One of the employees slams the brush on my car, I thought was unnecessary but thought nothing of it. When I got home, I noticed my backup camera was broken off. I filed the report with them and was told they would look at the cameras but no answer from their manager. I go back to be told their not responsible once I leave the facility. Their gonna fix it and Im not coming back.

Workers are in a rush to push cars through and one car jumped the rail that pulls the cars, Because the worker was try to do to many things at once. The wash was So so, I guess you get what you pay for.. For the same price could have went to the competitor and got it detailed... And it smelling great.. Lesson learned...Step your game up bubble bath..

Well I will say it wasnt the car washers I had a issue with. I took my car threw the car washer and it came out worse then it 1st looked.so I called and they said they would return my call asap well I waited and no call returned. So a waste of 20 bucks i am sure if it was one of the workers then maybe it would of been something to be resolved but since it wasnt I never got a call and once again I wasted my money

Getting the most expensive one of all the washes and it still cant get the dirt off. I went to a self cleaning and just power sprayed it off in 5 seconds.

San Antonios best car wash. They maintain their equipment so I always get a good car wash. Like the vacuum area, and the place with large brushes and 55-gal water containers to remove cooked on bugs and tar. Just good people. Thank you. I live near Sisterdale but use this car wash when I come into SA.

Good place, I like that its a chain. I can stop at any of them and clean my car. Good free vacuums, but in the car wash, I noticed that on some busy days they are not cleaning the brush/luffas and they are full of sand and dirt. I polished my car a couple of months ago, and after one wash I see the spider web scratches on the finish. Also, they could stand to include free drying towels... Most other car washes Ive been to, provide them for free.

They have a great car wash and free vacuums and wonderful service, however if you get a membership there be careful that youre aware that they will charge your card without asking every month until you cancel and its a hassle to cancel its not easy unless you make time for it and time is money. You have to go through their process or take time and find a manager and get them to cancel your service.

I really enjoyed the Bubble Bath as a whole because of their service, ease of use and free vacuums. However, I have to give this company a one star due to the fact that I was subscribed to a monthly service without ever signing up!After three months, I noticed a reoccurring bill of $35 from the Bubble Bath Carwash. Apparently I had signed up for one of their monthly subscriptions without knowing. I never received confirmation code, PIN, email, nothing... To this day I still dont know how the service works.I called several times and spoke to the manager Robert regarding my issue. He took down my information and assured me that I would receive a refund for at least one month and that my subscription had been cancelled. The next month I received another charge!Its not until I went in person that they cancelled my subscription and gave me a receipt. I requested to talk to the GM about the issue and they said that they would call. They never did... I even wrote them an email explaining the issue and requested a callback and nothing... If this isnt poor customer service and borderline robbery I dont know what is...

The Bubble Bath Car wash is the only wash in SA I trust with my cars. I have always have an incredible experience when I visit and their management is always very accommodating, especially when I ask for my mats to be sprayed with the pressure hose. Its a quick and easy wash with a cool mural on the side, and it really brings out the SA culture.

Wonderful experience here. I went because I got a free wash on their website and this location was great. SHOUT OUT TO BRIAN!!! He is a hard working employee and if I needed anything, he did his best to help me out. He just so happened to have a tire pressure gauge and was willing to let me borrow it. He is a genuinely nice guy. This location also has a free air compressor for your tires and a pre clean area where you can scrub spots before you go through the actual wash.

Vehicle owner BEWARE:Had to rate 2/5, loved the ease of service and available resources. Monthly rate is great also a couple washes and basically get your moneys worth.Unfortunately the track they use to align the vehicles for the wash will damage your wheel (front driver wheel only) over time it can get pretty bad with scratches and scuffs from the wheel bouncing off the track. Maybe it depends on the offset of your wheels. If you care about your wheels its worth paying attention to at the least. If you often take your vehicle to this car wash, inspect your wheels. If you find that your front driver wheel is more beat up than the other 3 wheels, now you know the cause. Might not be as noticeable of silver rims. I have gloss black rims so I noticed it after 2 washes. (brand new as well 😭)As said previously, I really enjoyed the service the bubble bath car wash provided. But I cannot give a positive rating for something that did physical damage to my vehicles wheel 😔

I take my car at least 3 times a week through the drive through. Im in the bubble bath club and I could go once a day if I wanted to. I love how good of a job it does with getting the car clean and my tires have never looked so good.

Im a monthly pass buyer, but not anymore. Ive been going there since it opened and never had a problem until this past Monday (August 24, 2020) afternoon. Their equipment damaged part of my 2018 Kia and now refuse to reimburse me for the replacement part which was OVER $200.00. Thwy WONT even all you to write an incident report. I WONT GO THERE ANYMORE!

Before today, I had never heard of Bubble Bath nor used their services. I went to their nearby location on Fredericksburg Rd and was greeted immediately by an employee named Robert. He was an extremely polite and professional young man. He verbally and physically walked me through the process. I never left my car. I was incredibly impressed. Robert is definitely a credit to his profession. I sincerely believe he should be in the training department of Bubble Bath to teach new hirees how to perfectly greet and treatcustomers and how to set the bar high in customer service. I told Robert that I would be a return customer. Thanks again, Robert.

This place use to be amazing but as of recent (August) the machines don’t clean my car like they used to. I will leave the car wash with stains and smudges (that are not deep) still on my car. I was also very upset when they changed the rules for monthly subscribers and do not let us wash our cars more than once a day. The worse part is that no communication went out to the monthly subscribers about this change! Lastly, the people who scrub your car before you get into the machine only do it occasionally not always which never makes sense to me on when they decide to do it.

Went to get my truck washed today after coming back from a road trip this weekend. My truck was filthy, bugs all over the place and couldn’t even see through the back window. The manager Bryan was very helpful! He took as much dirt as possible and as many bugs as he could with a big brush to make sure I left out of there with a shiny truck. My truck looked brand new! Thank u Bryan for making my experience at this location a great one. I definitely recommend this location and will definitely go back!

First time I used this location in San Antonio and boy am I glad I did.! Bryan, the manager, was unbelievable. First, I forgot my wrench to remove my antenna, so he loaned me one. Then, he saw my Weathertech floor mats were really dirty... he took them and washed them for me. Above and beyond....really appreciate his customer service and just good old fashioned kindness. I love going to Bubble Bath Carwash! They provide free: manual pre wash, self use vacuums, mat cleaners, and tire air pressure. Bubble Bath lets you choose what kind of wash you want, from their basic wash to their waxed and shined wash. Each wash is excellent and you can see the life brought back to your car when you leave Bubble Bath! The provide charitable donations as seen when you select a wash. They also have a vending machine with snacks if you or your kids are in the mood for a quick treat! I always recommend Bubble Bath to friends and family.

I love Bubble Bath Car Wash! For the price of about 2 car washes per month you can get on their monthly detail and wash your car basically every day as often as you want. That works well for me as the place I live in makes my car dirty all the time. Super great deal!

I seriously had love this car wash and was so excited that they were building one on my side of town. I had planned to get the membership but today when I went I was so disappointed. The guy guiding me in didnt seem to look down at my tires. And instead of drying my jeep there I was gonna go home due social distancing. When I got home I noticed my rim had a u shape dent and the silver was showing on my black rim. I calles back and the guy who answers says theres nothing they can do since I left.

If I could rate them 0 I would. Deceptive sales pitch when you go about a $9.99 special all the car washes you can get for the month which is true. I asked if they would continue to take out after the first month and was told no because I didnt want a subscription. A month later they deducted $35 out of my account. Shady. Well have to go in and cancel it in person because no one us available at number listed. Not a good impression to make on customers and getting them to return.

The service there is great. The reason for 2 stars is for the wash its self i was a member there for a while and I started to get build up on my truck from there was like a soapy build up and there was always equipment broken there as well.

Opened up a few months ago. Great place to get car washed. Bays are clean. They offer free vacuums for your vehicles. Also one great thing is they offer free air for your tires. If you have a low tire on a cold day. If was a easy fix while getting my car washed. Highly reccomend 5+ Stars.

Used to love this place till I stopped driving for Lyft & they continued to bill.my credit card they owner gave me back my November 2019 payment but neglected to give me my December 2019 payment here we are in July 2020 still no refund for December even though I stored using his services back in October. I cancelled several times through the app prior to October but services kept getting billed every month so if you need to cancel call youll get better results.
