What a great experience! Mike walked us through gemstones, diamonds and how to select what would work for us. There is NO other place in the city like Cristinas. This happened to be our first stop when we went out looking for a ring. We left to go look at other jewelry stores, but came right back. The rings at Cristinas we looked at were one of a kind. The customer service is amazing and we will be coming here again.

This is the only place I would trust with my jewelry. My grandmother left me a beautiful gold ring that needed cleaning and they did a fantastic job. They also educated me on jewelry and rings and quality. I’ve been to several jewelers in the San Antonio area and some have ruined rings I’ve brought them. Never again. I will only come here for any sizing or cleaning needs. They know what they’re doing there and they are high quality for a decent price. Family owned, trustworthy. 10/10 they’ll take care of you.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I brought in a family heirloom engagement ring with immense sentimental value to me knowing that it was in need of some repairs. Mike was incredibly informative and educational, taking me through the history of the diamonds in the ring, the age and style of the ring, and the process they would use to repair it properly. I trusted my gut and left the ring with them for repairs and an appraisal. When I received it back, it looked absolutely stunning. The prongs, along with some other damage, had been fully repaired and it has not lost any of the charm and beauty of the original 70+ year old ring. I cannot say enough wonderful things about them and I would not hesitate to return for any further jewelry repairs.

Cant say enough about Cristinas! Mike and his Mom truly made it an enjoyable experience to find the perfect ring. After shopping at several other large jewelry stores in San Antonio, Christinas was recommended to me. Mike took extra time educating me on quality of stones, recommending different ring options and with zero sales pressure. It was like a family friend making sure I got what I wanted...and I couldnt have gotten a better deal anywhere in San Antonio. Highly recommend Christinas, you wont be disappointed. Big-name jewelry stores take note!!! The service here is amazing! Mike and his mom were extremely friendly when my girlfriend and I walked in to look at jewelry.I was looking to buy an engagement ring set and Mike was quick to educate us on everything from how to pick the perfect gem to rings without being pushy.They had a great selection of antique and vintage rings and we quickly found the ones for us. Then Mike told us about the pricing and appraisal process while letting us inspect the gems personally and told us what to look for.I had previously priced out rings at other stores, including online, and Mike was able to beat them all. While I was able to buy the rings, he was more than willing to work on a myriad of payment plans. THIS IS THE PLACE TO SHOP IF YOU WANT HIGH QUALITY SERVICE AND PRODUCTS.

This place is one a one-of-a-kind San Antonio family business! The owners took the time to explain the history behind the jewelry and taught us a lot about how jewelers look at pieces. They really care about helping you find the piece thats right for you! Pricing was extremely fair and transparent. They have lovely jewelry and even better customer service! Well be back!

We visited Cristinas looking for an Art Deco engagement ring. Mike was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He explained to us the different diamond cuts you can find in vintage and antique rings (mine cut, European, transitional, modern brilliant) and explained how that helps him date the rings. He also showed us how to use the loupe to look at the diamond and the metal of the ring to assess for quality. Weve been to several jewelry stores near where we live (Ohio) and in neighboring states and no one has showed us what to look for. Mike had a selection of true Art Deco rings and also new rings that were made in the Art Deco style using the same hand-crafted techniques they used back then.Of all of the stores specializing in vintage and antique jewelry that weve visited, Cristinas was by far the best. I highly recommend paying them a visit! We plan to stop by whenever were in San Antonio.

Definitely not like most jewelry stores. When you walk in you dont only see jewelry, but art and antique furniture, and heirloom type pieces...They seem to also have unique and hard to find antique and vintage jewelry. Owners are very down to earth, it was a pleasure speaking with them, they answered all my questions. Will be coming back!

Cristinas is like Diners, Drive-ins and Dives on Food Network but for Collectibles & Jewelry. Its where the locals know to go because of the service you get from a second-generation, family-owned business. Its a hidden gem if you like antiquities. When you walk in you feel like youre a part of the family with their warmth, stories and genuine care for their visitors. When you leave, you leave as a customer for life because of their honesty, knowledge, fair price (for buyers), and above average offers (for sellers).

This wonderful family-owned business sells more than vintage and estate jewelry. They have many loose precious and semi-precious stones which can be set into numerous gold and silver casings. Recently, Mike and Meg kept the store open for me during shorter holiday hours to create a London Blue Topaz and gold pendant with four post extensions to keep the stone secure. Just in time for our anniversary! Customers with a budget from $100 to $10,000 + will find Cristinas to be a better option than the mall.

This is a great place to find wonderful treasures and great jewelry prices. They specialize in estate pieces and you can find anything you are looking for. They are a family owned and operated business and take care of each customer like family. We bought our wedding rings at Cristinas and saved half of what we would have spent at a regular retail jeweler. Since then we have returned several times for other pieces and are very happy with the friendly atmosphere and service.

My experience at this establishment was Awesome! You feel at home, youre treated like family and can talk about everything. And have a good laugh as well. I am always amazed with how much I learn going to Cristinas and then to top it off I always feel Im being treated ethically and with the utmost respect. Not to mention all the beautiful and truly unique items you cant find at the cracker jack box jewelry stores. Was pleasantly surprised by the store. Not just jewelry sales & repairs. Lots of vintage, China & Clocks & Hummels.They did a wonderful job on repairing my rings. There was a lot more damage to one of my rings; however, they did not charge me more than their original estimate.Their customer service is outstanding. Definitely will give and recommend their business.

At age 84 I decided to hunt for the star sapphire Ive wanted most of my life and was directed to Cristinas. Michael found and delivered!!! I am now looking at the most beautiful eye of God as Michaels dad might say. This ring actually takes my breath away.All at Cristinas were so very helpful. I did this by phone and theyd much rather youd come in. (Id much rather Id go in also though Im afraid I wouldnt stop with just my ring.) Im going to make it there some day, if only to tell them thank you.
