I love this place I visit this car wash at least once a day employees are great would recommend some cleaning of some bays but other then that great place would recommend to all to come and wash your car or truck at Palo alto car wash!

The man who scrubs the windows, grill guards and tires does a great job.

The place is in very poor shape. 2 of the stalls were not working. We went into 1 and put our money in and it didnt work. The lights were flashing & the timer working but the water never turned on. Wouldnt eject our money either. We lost the $2.00 we put in. No attendant on duty to help us or even close off the non working stalls. We were going to another stall but the person in the next stall told us it wasnt working either. He had lost money too. Went thru the drive thru wash instead. Everything is being held together with duct tape and rope. Never going there again until they fix it.

The $5 Laser Wash did not remove ANY dirt off my car and I now see a $10 charge on my credit card I used.This was a total waste of money.I will never return to this Car Wash!

This car wash did a real good job. It is nice to have someone wet brush the car before going thru and then someone when you are thru dry your car for a tip.

Is Palo car wash so badly (1 minutes $1 ) spent $10 not finished my truck lol

Normally very good. Every now and then youll get a new hire that doesnt do a good job. I pay by the month, 1 wash a day. Great deal if you get a good finisher.

It took my money with the car wash and Ill couldnt report it to anyone cause no one was there

This is the worst car wash I have experienced. The customer service was trash. They guy yelled at me because the machine wouldn’t work. Refused to give me my money back and refused to give me the customer service number. I will not ever use this location again and I would advise you to STAY AWAY. It was a waste of time and money!

They had change for my car watch,n there vacuums were 25cent .we only used 1 dallor the vacuum n 5 dallors to watch our SUV everything worked great thank you

They need to learn how to clean the car before i pay 12 dollars to get it washed plus tip 20 dollars!!

It was ackward experience .too many hoodlums roaming around .wasnt too sure if i wanted to go or finish washing my car ..but other then than it was 👍.i give everybody a thumbs up for effort..or maybe just cuz i accomplished my mission on there property n service

Its okay if your car doesnt need detailed cleaning, because vacuum cleaners no longer work well. And the car wash has faults, I dont know if the three modules fail but where I got in the air it didnt work and we left with the car wet. Sure, it only cost $ 5.
