I had a lovely experience. My husband took me to upgrade my wedding rings. We were assisted promptly. I definitely could not decide on exactly what I wanted so the sales associate went through every case to help me compare. They were kind, polite and very helpful and not pushy. I am glad I went here.

I purchased a pair of nice ear rings and a Beautiful Diamond ring, left it for resizing and picked it up after five weeks. Twenty years Anniversary ring, spent thousands of dollars.It was presented to me in two little separate plastic bags like they have no value. I had to ask for a box then a bag, separate times.

Walked into the store at 12:15pm hopeful of good service due to the store opening at 12:00pm. Two sales associates occupied with customers, which was understandable. Waited about 15 minutes for assistance and decided to leave thereafter. Walked the entirety of the store and no men wedding bands on display. Limited variety in jewelry and poor customer service.

Not sure about the selection of jewelry but the customer service could have been better. I only needed my ring resized and it took over a month. The date I was supposed to pick it up got pushed back about 4 times and they didn’t notify me at all, I had to call and find that out myself. Poor communication skills. Staff was not really sympathetic at all.

Horrible experience. They act like they dont need our business. They hate their job. This place was a last resort for a watch battery. Went inside to fine customers not know what was going on. They didnt know if there was a line. Who was in line. Who worked here. I wondered around the place for 10 minutes just to see what was going on. No one offered to help. Couldnt even tell you if they swap out watch batteries.

When I went in and bought my ring wifes ring. It needed sized. I told them I needed it in two weeks for my wedding. They said no problem it would be in a week before my wedding. Its going on almost 3 weeks since my wedding and I still havent received my ring. Do you know how hard it was to have a wedding without a ring. I would ask for a refund but my wife loves the ring. And when I called about the ring I was told it was nothing that can be done just wait. I will never shop or recommend anything from here. They ruined something that was meant to be special.

Such friendly staff and excellent customer service. Very helpful when looking for wedding bands. They were also willing to go out of their way to help with our warranty on my engagement ring that the mall location refused to look up. Definitely will be returning to this location for future services and purchases.

Today I went into Zales to browse around and met a sales representative by the name of Clarissa. She asked my name and then introduced herself and asked me was drew my interest. Make a long story short Clarissa showed me items and compared prices. I walked out of the store with three beautifuk rings. Thank you Clarissa for your professionalism. I will be returning for those pearl earrings;)

My husband and I came to this store on 5/3/2020 to buy a wedding ring as an Anniversary present for me and Pat was the associate that helped us and she was nice, sweet and helpful. She helped us find the ring that I like and within our price range and we were happy with the service. I even came back and got me a pair of earrings few days later. On 5/7/2020 I went back again because I wanted to get a ring that is inexpensive, something I can wear just for doing things around the house, cleaning, gardening and maybe doing some outdoor activities so I do not ruin or lose the nice ring that we got. Pat process the purchased and the day after I called and cancelled the purchase caused I found something better and cheaper on their website. Pat was nice and said ok no problem even thought the ring was already sent to get resize. On 5/23/2020 someone from the store called my husbands phone and said that the ring is ready for pick up. We thought it was the ring that we purchases on 5/3/2020 but when I got there it was the ring that I returned. The lady that was helping me didnt even know that the ring was returned already and she was just going to give it to me. If I did not say anything about it I couldve gotten the ring fro free, but I did not do it as I cannot carry in my conscience. So I told the lady the ring was returned I asked her to check and see if the returned was properly processed and I checked my account too and sure enough the ring was refunded. The lady then pulled the ring as if I was going to take it from her and said well if you still want it you have to re purchase it as if I dont know that. So I told her ok I will just purchase it back cause i kinda feel bad that it was is resized already to 4.5 size and I liked the ring too. So I paid for it and then I got home later that night and their was a stone missing so I went back to the store after I look online the store hours says open til 9:00 pm when I got their it was closed. I went back the next day and the same lady talk to me. I told her the ring is missing a stone and she looked at the ring and ask me what I want to do. The other person is an older gentleman said do you want to get something else?. But the other lady was just rude and because of her attitude I said I just want to return it. The lady ask the gentleman to process the return and said out loud in a rude tone That ring has been purchase, resized, returned, repurchase and return again. I stayed quiet while the gentleman process the return then I ask the gentleman if that lady is the Manager he replied she is the Assistant Manger, the gentleman said he is a Manager but from a different location. So i told him about my experience with her what happen the other day and how rude she is and how I couldve gotten the ring for free and I the gentleman said I am sorry.Bottom line I just want to share my experience from this store and let you all know the ASSISTANT MANAGER in this store is VERY RUDE. She doesnt know what customer service is. I will not buy anything again from this store because of her (Assistant Manager).

Our associate was extremely kind and professional. Not once did she want to or respond to being asked for her opinion. She allowed my wife to choose for herself and never pushed, sighed, or showed any signs of being aggravated or bored while my wife chose her perfect ring. Plus we had our 4 kids with us and we didn’t feel like a burden there. They made me a life time client today.

Very helpful staff. Needed repairs to a ring Id bought at a different Zales years earlier, and they took the time to track down the warranty information even though I assumed it was out of warranty. I will return for future jewelry purchases.

Sent a ring to get resized, they overcharged and sent it back to me a brassy color. Told them and they said that was normal. Within a week my gold ring was already tarnishing so when I came back to get a refund or it refixed they said there was nothing they could do. Terrible and slow customer service. Would NOT recommend. Have to buy a totally new ring now.

This was my first (and last) time visiting a Zales.I realize that they close at 9 P.M. So I wasnt expecting an exceptionally warm welcome when we walked in at 8:30 P.M., but the 2 girls working were so cold and rude that it blew my mind. Enough that Im here wasting my time writing this review so that other people dont waste their time at this place.Newsflash: If you dont want customers in the store at 8:30pm, then the store should close at 8:30pm. Not 9pm. We even avoided touching any of the glass so that we didnt leave fingerprints (even though all the glass was covered in fingerprints).They barely muttered a hello & neither woman offered to help us with anything. I had to ask for the ring sizer as she was walking away from me to try and avoid helping us so I could see what ring size my fiance wears. And she reluctantly came back and then got up in the middle of us looking at rings and walked off AGAIN.No offer to let him try anything on or any input whatsoever. It was THE worst customer service experience I have ever had at any ring store. A million times worse than the jewelry stores at La Cantera & yes, even a million times worse than Macys when we were looking for xmas earrings for me.(For reference, one worker was a young petite girl with brown hair & a pixie cut, and the other lady was a middle aged women with medium length black hair).Women get all the fun getting doted on while trying on rings and we had been to look at rings for me so often. So I wanted to take my fiance to look so that he could have some attention & see what kind of style of ring he liked the best. We usually go to the stores at La Cantera shopping center & they are always so helpful and we got my engagement ring there and it has always been a blast. But bc of our work schedules we made the mistake of going somewhere near our home. Zales was on our way to Lowes, so we figured why not! Well, we found out why not pretty quick.I cannot believe the poor level of service I received here. It was worse than even Walmart. These girls need to find a new job that does not involve interacting with customers.

Only one of the workers there is nice and professional. Theres one girl whos always there and Im assuming shes the manager. Shes extremely rude, unprofessional, and comes off as sarcastic. She makes us feel like were a burden. Only reason I go there is because its right by my house. This store doesnt even deserve the one star.

This place deserves a zero. One of the associates gave me the hardest time turning in my rings to get cleaned. I told her I wanted to send my rings in for the treatment and she said I didnt have the warranty for one of my rings and should be happy since the warranty was on the most expensive ring. She was so lazy and didnt want to check the system and was adament I needed a piece of paper stating I had the warranty. I asked her just to check in the system for me to see if it was there and what do you know it was! I usually take my rings to Gordons but had to come here since Gordons closed down. Just my luck
