I had several pieces of jewelry fixed on a number of occasions only having to go back at Ingram mall ! After being fed up I went to Michel and received excellent service and craftsmanship on my navy cross! They were very professional and ethical! I saw an eagle there and shopped around and ended back at Michel ! Everyone at my work asked me where I shop for gold and or get gold repaired! I will always recommend Michel ! Expect more business from me !

I highly recommend Michels Jewelry for your jewelry repair needs. I dropped off my engagement ring and wedding band that needed repair and the job was complete within a couple hours. Im very pleased with his work as my rings look like new! Also, the pricing was very reasonable. I will be returning to this store for any other jewelry repairs.

I always enjoy going to them for new batteries for my various watches, they are always very attentive and helpful.

Went in to get an engagement ring resized, and the man working was incredibly helpful and honest. Advised us to wait until the bride-to-be was with us so we could get it sized exactly. Ended up being great advice because the ring fit perfectly. Will definitely go back for any jewelry needs in the future.

Fast but the guy broke the band on my watch and pretended like it was already like that. Didnt wanted to argue with a grown man so I still payed him for his poor service although I feel like I was robbed. Poor customer service!!!

Took a ring of my moms to be sized here and only had to wait 20 minutes! He did it right then and there. The ring had to be sized up by 4 and he did a flawless job in no time at all! I was very pleased and impressed. I have seen rings with markings on them after being sized up and I cant see any markings what-so-ever on this one. I would recommend this place to anyone to get jewelry done. I also bought a pair of lovely garnet studded earrings while I waited. Just a lovely little family owned shop.

I had been going here for years but started when they were on Bandera Rd. Ive bought wedding rings and had many things fixed and rings sized and I have never been disappointed. Not only the quality of the work but the price is very reasonable compared to big chain stores. Oh and hes very fast in getting it back to you as well!Thank you for what you do!

My wife took 3 watches to him to get the batteries replaced. The watches stopped working within 30 minutes after he replaced the battery. Took them back, he blew air into the watches, worked for 30 minutes and stopped. He wanted to replace the movement on one of the watches for $150.00. We said no.We took the watches to a shop in Ingram Park Mall, replaced the batteries for less and they are still working 2 days later. Avoid this shop for watch repair. We asked him for our money back and he refused.

Drove there today on my lunch hour to get watch batteries replaced only to drive up and see a sign on the door saying opens on the 24th. Wasted trip with no kind of notice on their website.

Wow, $27 to change a watch battery? What a ripoff. Same thing at Nordstrom is less than $20. Went here thinking they would be cheaper. Taught me a lesson.

Great shop! I went there last week to get my wedding rings fused together. While the gentleman worked on my ring his wife kept me company and got to know me. It took 20 mins! He took time to look over my studs and also recoated them due to having allergies to nickel. Very happy with the service and I will be returning for furture busines.

Took two watches to him the other day and he worked on them for about a good 10 minutes and then he said they were broken so I took it home and the battery cap cover fell off revealing no battery and I tried a battery that fit and it worked fine I am very disappointed
