I came in with my dirty Dodge Challenger and came out with a brand new car! Really great prices and amazing service. I was helped by a man named Sebastian and he was very clear about packages and explained the process very well! I was able to quickly pick a wash and be out in a very timely manner. I would recommend this place to my friends in San Antonio. Will be coming back soon

This car wash is horrible. No professionalism. These 2 aren’t friendly to me I guess I could call it profiling. I’ve watched them do other vehicles a lot better than mine. Unless you tip these 2 they do a horrible job. They are selective about what you vehicle gets even though you pay the high price to get it clean. They only wash down one side of your vehicle instead of all the way around. I had to ask them to do that. Today a Hispanic man and blonde girl did my car. Horrible job . The guy just ignored me. He started me through car wash without brushing it down so I stepped on the brakes. It was extra dirty so that is what I paid for. The left dryers are not working right. This is the 3 rd week my left side of my car has had left water all over it. They don’t care anything about it. I have asked for ownership number and they won’t give it out. Has gotten really bad since sold. The male needs to be fired. He is so rude. Hispanic guy just stands around and watches. Only on Saturday afternoon is when I get the best service.

Incredibly frustrated with my experience here. Awful customer service and unscrupulous management. I visited this car wash for the first time, recently, and the pre-wash attendant wasn’t able to remove my radio antenna. I asked him if he thought I should go through, given the fact that there are signs saying to remove it before entering the tunnel. The attendant said it ought to be fine so, based on that, I went ahead and proceeded with the wash. Well, the machinery inside grabbed the antenna and ripped it out of the sheet metal creating a giant hole in the side of my truck. The attendant took my information and I received a call, roughly a week later, and the car wash refused to do anything about it. They said that, even though I entered the wash based on the attendant’s suggestion, it was still my fault that I went ahead with the wash. The attendant told me that they know this happens once every few thousand trucks, but still sent me through anyways. Now I have to replace an entire panel on the exterior of my new vehicle because of this company’s negligent employees.

I don’t think I’ve had a better car wash than at Splash Express. The workers were extremely nice and thoughtful, a young man named Sebastian made sure that every spot of my accord was touched and cleaned. I honestly don’t think of another car wash I would go to besides splash express. 5 stars! Excellent customer service!

I love this car wash! I visit about once a week and love how quickly I can get my vehicle clean. I do a lot of off-roading and have a lifted vehicle. Even right off the trails my vehicle is sparkling again, inside and out, with barely any time, effort, or expense. Thanks for helping me maintain my ride!

An amazing car wash that can double as an experience. I make the 30 min commute to this specific wash almost weekly, even though I have to go out of my way, as I am incredibly pleased with their results. The employees are wonderful and hard working, especially the (short) hispanic one. A must visit if looking to wash your car in San Antonio.

Honestly was unsure of this place but boy they took care of my Corolla! I had just come back from an off-roading trip near Pelican Island and I honestly thought I wouldn’t be able to get all the dirt stains off but wow was I wrong. There was a nice young man named Sebastian that was friendly and engaging and not only that but he made sure that my car came out looking like new! Looks like I have my new spot to wash my cars at 👍

I always feel worried whenever i go to a car wash as I get racially profiled as a “dirty Arab”. But this wash was different, not only did my new red Tesla Model 3 2021 with white interior come out shining, the staff was very friendly and cautious while cleaning, super polite as well. Shoutout to the hispanic kid (I think his name was Sebastien) for being extra polite and taking extra good care of the car, this man sounds like he will always go that extra mile to ensure his customers leave happy and satisfied with their wash.

My first time here. Attendant knew I was struggling to pay. He came over and talked to me and then assited with payment. THANK YOU!! I signed up for a monthly unlimited membership. Fast service, good quality and vacuums are super strong!

So I’ll start by saying I always pay for the best wash $15. I’ve been going here for a few months at first I was super Impressed so I didn’t mind the high price for an AUTOMATIC wash. It’s a really good automatic wash. It left my truck and tires with a great shine that lasted a couple days. However the last 2 times I went I was disappointed. The first time it was close to closing so I didn’t think too much of it when the kid rushed through my prewash and missed the bird poop on the side then took the towels up before I got a chance to use them. But today I went back. No where near close to closing time. It was several people there and multiple doing the prewash so I thought for sure I’d get a good wash. NOPE! Bird poop still on the side of my truck. Then I was told they no longer offer towels. Unless you’re a member of course 🙄. I won’t be back!

I just purchased a new vehicle. I used the super sudz on 1000 oaks and henderson pass the machines ripped my mirror off Sebastian is the one who prewashed and verified there was no previous damage before entering wash. The machines ripped my mirror off I was given contact info to contact owner left several messages over a course of 1 week no response I stopped by several times the owner is never there and no one will take the time to discuss. This is not the first time vehicles have been damaged and the owner does not take Responsibility. All I wanted was my mirror fixed on my new vehicle WOW I used this location for a couple of years but never again $300 mirror new car they will not respond have to take them to court to get resolution

I’ve updated the rating to reflect appreciation for the professionalism in your response, and to make it more reflective of my average experience. I do have to say this is still my favorite car wash. Is there any chance you’ll extend hours at night. Personally I get off work at 6 on a good day so I have to rush over there and haven’t made it at all this week I keep getting there after 650 and the entrance is already blocked (this is not a complaint) just a request that you consider extending hours or having extended hours at lest one day a week....? I started vacuuming at 6:50 pm, realizing they closed at 7, but having to get here late due to work; I was rushing. The attendant was moving around shutting down the lanes, passed by me twice and could have politely n warned me he was cutting off the vacuums at 6:55 pm, but didn’t. So I was attempting to do the backseat and all the sudden no suction. I was especially disappointed because i’ve continuously held a monthly membership here, and chose this location specifically because of the professionally friendly and helpful interactions I’ve had with every other attendant. This attendant did not even speak to me when i drove up, i brushed that off because everyone has a bad day; but while at work you’ve got to leave your baggage at home and put on a friendly face.

Nice quick car wash, manager was out helping cars at the payment machine. Was very friendly and kept the line moving. They gave a good prewash scrub all around before entering the machine.

First time I visited, my car had to be rewashed. Owner did hand me some towels, but it was still pretty bad. Couldnt use vacuums because of covid-19. First impression was terrible. The owners treatment of employee and comments he made to me! That he pays him! And I should not apologize. Bothered me so much so that, i went back and gave that young man a $10 tip. I again tried it 3 days ago for a quick wash. My vehicle is only 5 months old. I drove straight home. And didnt drive again till yesterday late afternoon. Before leaving I noticed a scratch on the passenger door, it is a straight line, and above handle. I called to ask if business had cameras? Left message. Yet to receive a call. Will give it one more day.

Best wash I know of, I drive up from downtown. (the first vacuum, closest to Thousand oaks had a clog this last trip.)

Be careful driving through this wash the last roller ripped off my wiper blade bent my wiper arm and the blade in the roller beat across the top and deck lid of my car I told attendant he watched video so did gen management both agreed it shouldn’t have happend I have a certified Bmw the owner refused the estimate I received from bmw and refuses to pay for damages ! All he offers is some no name shop to mess with my car ! SO WARNING ENTER THIS CAR AT YOUR OWN RISK IF ITS DAMAGED THE OWNER WILL NOT MAKE IT RIGHT !

Truck sat for awhile the attendant rinsed it off and brush it went through the wash truck came out really clean they have microfiber towels to get the little bit of water that was left on tailgate and free vacuum

My car always comes out clean, to include the tire rims. The vacuum always have strong power and pick up really well. I love that they lower their price later in the day.

I have the monthly membership. They do a great job and I can go as often as I want for less than the cost of one wash at Wash Tub.

Never disappointed with the quality of my wash or the customer service! Kind, hard working and go the extra mile for their customers! Recently I came back to San Antonio from a long drive to McAllen and got here just at closing. Jesse (the really cute smiley one) had been closing down for the evening, allowed me to run my car through so I didn’t have to go the next day with my car filthy and covered in bugs from the drive. Just one of the things I LOVE about bringing my business here. The owner Derek is always here as well working hard with his team and his work ethic and quality I’ve been able to see is what makes their company so successful and the reason so many keep coming back! Plus they remember my name and daughters name when we come here...love that personal touch because it is hard to find these days!

I came in with a completely filthy vehicle(on the outside) I payed for the works. They spent extra time removing the bugs and debris from the front of my vehicle and the results after I came out were terrific. As good as if I had spent 2 hrs scrubbing it myself. The Vacuums had excellent suction. Would highly recommend.

Very friendly staff, and clean property. I assume I met the owner. He told me it’s important to him that the vacuum cleaners are great; you can tell he maintains them really well, and they do work great! Please don’t take advantage and use them without paying for a wash. They obviously work hard to keep things up to par and deserve to have paying customers.

The second time I came here and they made very poor detail cleaning 😪 my car was still dirty the mirrors and the front. And the space was very smaller or the velocity for the is that high and that moved my mirrors all the time.

I’m pretty reasonable when it comes to going to a Carwash. There will never be a perfect Carwash but The bottom half of my car looked like it hadn’t even gone through the wash. I watched the car in front of me get scrubbed meticulously but they didn’t even touch my car. I purchased the $6 wash and now I know they obviously don’t value the cheaper customers. So for $6 I got to go through the wash then get out and have to hand wash the bottom half of my car. I would of given them 1 star but they had towels for me to wash my car with after. I would not recommend this car wash.

I always go here for a car wash because it is quick and consistently good. If you hit it at a time when there are no other cars waiting, you can be in and out in 5 minutes. There are powerful free vacs available after any wash if you wish to use them.

Drive thru wash does a solid job. Attendants always friendly not cheap but enough options available to chose from. Free vacuums are convenient but all of them can be in use on a normal weekend day. They offer monthly packages but its not clear on how to purchase them.

Car wash was great, cleaned my car really well. The staff was very friendly and courteous and efficient. All equipment worked good, an overall great place to get your car washed.

I always suggest getting the $15 wash, it comes with everything needed to keep your car looking shiny, and brand new, plus it has a 2 day rain guarantee (receive another $15 wash if your car is rained on, bring it backwithin 48 hours with receipt). The attendents always do a wonderful job prepping the outside of your car as well (Tips are always appreciated). And if that isnt enough, the vacuums are always free with the purchase of a wash!!

I have updated my review of this location from a 4 to a 5 simply because the ownership have proven that they care about taking care of their customers. We have had two minor incidents that required their involvement, and they have been great to us on both occasions. I feel very comfortable doing business at this location as a result.

My husband and I come here several times a week. Way better than most places, even the wash tub. It is great that you allow your workers to accept tips.

My 10 year-old son and I enjoy visiting this Scrub-A-Dub Car Wash location. He enjoys the colorful Red Rhino Molten Shine Foam Bath. I enjoy a clean truck. The price and the clean is on par with other drive through car washes. What sets this car wash apart is the outstanding customer service. The adult manager / owner (?) is often onsite. Here’s a guy that totally gets customer service—always smiling, always friendly, and always helpful. He works the drive through and the free vacuums. He’s chatting up customers, scrubbing down vehicles (pre-wash), and making sure customers are aware of the courtesy towels. I probably drove him nuts my first time visiting. He guided me through drive and reverse as I struggled to line up my truck with the drive through one day. LOL Nope—never would have known I inconvenienced him at all—all smiles and totally helpful.

The vacuums are awesome!!! I have used this place a few times and the car wash part is pretty good for a drive thru. The detail in the pre-wash scrubbing varies with the employee on duty and I think if they know you or not.I paid for the same top wash as the guy in front of me and the attendant practically washed the vehicle with the scrub brush, pausing the pulling system, to work on it longer. I got a walk around and my grill brushed in the amount of time it took my car to get pulled forward.The vacuums are awesomeness though. And you do get a good wash. Will still go to this carwash but wont pay for the personal scrub feature anymore.

With a drive through wash, youre supposed to brush the front & back and on their lowest selection, they say they dont which doesnt clean the car. I had to go through twice and they decided to brush. They try to be too cheap
