Dropped car off at 9:00 AM to get the hard water spots removed from the roof of my car. Picked it up at 6:00 PM. I was charged $250 (paid in cash) and was then asked for a tip on top of the cash.Hard water spots are still visible on the roof, rails, glass and doors. Exterior plastic was not touched up. Wax was not fully removed.I don’t recommend going here for any services. Owner was rude and did not provide the service that he was overly compensated to complete.

It was amazing! They got rid of our ants!! Candy etc. however, make sure to bring tips 😂 the guys requested extra tip than what was offered to them . But they are amazing. When dropping your car off make sure to call and check on it because they finished but didnt call to say they finished. I would definitely come back another time 👍🏾

My husband has been using New Shine for the last year and finally brought my vehicle in. We will continue to use them. They are affordable, friendly and VERY detailed.

Its a little hand wash car spot and they take their time washing your car, but they do a great job. If you have time to drop off and go eat lunch downtown, I highly recommend this place. Bunch of hard-working guys do an awesome job cleaning your car, just bring cash because theyd prefer it.

This is one of those hole-on-the-wall places that impress with their products and services. They left my daughters 2004 CRV shining like new. After they were done with their $40 deluxe hand wash, the interior was immaculate and beautiful. The body was pristine, tires shined deep black, and I had a smile on my face. I highly recommend them and will encourage my daughter to come back.

Im from Fort Worth, just passing through and needed a quick exterior wash. The guys here let me stay in my car, excellently hand-washed it, and I asked that they specially wash my rims. They did a great job as if I washed it myself for an hour - He was only gonna charge me like $15 - there was no way for the service that I got I was going to leave less than $30.Great service - great guys, dont let the neighborhood deter you.

We have been going here for 7+ years and have always had a great experience. They are trust worthy people. Ive never had anything stolen or damaged. Rolando and his wife are always there to help or watch over everything. I went twice today with both of our cars.

They clean really good, just let them know if they did not do a good job and they will do it again.

Their customer service rocks. I got my car detailed, which included interior carpet shampoo, deep leather cleaning, and of course interior glass and dashboards, exterior also included deep waxing. Although it wasnt cheap, it was done with the level of detail worth paying for.I dropped the car off in the morning and the owner took me to work, which was very convenient and avoided the cab expense.I did a walk thru with him once I was back and every tiny interior blemish he found was addressed without me asking.Ill definitely be back for my regular wash and my annual detail.

JUST left this place. EXTREMELY rude!!!!! I decided NOT to let them touch my truck...the guy gave me attitude as soon as I stepped out of my truck, “automatic 35 cause it’s a dually” first words out of his mouth. I asked what it all included “wipe down after hand wash” then I asked “what can you do for the inside” his reply was “what did I say, wipe down!”That’s no way to talk to a potential customer...just my opinion. This place doesn’t deserve a single star.

I came in from out of town and needed a car wash this is the best car wash I have ever had at the best possible price extremely satisfied and recommend any and everyone to come here. Machines can never do what humans do, great job guys!

Great service. Helped us out when we became ill in San Antonio. Dollar car rental was going 50th k charge us $250 cleaning fee, but our hotel rang theses guys and organised everything.

The guys do a really nice job on the car cleaning. However, it is a bit pricey compared to the car washes in other big cities like Chicago and New York.

Hand washed my car, just the way I like it. Reasonable prices, welcoming people and they even have a waiting area if you want to stick around.
