Ive been going to this establishment for more than half a year and its been a great experience. Very physically and mentally challenging, but this is a good think because it will create discipline in you that becomes second nature. You also grow strong in physical endurance and mental capabilities. It is also very affordable compared to other Martial Art establishments. Mr. Treviño(the 6th degree black belt) is also a great teacher, as well as the other higher up black belts. Definitely would recommend this to someone who wants to try out martial arts.

My daughter has been part of mu sool won for a couple years. Super great people that helps her develop self confidence and self defense. I recommend it for everyone!
