Our son attended this school for many years and even obtained his black belt. He loved every second of it! As parents we very much appreciated the professionalism of the staff and owner. They made us feel like family and not just another customer. We would highly recommend this school to anyone!

One word Dedication. All the masters (instructors) show a lot of dedication in teaching Taekwondo to kids. I would never think about any other place.

My granddaughter started her third year learning Taekwondo at National School of Martial Arts this year. I am as please as I was the first day of class. I can see big changes in her forms, sparring and enthusiasm to learn while in class. Both my granddaughter and I are impress with the dedication and skills of all Taekwondo Master instructors. A great place where all students work together as a team. Master Michael runs a 5 star school.

My daughter and I have been going here for about 6 months and the experience has been great!! The staff is amazing and her self confidence is soaring. I thought my days of being this active were long gone, but the staff has really helped us redefine our limits. I strongly recommend this place for anyone at any age who wants to learn and have fun too!

The National School of Martial Arts has taught my kids since they were in kindergarten, the staff is great, they learn a lot of martial arts from great instructors, and most of all they have been taught about respect and to believe in themselves.

By far the best school there is. I started with my son when he was 6 years old. He since has graduated from highschool, college and is working in Houston now. A bit too far to make it to NSMA. But guess what: Im still here and kicking after almost 18 years now. Im probably also the oldest guy in the class but Im still enjoying every minute of it when I can make it over there. Master Michelle and Master Michael are the best! Plus all the younger instructors that I have witnessed growing up in the ranks from sometimes white belts all the way to 4th DAN. That is amazing and tells you something about the loyalty of the students and the quality of the instructors. Everyone feels welcome here and I intend to stick around as long as I can kick... Master Chris :-)

NSMA offers 15 classes per week from a single membership. Classes are different every day and challenging. Mostly focus on Taekwondo, classes have been offered in Self Defense and Gumdo (Korean swordsmanship). All of which are optional, you can show to as many or as little classes as you want. Kids learn discipline, self-confidence, how to handle bullies, and how to stay safe. NSMA has an after school program that picks up your kids and many Parents Night Out events. They offer a summer athletic program (similar to day care but with lots of activities). Master Michael and Master Michelle are dedicated and patient instructors. Master Marco is awesome and Master Jose is amazing. If you ask, I sure that Master Michael will let you and/or your children try out a class. They have everything you need to get you going.

My son has been attending NSMA for 3 years. The instructors are very patient, uplifting, motivational and never degrading any students. They always are very willing to help you in any away to help you achieve your next belt.

After checking out other TKD schools I joined NSMA. They have the best Olympic Taekwondo program in the city. Their instructors, equipment and facilities are some of the best I have seen after practicing Taekwondo for 10 years. The people are welcoming, funny and genuinely concerned about your progress, whether its getting back in shape or tournament sparring.
