I’m always on the lookout for different self car washes. When Jay’s Carwash was bought out quality started going down so I gave this place a try. Very disappointed. All the stalls were dirty. There’s a place to swipe a credit/debit card but didn’t work. You get 1 token for $1 and about 2-1/2 minutes of time which isn’t a lot for a low power “power” washer. The vacuums were also disappointing. Won’t be returning.

Great car wash. Clean Everytime that I visit. They also take card at the bay. So you dont need to bring quarters!

I took my work truck and trailer through here to get them cleaned up and it went great. It wasn’t very busy and we had no issues getting it sparkling clean within 25 min. 10/10!

They now take tokens so if you have a bunch of quarters you got to go get bills in order to get tokens. They were also out of degreaser which made my job a little bit rougher.

Went through the automatic car wash, both my front wheels came out with paint missing from the rims in the center.In regards to the response, I’ve been through many different automated car washes. This is the only one to have caused this damage. To say it failed to adhere is just avoiding the blame.

One of the nicer self serve car washes around San Antonio in mostly working order. Also has a drive thru wash but haven’t used. Self serve wash includes blow dryers which is handy. Takes card. Doesn’t smell like sewage when you’re washing your car so that’s a plus. Vacuums are decent/ average. Not a fan of those.

I can always count on giving my car a good scrub down at a reasonable price. Its also very quick and timely.

Very smooth experience. The Ultimate Plus even managed to get several months of my vehicle serving as a cat tower cleaned up!

Great carwash plenty of stalls, or option of using drive thru, very spaceful.

Vending machines are rarely stocked, so if you dont bring your own cleaning stuff dont expect to be able to get any here. Other than that it is well maintained.

Someohow It mismeasured my car and slammed into my front end. It errored out and reset then continued on. I have a lovely scratch on my front clip now. Ill change my review depending on how they handle it.

U cant get no change and the soap is no good.

Usually love going here to wash my cars as it is conveniently located near me. Unfortunately the last time I went the brush at in one of the hand wash stalls was left dirty and left q residue over my entire car. I even spent extra trying to clean it off to no avail.

Like this car wash. Quite and feel safe. Does a god job in the Drive thru.

This place is hit or miss. The tunnel wash is over priced in my opinion. The system was out of soap on at least 3 occasions. The vacuums need better upkeep. Lots of debris and foreign materials in them every time Ive used them. Facility could use a little more attention but overall not a bad car wash.

They have everything!I could wash my car itself or I can run it through an automatic wash. When its clean on the outside, they have covered vacuum stations so one doesnt need to work up a sweat in the hot sun.While it is only a block from a large High School, it was surprisingly clean and well-maintained. I do believe that I will go there again in the future; this had been my first time there.

All the machines run on tokens like most self carwashes, but when i went (mid October 2020) both token machines were out of order so i had to go somewhere else

Well taken care of. Very clean. I used the automatic wash which was unlike any Ive used before. It was similar to a touchless but also had two brushes that scrub the entire vehicle. Worked very well. Will use again

This place is kinda lame other than the good brushes. One of the only 5 or so stalls is often out of service and the soft water spray is weaker than competitors which means extra quarters. Plus last time I was there someone had just lost $5 in a machine and couldnt find anyone to help.

Well, the water pressure great, the different settings functioned well. BUT, the change machine out of order, no attendant to help with screen setting, barely readable!

I arrived to detail my car this morning and started at the vaccume station. I pulledy belongings from my car so I could vaccume efficiently as I have a few children regularly in my vehicle you can Imagine the toys and clothing items I found. I placed them upon the trashcan/ vaccume station which I occupied, alone mind you as it is 10am-12 pm on a Wednesday...I had made it all the vaccuming from my trunk, the back seat and finally reached the front seat ( the vaccume must have been slightly clogged because it was a SLOW moving process for only vaccuming crumbs) when someone knocked on my car door to get my attention ( I had head phones on as I was respecting a sign which asked patrons to refrain from playing music out their speakers to work to for the respect of other patrons). The employee then proceeded to tell me that I could not have my items pulled from the car as they were, guilted me for how many miscellaneous items I had in my car and asked me to return them to my vehicle and in the future do this step at home. I respected his wishes and took my time placing my items back in my car, admittedly with more organization than there had been before. I then however got in my car and drove to a different car wash to continue my cleaning session as appearently organizing/ cleaning is not what I was unacceptable at this station. I can tell you that as a very peeved previous customer of this establishment I will not be returning for any of my car needs to this establishment and encourage you all to do the same. They have no way to get quarters( which you must use for the vaccume ) with a credit card, their run off system in the bays for washing cars is EXTREMELY lacking ( I almost ate it walking through a bay to get to the coin machine placed across the parking lot from the vaccume, which is the only thing that doesnt take cards.) And they had 1 machine for shampooing carpets. So in conclusion my expirence with this company blew and if you are a mom trying to make life easier and cleaner for carting around your children, your expirence will probably blow too.

The bays are clean, the equipment is kept up and the vacuums have a lot of suction for those extra dirty vehicles.

You know there are car washes oplenty around town. Oftentimes, the time is too short, the stalls are out of order, the product you want is out, or the rinse pressure is too light. Ive been all over town stopping in the diy car washes. But, I can say that Swiftwater is always on it. I have yet to experience any of these problems, and Ive been coming to this location for the past two years. I usually see a technician around, so thats a plus. The place gets busy during peak, but the wait isnt terribly long. I got lucky I live so close to this one, but that wouldnt dissuade me from driving across town for another location. Good businesses are hard to come by, and for a car wash, this is a great business. Good job 👍

I love washing my truck at this car wash its close to home it leaves my truck looking brand new the deluxe wash is worth the price when I have to do errands I wash my truck first before the line gets long.The owners keep the place clean. And today I was treated to a free care wash thank you I love the way my truck looks

I went through your carwash today and I liked the way it washed my car. Loved the color soap. Good price too.

So I go in right after my work to the automatic wash and I decided to get the 9 dollar wash, I go in follow the sign the wash starts and in 2 minutes it stops and the green to exit flashes, the car still wet and the sign that has the steps its in its left at soap application, so Im sitting there waiting, all I hear is exit Im like well the hell my car is wet and soapy how Im supposed to leave I called the service number and it went to voicemail. Dont recommend the automatic wash plus theres not drying towels for sale neither.

Good car wash. The automatic wash is reasonable. It features all the things the bigger more expensive places have. It also has 4 selfserve wash bays where you can wash your vehicle by hand. I usually use the high pressure wash to get all the stuck on mess off. Then I use the auto wash. They also have coin operated vaccums.

Its a nice place the last couple times I went none of the vacuum machines were working and it ate about $3 of my money

Its ok but doesnt compare to Marshall Car Wash. Pressure is low, and price is high. UPDATE: Marshall car was is under new management or owner but it has gone downhill. So this one is now better. Just saying :)

Not a bad carwash, but the blue soap coming out of the brush stained everything, even my skin. That sucked. Id go back, just wouldnt use the brush ever again.

Big stalls for larger vehicles. Rarely ever a line here. Make sure to bring your own cash, there is no coin machine and the credit card readers rarely ever work here.

Love the set up and you can use a debit or credit card, which makes it super easy.

This is a great place to wash your car. The carwash is kept very clean, very well maintained. I feel safe when ever im at swiftwater #3. The attendant is very helpful. I woukd highly recommend this location.

The automatic car wash is dismal at best. Leaves spots of dirt on the lower portion of the car and the wheel cleaner doesnt really get into the crevices of the rims. The manual wash is a little better, I usually use that one.

Went through the automatic wash and it left scratches and marks all over my brand new car. Not happy!! Paid $12 to mess up my car.

Ill drive past 2 other car washes to visit this one. The bays are large, not usually a wait, but there may be once word gets out. Lot is clean, and never had an issue with the sprays or dryer. Though the blue soap was a bit concentrated and if you go it on you, people might think you beat up a smurf.

The automatic car wash bent my license plate and made a scratch. I called the number on their door but received no call back. Proceed with caution..may mess up your car.

Good DIY car wash - everything works including the change machine, and theres shaded areas to dry your car if you dont want to use the blow dry system - and the vacuum is there under the shade as well. My car after a drive from Los Angeles and several days parked under trees dropping goo and bird doo doo took a bit of work, but total cost to me: $4.00.

Poor automatic carwash.. . Paid 14 bucks for a poor wash, had dirt on wheels, the scrubber missed spots. I pulled in this wash as straight as possible too because of no wheel guides.

Its a bit pricey! $1.00 to start the machines and the addition of quarters after that do not give you much time so I felt rushed. The vacuum was pricey as well, $1.00 for three minutes. I thought I would give it a try because it is closer to where I live now but the drive to my old spot is worth it.
