I wont go to any other dental group! I had to go to the Northern Hills location for further dental needs for my child and Dr. Tucker and staff are terrific and i felt very confident in the Dr and staff to get what was needed done! They are very professional, friendly and caring. I wish I could give 10 stars but 5 is the limit. I have needed to go to different locations for different dental needs for my family and they are all just the same. They make us feel like family and their work ethic is just beyond 10 stars and overall Lee dental group is terrific. I wont go to any other dental group. Overall, Lee Dental is the best and I am very confident and comfortable with them and we will be customers for life!

Cant say enough about Lee Dental Center except that it was a very comforting and satisfying experience, starting from the front desk Elsa her customer service skills were outstanding and very professional. The dentistry procedures I received by there dentist doctors were excellent and perfectly performed, I was especially pleased when they displayed empathy while they explained my best and more affordable procedures options. I will definitely recommend Lee dental to all my family and friends.😁

When I started and continuing to get dental of a crown and deep cleaning they make me want to smile more because its the little things that they are doing to make me more comfortable to smile! Ive been going to the Naco location for years. Love the staff and feel like family. They truly care and will let you know what really needs to be done, verses just doing the work so they get money. LOVE THE REMODEL, THE OFFICE LOOKS SO NEW AND FRESH.

First time to a new dentist in quite a while! The entire staff was amazing! Addressed my issues professionally, but didnt guilt trip me like some offices do. I will be doing all of my regular checkups here from now on!

Jennalee did a super job cleaning my teeth without making my gums sore which is easy to do with my gum disease. I met one of Lee Dental Centers new dentists who checked my teeth, but she did not attempt to push me into having any dental work done at this time when I am not ready to do it. This is what I call a good family dental office -- one that cares about your family.

Lee Dental has awesome dental services! They always take care of me from scheduling to cleaning. The entire staff is so great to work with, always friendly and smiling! Definitely recommend!

I lost my dental insurance and had to come here. I got a checkup and was told I had 6 cavities. (Female dentist, I dont remember her name. This was some months back.)When I started asking if she could show me them on my X-rays, she began hemming and hawing.They gave me a quote for 4,000$ dollars to drill cavities she couldnt show me in my teeth, and were very pushy that I get it done.I went back to my main provider after resolving my insurance issue and checked up with them. I had zero cavities.Not even any developing cavities.I would stand outside with a sign chanting that these people will rip you off, but this is the best I can do time allowed.If you must use this dentist, find a second dentist covered under your plan that will give you a second opinion for free.Do not trust them with anything other than a routine cleaning.

Had appointment at 1:30 had to take off from work early.Got here at 1:27 left at 1:40 doors were closed. Came back at 2:10 they of course cancelled my appointment. Please make appointments when the staff is not on lunch! This is the second time coming here and have to wait for staff to open up the doors.

Very professional and compassionate. My 91 year old mother like coming to see Dr. Sheridan. She has great confidence in him and his staff. She has change from her regular dentist back home. For last ten years, Dr Sheridan has been my family dentist. The three family members now living out of town schedule their dental visit when they are back in San Antonio.

I called to make an appointment for my boys but was told that I am not allowed back at Lee with my children because we missed too many appointments.

This office was phenomenal. Being I was pregnant I was extremely nervous, and not to mention my previous experience with dentists were less than pleasant. The staff made me feel comfortable and assured, walked me through the process and the dentist explained everything to me in a way I could easily understand and answered all my questions patiently. I had to relocate out of state and am sad to say that my new dentist is nothing like Lee Dental. It was a one-of-a-kind experience and if you live in the area and are searching for dentists, I would advise to take advantage of access to them. I wish I could have packed them up and taken them with me!

We started seeing Dr. Sheridan & his amazing staff years ago, at the referral of a good friend. They have all been wonderful. He has a way of explaining every step of the procedure to make us feel comfortable & informed. My kids love him. I recommend him to all of my friends!

Dr. Sheridan was great. My 10 year old daughter felt so comfortable with him and his hygienist. The staff is great and friendly. It is very rare you actually are taken in at your specific appointment time. Here there was no wait time. Starting from the receptionist when checking in all the way to checking out after your appointment.

Had a great first time experience! The staff I met were very welcoming and sweet. They were also extremely helpful in explaining what was happening throughout my appointment.

I have been going to Dr. Sheridans dental office here for over three years. Robyn greets me by name every time I come in. The doctor here is very intelligent when he decides when and how much work is needed. He explains why and how he will do everything. Prices are very reasonable for the work performed. Yes I know this varies by insurance, I am referencing the before insurance price.The facility does show its age in places. The work lights they use look like they are from the 70s, but they still get the job done. Once, I nearly fell out of a loose patient chair.I have no reason to look for any other dentist. Dr. Sheridan has really turned my terrible teeth situation around, I enjoy hearing the compliments I get with my smile. Thank you to all the staff here.

Its been a few years since Ive been to the dentist due to lack of insurance. Now that I have insurance again, Im glad I picked Lee Dental with Dr. Sheridan and staff. I love how informative Dr. Sheridan is. He explains everything every step of the way. The staff is awesome and super friendly. So far, this has been the best dental experience Ive had.

I have been a patient of Doctor Paul Sheridan at Lee Dental Center, Northern Hills for over 20 years now. Every single time I have been treated there, the experience has been first class and while I dont always look forward to going to the dentist (who does?), I cant imagine seeing anyone else but Dr. Sheridan. I also appreciate the helpful staff that assist Dr. Sheridan....Robyn and Pam are the best.

Billing does not know their head from a hole in the wall. These guys didnt bill my insurance until 6 months after the visit. Now they are calling and sending letters saying they will damage my credit, if I dont pay. I changed jobs and old insurance is being a typical insurance company. Had these bozos billed on a timely manner there wouldnt be an issue.Stay away from them. Not worth the trouble.STAY FAR AWAY..

I went here for an annual checkup - they charged me $250. I had 4 cavities - they wanted to charge me another $600 to fill all of them! I went to another dentist. I have no insurance, so they offered the passport program but its also not worth the price. Both dentist I went to I had no insurance. While Lee Dental wanted to charge a total of $850, the other was a total of $400. I am sure almost any other dentist will charge a fraction of the price. If you have insurance it will probably utilize you plan, if not DO NOT GO HERE!

I just love Dr Sheridan Me and my 2 oldest kids have been seeing him for at least 6 yrs!!! When he retires Im gonna be so sad……hes ruined me for all other dentists.!!! Always tells me exactly what hes doing and tried to work around big big costs.

From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease, like I was with some old friends. Robyn had all my paperwork ready, and explained anything I had a question about. The entire office was all smiles, Pamela took me back and before I could blink, the x-rays were over (I HATE THOSE). Dr Sheridan explained what they needed to do for my visit, and his verbal banter answered any questions I had about pre-, during, and post-visit procedure. Pamela had everything ready for Dr Sheridan before he asked for it. I am very satisfied with everyone I came into contact with and will be coming back to this office for all of my future dental work. GREAT JOB EVERYONE :-)

Terrible bedside manner..I am 6.5 months pregnant and I lost my crown on my front tooth leaving me with a shaved down, brown nub of a tooth. All I wanted was a temp crown which takes about 2 minutes. Instead..I went through full x-rays, exam of each tooth (which was only to bill my insurance) all the while being told none of this work will get done. Its for documentation. I cried the entire time and walked out toothless! Please dont go here..especially if you have insurance.
