I love this car wash! I like that it uses a lot of soap and has good water pressure to get your car clean. Even the $6 wash gets your car really clean. They have free vacuums and towels to dry your car. They have good customer service at the paying kiosk. They will assist you with making your selection. As well as the two associates guiding you in the car wash. I havent had any problems!

We purchased a 1 month car wash, and now we’re noticing they are deducting $25 Every Month whether we use the car wash or not. It’s still charging me for a car I no longer have. They won’t answer the phone and have yet to call us back. Poor service and a Rip off

First time Ive been to this car wash. When I got to the machine to pay, one of the attendees got there and explained the different car wash plans they had monthly. I just got the $6 car wash on this day and enjoyed the experience plus free car vacuums!

Love this car wash and i have the monthly subscription..the only thing i can suggest is spacing the cars out when going through at the beginning..sometimes cars roll backwards when the track doesnt catch the tires right away and of course they wont be liable for the damages..i try to go when no one else is there so i dont have to worry about a.vehicle behind me thats too close

OMG...this place rocks...they have fresh clean towels to use after your car comes out, as many as you need...and there vacuums are great...I recommend this to anyone with a vehicle...

Every time I go here, I find a new scratch on my car. I think the place is good at getting the rocks off other muddy trucks then scratching your car with them. They should hose down the muddy vehicles first because it just smears the dirt onto your car as your driving in through the first half.

Pretty impressed with this car wash. The line was long on a Saturday afternoon but moved quickly. The customer service was the best part!!! We were greeted promptly and they helped us with our transaction. Plenty of busy workers at every point. The wash itself smelled great in the car and it was very soapy when most other places are not. The clean towels to wipe down afterwards is absolutely genius. Definitely coming back!

Very good wash for the price I think the machine washes the car better than super bee and wash tub plus free bug cleaner that actually works free vacaums free rags to wipe down the car and windshield cleaner to get those windows nice and clean I would definitely recommend this place this will be the only place I take my car from now on.

My children even commented on the very helpful and kind staff member assisting with car wash purchases. I finally went to this place for the first time, I really dont go to full service car washes because I grew up military and we learned to do our own work... But the free vacuum was what brought me in and Im a dog owner and I didnt realize how bad my car needed vacuuming until I was able to actually not rush through a vacuum session because time and money was wasting. I usually spend the same price at a self service wash anyway, and they have EXCELLENT customer service, a surprise to me for a setup like that so trust me I will definitely be coming back and they will know me personally I definitely recommend oh, you will not be disappointed thank you car wash express for your service and courtesy!!

Well. They provide free towels that will scratch your paint. The “clean” towels have leaves all throughout them. You have to pick threw them to get a decent drying towel. Some towels even have left over condensation from peoples wheels. They need a better washer To clean these towels. They’re messing up cars.

Great car wash, got the unlimited basic wash and it is great cause I can go as many times as I want and it helps me keep up with washing my car with my busy schedule. Love that they have clean and fresh towels for you to dry your car and free vacuum cleaners that work really good with getting all the dirt out of your carpet. Ive gone here many times with a positive experience. Today, I was stuck in line from 4:50pm-5:25pm. I understand that machines break down, but why not clear the line?? Finally after 35 minutes they were turning cars around. Even that was a mess, I was stuck at the entrance/exit due to no one stopping more vehicles from entering even though the car wash was still out of operation. The whole thing was a mess and poorly managed.

I purchased the monthly plan several months ago and use it faithfully; sometimes several times a day. I have been very pleased with my selection due to the instability in weather in the San Antonio area. I am always properly greeted with professionalism and courteousness by the employees.One particular employee Nathaniel shines bright and stands out on every visit. He is always full of personality, cheerful, professional, courteous and and extremely helpful. I get a kick out of how he directs the cars in and have often referred to him as a lost member of The Temptations 😂😂😂I’m pleased that this location puts thought and care into selecting the employees that we encounter.

Great place to come when its a safe place to come to. This place is a luxury so I dont know why yall are open during the mandatory shut down. Yall dont care about your employees/ employees family or costumers health. Some of these people arent taking it seriously and thats why they are coming in. The best way to slow this down and help the general public would be to close. Yall own the Washtub and this location so yall have a responsibility to make sure you are providing a safe environment for both employees and costumers. Do the right thing and close this luxury/ privilege.

I usually wash my car at home but for quick touch up this place is the best! The staff is friendly and helpful, the drying bays are clean and have plenty of drying towels and vacuums always work.
