Staff at the front desk are very helpful and friendly. Wash did a great job overall, there are kids at the beginning of the tunnel scrubbing the bugs and working for tips. Did not clean back window of truck very well but I have yet found a wash that does. Nice vac setup with shade.

I loved the Free Vacuums and how powerful they are. I only went to try out the vacuums and ended up signing up for the monthly membership of $29.99. My car looked so nice and clean. The mgr was so helpful and the employees were very friendly and patient. The girl guided me to the tracks and the young man sprayed and brush my fender and back. Loved this car wash. I went to the one in Huebner.

Since joining Priates Cove I have been very happy with the staff and car wash itself.I have been a member of a different car was facility and it was always a hit or miss is the presoaked the front and back including taping my back blade. Keep up good work.

Car wash got all the dirt off my car, but didnt leave it dry. Didnt get the bugs off the front bumper either.

Its all automated, you stay in your car and go thru. Wash is so so...we got the works and not really cleaned. For a fast wash its not bad.

I went Sunday at noon and the younger workers were worried that my truck was to big and made me wait ( I was very happy that they cared enough to make sure my vehicle wouldnt get damaged)

I gave it a few days to give my final review. This was the first place I got my Car Wash since moving here. I am extremely disappointed with the mess their Tire Shine has left all over my car. Now I have to get it detailed just to get it off my car. My highest recommendation is to ensure you request they not put it on your vehicle. Goodluck!

Not worth it at all, spot free dry is more like leave all the spots on car. Their process does not even wash all the soap suds off. Will have to go home and re-wash car by hand... Waste of time and money.

Poor car wash, paid for the “best” one and my car still had bugs on it all over the front, the guy “scrubbing” the front and back of your car as you enter the wash hardly leaves his spot and doesn’t bother to actually clean the dirt off your car and never touched my tires. After paying over $15 for a “spotless, shiny, dry” car wash I was very disappointed with how my car looked when I left. Not to mention my tires look horrible, it’s as if I never went through the wash. Maybe it’s this location or not, regardless the wash simply does NOT clean your car.

I can do without the tire shine, its sprayed equally all over your rims as they are the tires, its a mess to clean up.

I like that they have staff who get the cleaning process started as your car is starting to go into the car wash. Although some of them seem super unhappy or just grumpy. I do wish my car had more time under the dryer, it didnt really do much. I really like that you can go vacuum your car once you are done. Excellent car wash for a good price!

I was in the middle of my wash when the power shut off my car was full of soap still so I called and left a message because nobody answered and I have yet to receive a call. I was forced to go through another car wash and spend another $15 on top of my the $15 I spent so $30 total. Not cool y’all

Inexpensive car wash with free vacuums and trash cans. They do a good job of quickly getting the bugs off the front and back before going through the main car wash. I keep a microfiber towel in my car so I can dry off the mirrors and get keep the water spots off while at the vacuums.

This is a good carwash. The prices are comparable to typical gas station washes except that the quality of the wash is superior to what youll get at a gas station. They have an attendant that directs you into the guide track, folds in mirrors, and scrubs the front and rear before beginning the wash. Vaccums are included with a wash.

Good place for a quick car wash. Kiddos here would wipe down your cars before covid. Free vacuums to use as well.

I didnt need a wash, but they have free vacuums with wash and the gentleman working there was super kind and welcomed me to use the vacuums for free. Will be comming back to get the full car wash service for sure. Cant pass up that kind of service.

If you have the time, its got everything you expect except the theme in the car wash. I guess if figured that it would be more pirate themed once you got in the wash. Its just what you see on the outside. There were some bright colors throughout the wash session. So there is that.

For some reason my vehicle never gets fully clean when going through this carwash. There is always soap and bubble on the car when I exit. The detailing option is decent though.

Recently the service has been on a down fall. Starting with the management. This place lacks so much guidance and professionalism to say the least. Employees walk around as if they have no purpose of being at the work place and my guess is the manager or whatever the title of Israel with his RED SHIRT is must have not been trained in customer service or what services for payment stands for. I am very disappointed with the staff and the poor services we received for a wash that we pay for on a monthly basis. However I will be taking our business else where. Hopefully the owner or district manager will see this review and take a closer look at who they place in LEADERSHIP roles or at least take the time to train their team correctly. PROFESSIONALISM, INTEGRITY and CUSTOMER SERVICE should always be in a workplace.

My truck didnt come all the way clean. The manager ran me through again for free, toweled it off, and when I was vacuuming came over to check on me. Wonderful customer service!

Oh, the humanity... Its a car wash, people, not an Automotive Spa... Ive had the Unlimited Monthly Wash pass for a few years now, and Ive never had an issue. Theres usually no line, and I can go through the wash in less than five minutes. I literally go over a dozen times a month, making it less than $2 per wash. After the wash, I pull off to the side to dry off my car and use the vacuums, safe and secure. Thanks !

I have recently visited the Pirates Cove Car Wash and was rather impressed with their service, and how they treated my wifes vehicle. On the same token, a day earlier I had visited their competitor, The Wash Tub, that recently opened up down the street and did not get the same treatment. For the price I paid at the Wash Tub, and the lack of service and attention to detail (streaks, highly visible dust spots, dust spots on the windows, etc.), I was quite disappointed, especially considering that this was a Luxury Sports car.My Wifes SUV looks better than my car and it is older. I had been going to the Pirates Cove in the past and was rather satisfied with the results. However, when the Wash Tub opened up, I wanted to see what the hype was about. It looked busy, and there were a lot of staff working. That makes sense because it just opened up. However, I believe because of the large number of people working, the less attention to detail is to be expected.The Pirates Cove has a person double checking their employees work, the Was Tub did not, at least not that I noticed, or none that double checked the work on my car.So for less price, monthly or per visit, I got much more from the Private Cove Car Wash.

Pirates Cove is the place I always get my car wash. Two weeks ago I had an amazing detail inside. I had my car clean by manager Alex and his crew. They did an above and beyond job on getting all the leather interior clean. Im super satisfied with the service provided. I highly recommend Pirate Cove as your future car wash!

First time there! My truck came out ok but paid extra for tire shine and they came looking bad compared to the rest of the vehicle.

Brought my car a couple of weeks ago and even though I live almost an hour away I brought my boyfriends car today! Great job as usual and the manager went and went out of their way to do the interior for me even if it was almost closing time considering the fact that I had driven so far! Come for the wash, stay for the vacuums. For six bucks you get a good wash and can use the vacuums as long as you want. There is an unlimited wash plan for under $20 per month. Pirates Cove isnt the flashiest or newest car wash spot among many on Culebra. The theme is sure to please the kids though and with them happy maybe they wont throw as much cereal on the floor. But than again, the vacuums are free so bring on the mess.

Great car wash always leaves my car with an amazing lasting shine. Recently I had a little soap residue and Eric one the the associates went above and beyond not just wiping the two spots but took care of other minor visible wet areas I highly recommend this place

The ONLY good thing about this car wash is the manager & one worker, Nicholas. The girl who starts you thru is too busy trying to look cute. The car wash was eh, the vaccums are mot that great. Bugs didnt come off car, but Nicholas did a great job finishing our car. He did a great job, wish I had more money on me to tip him.

I am so glad I went to this car wash! Just moved to Texas and needed to find a good place to continue to go to. These guys did an amazing job with the interior of my car! Their attention to detail is beyond amazing and they helped me out big time with a spot treatment and shampooing that needed to be done! Alex was so helpful! One of the last car washs you can remain in your vehicle while going through. Car always comes out clean, staff is always nice and will help out if you need anything. Vacuums are strong and have great suction.Much better than some of the other washes nearby.

I have the unlimited monthly car wash. What I love about the place, I can wash my vehicle on a daily basis, or when Im passing by. Its quick and fast, and usually just a couple of cars in front of me, if any.

I dont usually leave reviews, but I wanted to leave one here because these guys did SUCH an amazing job. This was the cleanest my car has ever gotten at a car wash. Not only was the outside sparkly clean (and still is today, a few days later!), but the inside looks like a new car! They definitely went the extra mile and were super thorough. Cant say enough good stuff! :)

I’ve been coming here since it opened years ago. Every car I’ve sold I’ve gotten the super detail package done here too. When Wash Tub opened down the street, I tried them twice and they sucked!!! So, I’m right back to where I love to get personalized detailed car care services when I get my car washed.

Great monthly price....used to go here weekly. I have to say they had really cool employees back when I first started going and did a great job doing the towel downs etc, and I would tip them respectively. Unfortunately after one wash I had a scratch line down the roof of my car, and it was perfectly straight from front to back so it was obvious it was from the wash. Nothing else touches my roof (my car is lowered) and could make such a straight line like that. Then after that out of nowhere the employees and management completely changed, and all the cool people were gone. The new employees seemed kinda lost sometimes and did towels downs mostly crappy like, I mean I know its a cheap car wash but still, have some kind of effort. So after all that I decided it was time to go. I would give my initial experience 5 stars, and then 3 stars at the end. So 4 stars to average it up.

Exterior wash was fine...Paid for the $19.99 armor all cleaning on the interior....Missed a lot of areas and vacuum job was terrible...Ended up going to the vacuums and redoing the entire car myself. If just wanting exterior cleaned this place is fine...Free vacuums are nice...Just dont waste your money for them to do interior...Do it yourself

The cost of a membership to get 1 free wash per day is worth it here. I pay $30 per month to get the best membership and wash my car once to twice per week due to the high dust and hard water from my sprinkler...and other pollutants like bird crap. Though there are a couple of spots the auto wash doesnt get, and the dryer doesnt blow well enough to really get the water off my Jeep or my wifes Odyssey, I normally do a walk-around with a couple of microfiber towels and hand-dry the vehicles when they get the wash so I end-up not only getting the water off, but wipe-down the dirt with the wet parts of the towels.You can also upgrade your wash at the gate to a full detail for a few extra bucks, which helps out once in a while... in which case they will hand dry and include a interior detail. Best car wash for the price in the area (outside of self-washing) if you wash your car more than once per month.

No area to scrub your vehicle before entering the wash, which is common at these places. No shade over the vacuum area. Tire shine not applied correctly.

I utilize their facility at least 5 times a week. Management is very attentive to customer. The Culebra location has several young men who will dry off your car and tire after it has been washed.

They need a power washer or a soft brush for removing bugs. Other than that the people were great

Went to get a car wash came out with a broken mirror. I talked to the manager on duty who said my mirror wasn’t broken when I went in said he’d call me after he spoke to his General Manager. Got a call back and he said they couldn’t do anything for me because they have signs stating there not reasponsable for any damages. So BEWARE if something happens to your vehicle they won’t cover any damages they caused. This was my first and last time here.

They did an amazing job! I did the basic wash with added interior cleaning and they went above and beyond to clean the interior of my car. I have a husky and black interior in my car and I know it was absolutely terrible, but they got almost every dog hair out of there! -- side note:The Wash Tub hardly even touched the inside last time I was there, compared to these guys.

This place sucks have been there three different times every time for an interior. I go there on Friday cause I get off early. Literally the last three times Ive been there something in the carwash is not working soap or shinny stuff for tires. Which was confusing I have been there with my mom before the manager was very thorough with detail. The kids washing your car are always different. The managers are always different with the exception of one.( He was the thorough one.) I like consistency .. the Interiors would be much faster if not only two of the kids were actually working.

Decent car washing place if youre looking to get in and out fairly quickly. Be careful when you have a truck though, when its drying off your car and it hits the trunk, the water spits up onto the front window.
