Great car wash.. love the rags and the cleaning sprays, vacuums. Not sure their hours are correct though, I went 20 minutes before listed closing time of 8pm and everything was closed off with cones. Had to drive a little further to bee clean which is just as great (and was open)

Recently changed owners and they are so pleasant! I drove up and was greeted by a very nice employee who made conversation, helped me select my car wash, and inserted by card for payment. The employee directing cars into the wash was smiling and friendly. Trash cans are brand new pizza card and not full. They periodically are emptied throughout the day. Vacuums seem better. Before with bee clean they were always clogged with poor suction. Lot is clean with no garbage flying around or litter. Nice atmosphere.Good customer care, working products, and a smiling face goes a long way. Will continue to use this car wash.

This is an easy to use car wash and it did the job. Reason for the 4 stars is it’s time to replace equipment. I used two different vacuums n they fell apart. I would have give 3 but they guy working there came over immediately to help put the vacuum back together n was really nice about it.

The vacuums worked fine, but the car wash didnt clean the outside of the car very good.

The Bee Clean Wash is by far the number one car wash here in San Antonio - with that being said I am a huge fan! I love the quality of the washes; however, being that this was my first time at this specific location I happened to receive poor service and that is the reason as to why I have only marked three stars.The staff members both had head sets while having a conversation from one end of the building to the area of service; thus, while directing me and keeping a conversation going from a distance I WAS MISDIRECTED. My left front tire had rubbed against the railing - knowing that my tires were newly purchased and very well costly made me upset.Luckily, tires are fine and I will avoid coming back to this Bee Clean Car Wash location.

Just wanted to mention how friendly & considerate the crew was on my last visit. This place has since become my favorite as I drive a lifted truck and many carwashes do not clean around the wheel wells. Any time I get my truck washed there, the crew goes out of their way to make sure I get the best service. Thank you for your kindness!

Quick and easy to select which car wash I wanted. Pricing was straight forward, there was no doubt what I was getting with each wash. My car ended up happy & so was I :)

The place was clean, the staff is friendly.. the only thing is other places offer cloth towels and glass cleaners.. not sure if you did before and had a lot of loss with the towels.. if I had those available.. it would have been a perfect score.. I will be back.

10 bucks for a wash with free vacuums. I like this place. I used to hand wash my car but now this place takes half the work away. Def my go to. Maybe lower ur membership fee and Id definitely buy

Honest Review.I left because vacuums always plugged plus would never answer calls & wouldnt wash truck right,I talked to a guy said you should come back a new company bought it and will update all equipment,1st month 9.99 then regular after so tried it they charged me the $29.99(packaged i picked) which includes some sort of light show which havent seen(not that it matters) but no $9.99 1st month like they said,I called so they could fix it Gm talked to twice and assistant Gm twice still no call back or reimbursement,just left & of course vacuum i used plugged i phone call them to send someone Still no answer & was excited they have lots of blowers to help dry vehicle but still leaves lots of water.but for the $29.99 i pay is fair.

This used to be an okay place before it turned into GO car wash. I get that there’s a transition, but my membership tag has been completely hit or miss with it working, mostly miss. I had an active tag but because their new scanners and system are doing a horrible job, the attendant was letting me know I had to purchase a wash because it didn’t catch my membership when they typed it in manually. As I was explaining to him I am very much active, the system finally took and lifted the arm. Yeah there’s too much competition in San Antonio to keep staying here, so canceled it is.

So unfortunately I canceled my membership the gentleman didnt even ask why or thank you for being a customer whatever happened to the good old days of customer service lets remember without the customer businesses dont survive. reason I cancelled because when they started it would wash the vehicles great The Blowers would take most of the water off now the vacuums are always plugged the car is full of water like 70% because the blowers dont work you call them they dont answer and it said leave a message but the message mailbox is full again customer service is everything!

It was better than a gas station car wash but only just. Didnt even get my back window or side windows clean. Not sure its worth the price

Great car wash for $5.99. Sure did the job well on my dirty muddy country truck.

For $15.00 it didnt do a good clean. I still have junk on my windshield and also it didnt appear like it did the under carriage wash as previously I have heard the water spraying under the car. The vacuums worked well but wont be going there again the future.

Its been month Ive been trying to cancel my crafting was with them and they still try to keep charging my credit card every time I call they hang up on me and I go to the location theres no manager there so this Location Need to Close down

Great place to get a car wash! Prices are fair and the service is very quick. As you drive in before you select and pay for your wash, they have a bug wash to help remove those tough bug stains. Once you pay you drive in the wash itself. Then you have free vacuuming, which there are plenty of!! Also, free air for your tires! Would recommend!

You know, Ive been coming to this particular car wash system for years and through those years this place doesnt seem to be maintained all that well. Even though with the lack of maintenance, I still give this Bee Clean location a shot. Today was proof that this car wash is not kept up well at all. I paid for a $7.99 wash which usually takes care of my wifes car no matter how dirty it is going onto the conveyor. I showed the manager on duty that the car was not entirely cleaned on its hood. He gave me a complimentary upgrade wash package. Highly appreciated that! However, even with the upgrade, I noticed that the first top brush did not make its way down to scrub the front or hood of my wifes car. I have dash cam video of both washes if needed. Such a shame, though. That old, busted, and dingy Huebner Road $6 car wash does a better job than the MUCH newer Bee Clean of Silicone Drive. Disappointed. Three stars for the manager of the day for his generosity and kindness. (11/29/2020).

Free vacuums and its a quick way to decently wash your car for the price. I only got the basic package but hey I went basically everyday so it was great for me lol

Get the bee package or whatever it is called for $20.....you wont regret it. Plus the wash buffs your car also! You shouldnt have too much to do other than very minor detailing after the $20 package.

I bought the higher-end package, but didnt find the added value to it. Would go back, but buying a Basic package.

Drying needs improvement. Both windows of my F-150 were still wet when I exited and was done.

The man guiding me into the car was was just waiving his hand and wasnt paying attention. Its his job to guide me in . Looked at me like why I was looking at him. Ran on the top of the yellow guides that the tires go in. If he dont like his job maybe he needs to find a new one. Not the first time I had a problem at the bees car washes. Wont go there again.

It’s not so bad but, when it was bee clean it was good, but before that when they had a guy that soap brushed ur car as u r going in the machine he broke my Installed rear camera and I had to buy a new one, now after it became go wash last time I went my rear windshield blade broke from the machine and also I had to buy a new one. So I think I won’t go wash my car again because it keeps breaking stuff I don’t know why.

The tub and scrub that is provided before the wash was extremely dirty and hasnt been replaced in a long time. The vacuum does not work. It has no suction. They also have air for tiers that the hoses are broken and only duck tape is their solution for repairs.

Love how well it cleans my SUV but now that it changed to Go Car Wash, every time I go through the wash it either cracks my license plate cover or my entire license plate comes off. smh🤦🏽‍♀️

Went through this wash and was highly impressed by the wash I received for the value. The managers on duty were awesome and made my experience even better. Great optimistic guys, I’ll be recommending this location to everyone!

I went to The gocarwash on silicon and saw that the colors changed and the canopies been removed for customers and workers? I live close by the wash and was considering a monthly deal but I’ve been driving out there seeing just a skeleton of canopies with no shade I don’t think it’s wise for me to start up with this company at all.... not to mention they dont take care of their employees Im taking my money somewhere else.

Alas the prices have gone up since bee clean sold out...and this location still has the first dryer stuck in the up position. Its been like this for months. Not sure why I would spend $5.00 more just to have my tires shined. It was part of the 9.99 package under bee clean. Now it comes with the 14.99 package with Go

Great car wash. A little pricey but worth it. Very fast but thorough plus vacuuming is free and lots of space to hand dry.

Love the workers they are a great help. I always tip my guys before i go in because they work had too. I just wish there was more shade or fans. But i love that place

Great car wash for $10. Be sure to use the free bug wash at the front. Vacuums work really well. Check for stuff stuck in the nozzle from previous users to make sure they are at full power. Trash cans are always empty and available. Plenty of room at the vacuums between cars. 😋✌💚

Ive used this Bee Clean location about 4 times and have bought 2 different cars here. It is not a spot free rinse, I always have spots on my windshield after going through. I also used the vacuum today and it left black scuff marks on my seat covers.

I always come here normally a good car wash,today I got the 9.99 with tire shine,but I did not get tire shine,I asked if they could plz just put some shine on my tires, I had an appt so couldn’t pass my truck thru agai,I asked manager for a free 4.99 car wash another day he flat out said NO !!!! I always do my own tire shine but was in a hurry today so I paid extra for that !!!! 😡

Great location and inexpensive even for their best wash. This is the best automated carwash Ive ever been too, the car always comes out real clean. I just recently found out they sell microfiber towels for 2 bucks, they are pretty large for the price. Easily dried the whole car, door jams and inside windows. Theyve got more than enough vacuum stalls to tend to everyone even on the busy days.

I will not run my truck through that wash, scratches all over the side and didnt wash properly. $10 wasnt enough I guess, wasnt even very dirty, just wanted to wash rain drop marks off of it

I love this car wash! Every time I come to shop off of I-10 I stop here to clean my car. Very reasonable for a great drive through car wash and vacuums are very powerful.. . I had a few questions for Jerry today and he was more than helpful. I have even told my friends to go there if they are ever in the area.

Loved this place! There was a bit of a wait (on a Monday afternoon, nonetheless!) but they were efficient at moving everyone along. Im really satisfied with how clean they got my car!

It was the most bad experience ever i had with bee carwash i just got my 2020 Camry two days ago and i took there to get wash and i almost had accidents with the car behind me, and after that i went to vacuum the inside of the car the vacuum hose disconnected and almost het my car so i called one of the employee and he didnt even hear me because he had headphones on, so i saw the assistant manager(marcus ) and when i told him, right away he said it was your falt and our machine work perfectly fine, i ask for his manager and he said his the manager, the ....... after all the car wasnt wash good and i had to take to another carwash to they can wash it for me

This place seems to have my car looking nicer than any other car wash in SA. I come here all the time.

The price for the wash is great. 7.99 for the basic and 19.99 for the complete package. The wash does a great job. They have a station with brushes before the wash if you want to take care of smushed bugs or really nasty wheels. The vacuums are free and work really well. Theres enough of everything. They also have a free air station.

Great service, area always clean, and FREE vacuums, air, and bug spot is awesome. I always go here to wash my truck. Car wash always has plenty of soap and works great. PRICES start at $5 I highly recommend.

Amazing car wash. This is the place to go when In san antonio for a car wash.

I enjoy the simplicity to this car wash. Its a step or two above the gas station car washes. They have brushes by the entrance for bugs and other hard to get out gunk. I work in West Texas and my car is typically pretty filthy and after scrubbing it with the brushes and running it through the Queen Bee wash, it looks decent again. However, this is NOT a full service car wash. In other words, there arent people out hand drying or detailing your vehicle. Not that Ive seen, mind you. All that said, for the price of a car wash comparable to a gas station, youre getting a good deal. I hope this helps someone.

Fantastic place to get a clean car since I have moved to San Antonio! Starting with the free bug wash to the easy choice in cleaning options to the FREE vacuums! Everyone under the shaded areas always respects each other and I haven’t had an issue yet. Just found out about the app so if the opinion changes I will make sure to get back here!

Tried the hot honey wax, did make a difference. Car was very shiny afterwards. Unfortunately, we live on a ranch and its very dusty. Car needed another wash less than 3 days later

Great customer service by the young man changing the water by the bug station on3/6/20 around 1:30pm he was . helpful and provided great customer. This is by far a great carwash and many options to choose from.

My favorite car wash, always consistent with how well they clean car

The price is just right plus you get free vacuum. The wash gets your car pretty clean if you go often but dont go mudding and show up a week later thinking its going to get the dried on mud off. Be reasonable people, I wash my car weekly and it works perfect but if you wanna come wash your car every other month dont expect for a miracle. Also, you get what you pay for so the $4 wash wont give you the results of the $20 wash.

By far one of the best automated car washes in San Antonio. Ive been to a lot in and around the northern area, this is one where it is definitely worth it, even if youre getting the 5.00 car wash. If youre interested in monthly subscriptions I must say mine has been proven to be way worth it.
