If I could Legacy Dental SA more than 5 stars I would!Chipped my tooth and needed it fixed ASAP. Legacy got me in the on the next business day and my tooth looks perfect. Professional and kind while working on my teeth, got me out in an hour and just in time for my interview today!Ive been going to Legacy for cleanings, couple that with this most recent experience and Id say Legacy is the place to go.If you are looking for a reliable Dentist Office that does good work in a time effective manner than this is the place.

I was apprehensive about my visit because it had been awhile since my last dental exam. I had always been faithful about my dental cleanings but dropped them when I lost my dental insurance. Hygienist Susan was thoughtful and did an excellent job, providing me with the best cleaning I’ve ever had. When I told Dr. Smith I was embarrassed that I hadn’t been to the dentist in several years, he was so kind and reassuring and non-judgmental. His exam was thorough, explaining everything. Hey! No cavities! What a relief! I recommend Dr. Smith wholeheartedly!

They are so friendly and always on time! Great service and always honest! Took my daughter, too, and she was very happy about her visit.

Amazing, friendly, and cost effective! I don’t have dental insurance and they have a package within their office that acts like dental coverage. It’s very cost effective and gives me a bit more piece of mind. And, even though it may be cost effective, it does not impact their service at all! All of their staff are friendly, polite, and provide top notch care. I have recommended Legacy Dental to all my family and friends!

After more than a year without getting a hygienist to clean my teeth, it was time.Melissa is so great in her job that even after not seeing her fit a year, she was friendly and seemed happy to see one of her old clients!I was glad to see somebody other than family and be able to talk to them about the pandemic and share common stories.Overall, legacy dental had been cleaning my teeth since moving to SA full time several years ago. They’ve always done a great job and such a friendly and professional staff! Dr. Eck should be commended. All of the people that work there always have a smile even with the masks on!

Was a long time since I visited the dentist. The dental hygienist was very good, told me was going to do all through her process and made me feel at ease. The dentist was very thorough and answered my questions and pit me at ease.

Great service, caring and personable. Been going there for several years now. It is on the other side of town from me but worth the drive. Oral health is health care most people take for granted. If you dont get the proper care it can effect your overall health.

I will definitely go back. They don’t try to do unnecessary work, if you need a filling they don’t try to sell you a crown, they give you a filling. The prices are fair and the the staff is very friendly.

Many years ago when I was working in surgery I was referred by a doctor to Dr. Eck. Dr Eck has been wonderful, kind and a excellent dentist. He now has a partner, Dr. Smith, who is following in the same footsteps of Dr. Eck. Dr. Smith is the same kind, caring dentist as Dr Eck has been for many years. I live in Ky now but hope to always come back to San Antonio to their office for my dental care. Their dental service is superb.

Dr. Smith did a wonderful job of making and applying my crown this week. I had absolutely zero pain. The crown was perfect. The fit and the color was also perfect. Dr. Smith, was great at letting me know what he was doing step by step. The staff was also very nice. The best part, I walked out of the office with my new crown completed in just three hours. I would highly recommend this practice to all my friends.

I have found my dentist for life! Having neglected regular dental care for several years, I was anxious as to what I might hear. However, Dr. Smith was so kind about my situation and clearly explained my needed treatment. I experienced minimal to no pain during and after the procedure. I have been seeing Dr Eck for over 20 years and regret ever seeing another dentist in his place. He is gentle and explains everything in detail prior to anything being done.I am extremely sensitive/paranoid of Dentists and will be seeing Dr Eck until he retires! Great dentist. Dr. Eck is extremely knowledgeable, provides detailed evaluations and reasonable charges. I can highly recommend him as many extended family members are his patients as well. He has an extensive referral network for any orthodontic services he doesnt provide. His staff is professional and friendly.

I had a crown replaced and it was pain free and a great experience.

I wish I could say everything was wonderful, but it wasnt. Dr Eck over charged for the bridge work he did 2016 by about 68.00. My insurance told me. It took about 2 weeks to get that money back plus he is a BIG gossip.Worse than a woman!

Wonderful dental office. I have been to many dentists but this office really pays attention to the needs of the patient.

I needed to get a cleaning and was looking in the list of providers in my dental plan for the closest dentist office with good reviews. Dr. Eck’s office happened to be in a convenient location and had a good review from Dr.Oogle. When I first sat down the hygienist told me she was going to remove all the plaque. As she was working, she started telling me she would not finish my cleaning that day. When she finished she told me that what she did was not a complete cleaning, that I should make another apt. in 3 months to have it finished. I told her that I didnt mind to be sore if she continued but she insisted to come back at the assigned time. Because I dont have insurance I preferred for the cleaning to be done at once. When I asked Mr. Eck if I could have had my complete cleaning done that same day, he told me with these words You had a cleaning and then told me to talk to my hygienist. I was waiting at the reception when the hygienist came and yelling at me said: ( I am not exaggerating she literally yelled) I told you before if you had any questions, why do you have to go to my boss and tell him that, If you havent gotten a good cleaning go back to your previous Dr. and left. She obviously didnt do the best cleaning because I still have plaque on my teeth. I appreciate the work she did, but for me, this kind of treatment is unacceptable in a professional practice. I would rather have her explain to me their office policy rather than to get yelled at.

If you are in a wheelchair or have a trouble getting around, they do not have the proper accommodations. Stairs only. The reception area is very small.

Great practice! Dr. Eck is super with kids and made a first filling with my 8 year old a positive experience for him. My son was very nervous going in, but came out smiling. At the same time, I had a crown rebuilt and replaced in one afternoon by Dr. Donowho. The old one was done elsewhere and had a hole in it. The new one fits so much better its unreal. Professional, competent, and really nice folks.
