr. Dougherty offered to take a look at my daughters teeth as a second opinion to make sure she was getting the results we wanted. I recommend this dentist office if you want your teeth receiving geat work!

Rolling Oaks Dental office has been just amazing taking care of me and my family’s dental care through this crazy pandemic. The health and safety measures are the best I’ve seen anywhere. They made sure we didn’t lose any of our annual benefits with their attention to detail. These people show you they care and you feel it when you are there.

They do good work however the young lady that handles billing ect Anna, she overcharged me $839.00 and now refuses to refund my money. During a pandemic!! She then will lie to you and say shes gonna look into something and then never call you back. My thing is you had no problem taking that $839 from my account but npw its a problem to get it back. Guess i will talk to a lawyer and see what else can be done. Not happy at all!

I called ahead to verify that they were in network with my provider and the assured me they were.I then went in to get some work done and was given an estimate. I crossed out a third of the procedures. I told the billing person that I couldnt afford that right now.I went in for my appointment and sign the finalized plan. I was given nitrous at my request for pain.After it is all done, I get a call back saying that my insurance wasnt covering all the cost and that I needed to come in and pay the difference. I find out that even though I had crossed out part of the procedures, they went ahead and added back in. They even showed me the paper were I crossed the items out and then said I signed one with all the stuff back in, so it was my problem. I was forced to add it to Care Credit and the amount added was almost exactly the amount of the procedures I didnt want.I then spoke to my insurance and found out that they were not in network with my provider and lied to me about being in network.I then was contacted a few weeks ago to make a follow up appointment and explained why I wasnt going back and they offered to let the dentist now and I would get a call back to see about addressing the issues.I have not been given a call back yet.UPDATE>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>I was contacted about my complaint only after I posted my review and negative experience on Google.I was advised that the billing person was no longer working there due to performance issues with her job. I was advised that ex-employee indicated that she had two approval numbers showing them to be in network with my dental plan.As for the procedures I had crossed off on the original contract they refunded my money for that.I am currently waiting for an update from my dental plan to see if they indeed send verification of being in network. I will update my review accordingly.I will say that I am pleased by the response but it shouldnt have to take posting a review to get a call back when I have spoken to staff that was not the ex-employee twice via phone about the issue prior to my review and never got a call back to address the issue.I am not a fan of dental work by any stretch but I did like the dentist and his staff that worked on me. The billing person is the cause of my negative reviews.Update to follow.

Will ALWAYS return here. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, and Dr. Dougherty is laid back and hilarious. I am always seen right on time and they do a thorough job. I actually moved across town a couple years ago and tried a different dentist closer to my new home, but I had such a bad experience with the new dentist that I happily make the 40 minute drive to Rolling Oaks Dental. It is worth it. Nothing negative to say.

My previous dentist had retired so finding a new one is always a little scary but I had an absolutely great experience with Rolling Oaks Dental. The staff was friendly and made me feel welcome right away. I was able to download the new patient form and fill it out before my appointment so when I got there I just handed it in (Very Cool). Rolling Oaks Dental embraces technology to provide great customer service which is unlike any dentist Ive gone to before. That is refreshing and just plain cool. I found Rolling Oaks Dental with a quick google search the other day. I saw the already positive reviews and convenient location nearby to my home so I made an appointment. I had not been to the dentist in about 7 years so I was a bit nervous, but the staff were amazing! They create a very friendly and inviting environment. Dr. Dougherty was great and his explanations were very helpful. They use very up to date equipment, even a TV to watch while you’re laid back in the chair having your procedure. I had a great first experience and will definitely be returning.

I love both of the dentist and their assistants. They are very personable. However, due to their nasty office manager or whatever she is (the one in charge of billing) I will not go back there. My family and I were patients there for 4 years. I would make arrangements with the dentist himself. She would have a nasty attitude, charge me when she wasn’t supposed to, etc. Then had the ordacidy to charge me no show fees when I clearly canceled or never confirmed the appointment that was not scheduled by me. Due to this I will never return, unless they replace her.

Dr Ana, Dr Lawrence, Nicole, & Morgan were EXCEPTIONAL! As were the rest of the staff at Rolling Oaks Dental. I sell to the dental business and I would recommend them HIGHLY. Dr. Dougherty was a genius with my three year old and was able to clean his teeth with me holding him in my lap. Our last dentist wouldnt even let me in the room with my five year old! The staff was courteous and accommodating as I had my 5 year old with me. We were seen right on time (no long wait). We were brought to the same examination room but Dr. Larry came in and greeted my daughter and she went with him without hesitation and he was able to do her examination without me being in the same room with her (thank goodness because it saved a bunch of time). Over all I am completely satisfied and would recommend Rolling Oaks Dental to all of my family and friends.

Discussed rescheduling me because Im 9wks pregnant and felt more comfortable seeing me and doing my x-rays at a later date. I had a wonderful experience at this office. I had an old amalgam filling removed and replaced with a new polymer type (and safer) filling. I was treated with respect and the experience was great. Never did I ever think I would say that I love going to the dentist but because of Dr. Ana and the rest of the Rolling Oaks Dental staff I do!! Finally found a dentist I trust! I never felt rushed while there. I liked that they had a blanket for me to use which helped me feel more comfortable. I had laughing gas while my teeth were worked on because I get so anxious. It made the experience so much better. Also, the tv on the ceiling playing Fuller House was great to distract me and keep things light.

I love this place. Dr.Ana is so awesome and sweet and makes sure she does whats best for you and I love the staff! i have been in there for a root canal that was done improperly and a tooth extraction. They always make sure you are comfortable and talk to you to calm your nerves if your like me and get nervous in these types of things. They also work with you financially as well. I had a very bad experience at the dentist years ago and because of that I wouldnt go to the dentist and then several years later when I got an advertisement from the Rolling Oaks Dental Office I decided to go and get my teeth checked. The end results were great, so great that I got my husband, daughter, son, his wife and my sister-in-law to go. We are all very pleased with the dentist team and their staff. I no longer dread going to get my teeth cleaned and so I never miss an appointment. Everyone there is so friendly and they make you feel welcomed to be there. I went for a teeth cleaning two weeks ago. The dentist determined I needed a crown on one tooth and on another tooth a root canal and crown. I wanted to finish paying for my husbands dental work before starting mine. Unfortunately last night, my one tooth broke off on the corner. I called the office at 8 AM this morning, had an appointment at 9 AM and had my temporary crown by 11AM. The dentist is the most gentle, caring, knowledgeable dentist I have ever been to. For years I have feared the dentist after a bad experience but this office is fantastic. They always have time to explain and I can get an appointment when needed. They also have payment plans to accomodate any service. I would recommend this office to anyone.

Very friendly staff and dentist. He took time to explain everything and answer any questions. I also took my two year old and four year old here for their first appointments. The staff was wonderful with both of them!
