Im very happy and satisfied with my ring that needed to be repaired. Mike is very honest and fast with his services. I highly recommend, and I will be taking all my broken jewelry back to Mike.

Went on my lunch break after called in to confirm the store was open. went and the door was locked and open sign turned on. waited 40 minutes there, calling and calling the number on the sign. never showed. gave another chance after work at 5, again closed. don’t have a set time saying you’re open 10-7 if you’re gonna leave randomly with no note or return time. maybe consider getting a “on lunch returning at ___am/pm” sign on the door so people don’t waste their time.

The building could use a physical face lift but their customer service makes up for it all. Brought my wifes ring in for repair. Instead of just repairing the issue they made the ring stronger in the area it broke in the first place.
