As a Tesla owners its difficult finding service you can trust for Ceramic tint, due to the infamous curved glass roof. Jake did a great job on my Model 3. In addition to the premium quality work, the warranty this business offers is exceptional. Highly recommend!

SUNTEK PPF PEELING DUE TO BAD INSTALL. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. NO WARRANTY. I hired Jake to wrap my entire truck in Suntek PPF in February of 2018. My 2015 GMC Sierra is featured on his business website and his Facebook page. Not only is the film peeling and bubbling up EVERYWHERE, but he damaged my truck. His careless use of razor blades caused gouges and scratches on the paint, weather stripping, tailgate handle, XM antenna, and my headlight. He completely cut out the weather stripping that is between the windshield and roof of the car. Dog hair and debris can be seen under the film throughout the entire truck. The film is also overlapped in several spots and looks horrible. I paid him to wrap the entire truck, but he failed to install film behind my door handles and he didnt install film on the gas lid. Parts of the tailgate were left uncovered because he ran out of film. I have given him more than enough time and every opportunity to make this right. If you have an issue, he will make false promises and excuses then hell ignore you. He claims I havent been calling him, but my phone records say otherwise. I even messaged him my number so he could give me a call. It is now May of 2018 and I have been unable to get him on the phone to discuss this issue. He advertises 10-year warranty with this film, but it means nothing without the proper paperwork that he FAILED to provide. Save your time and money!!*** Upon posting photos and this review to Facebook, he blocked me and removed this review. He knows he damaged my truck, but claims its not that bad. He never shouldve damaged it in the first place. My warranty paperwork has been in the mail for at least three weeks now.

JC is the man! I came in on a short notice because someone tagged my car with some kind of paint. He was on top of it right away, took it off without damaging my clear coat and saved me a trip to the body shop. Best detail shop in town, hands down.

Went by to show how the paint protection film is lifting in some areas. The owner told me warranty couldn’t cover it even though it’s only been 2 years. From the beginning a 10 year warranty was giving. Seem like the blame was put on me for not maintaining it well. How can I maintain it when it’s lifting?! The owner also said I have the old paint protection film. He can install a new version which is better. I said okay. Here we are three months later and no reply back. Like to give someone a chance but damn!

Do not do business with this liar. He provided 2 services: tint and ceramic protective coating. I paid him $950 for a brand new 2017 Audi Q7 that cost over $65k. I have 2 large bubbles in the rear window (each the size of a quarter). He sliced the tint in my panoramic sunroof in 2 places (the largest is 2 inches with sunlight pouring in). When I attempted to get the larger slice replaced, he disappeared for 2 weeks and never returned my texts. When I finally tracked him down, I dropped off my vehicle to get the section replaced. He called and told me it was ready for pickup, but he had to leave the key because he had to go to the vet. When I picked up the vehicle, the slice was still there after keeping my vehicle all day and claiming it was ready! I called to ask what the heck and got no response. My husband texted and he responded because he didnt recognize the phone number. This lying weasel told us we werent a priority because it was just tint. We got the run around for weeks. I attempted to go through my credit card company and he lied to them and said he did the job. Now I notice the ceramic coating is not holding up to its claim 4 months after application and he refuses to honor 2 year warranty. I had it inspected by a reputable dealer and he confirmed there is not ceramic coating on my vehicle. Water doesnt bead; spider webbing is everywhere; surface scratches that should be minimal are everywhere. I paid for something he never applied. Do not do business with Jake (JC). He does not stand behind his work. He is not responsive. He is not to be trusted. Dont walk, but run from this shop. Did I mention the dark smudges in my cream color new upholstery caused by him working with dirty hands?!

Jcs auto salon completely transformed my audi! I wouldn’t trust anyone else to work on my car, you get what you pay for as the quality is not comparable. Jcs did a full vehicle wrap for me in diamond white, with gloss black wheels and roof rails and accents and cquartz ceramic coating to complete it!

I had a 5 star game experience with JC’s Auto Salon. I will soon be back for more work on all my vehicles. Hands down the best shop in San Antonio for what he offers!

What can i really say about my GOOD FRIEND JAKE ( Meet him for the first time to detail my truck never knew before that just a little FYI). He is great at what he does from tint to paint correct etc.I have been going to him for about 4 years now. We have became good friends and talk a lot about different things other then just getting my car done. Since i have met Jake my Car, Bike, Truck has never been to any other detail shop. I love Jakes prices and the work he does is worth double what he charges.I have sent so many people to go see Jake and i will never stop because he is Great at this stuff!!Thanks for you Hard work bro. Cant wait to take the V to you soon!!!PS: I read the one star review and the two star and i can not believe anything even said on those. i have watch Jake work on many different cars and he treats them better then his own car. I rate this man and his business a zero! Constant run around and then finally offered me a refund after 2 yrs. sent him my PayPal info and have not seen a dime. Doesnt man up to his mistakes. Will never work any of my other vehicles and definitely will not recommended him

Jake was able to take me in short notice and totally transform the look of my mustang. It went from a plain 2015 competition orange gt to an aggressive street machine. I do not recommend this place to do any job on your car. Very unprofessional. Had this place paint the brake calipers on my Lexus, bad choice, few months later paint start chipping, called and told him whats going. He said he will fix it as warranty. Its been probably 8 months since Ive been trying to have him repaint it. That place is always closed, he never answer my txt and never return my calls. Hes a liar.

I have had my show ready and daily driver 14 mustang opti coated and had some custom work done on it and I am very pleased with the work . Also have had my dads truck opti coated and my moms chevy ss opti coated and they look amazing . I highly recommend the opti coat it is an amazing coating and makes washing so easy . Have had several early morning apointment with him and he is always on time and ready to work . Very knowledgeable does excellent work everytime and does great custom work recommend to all my friends.

My cousin, who I havent seen in 5 years was flying in to SA for a visit with only a few days notice. I called JC to get a slot on Saturday and he wouldnt answer the phone or even call me back. I drove over to his shop where he was outside working and ignored me until I inserted my presence into his conversation. I very nicely asked if he had a slot and he informed me he was overbooked already. He offered me a Monday slot and I explained my situation in order to help him schedule me. I explained that my need was urgent, but that it was last minute, and I admitted it was a shot in the dark, but that I would need to have a partial detail by 10am Monday morning, and that if he couldnt swing it, it was no big deal, but that I needed to know. He said he would take care of me, and that it was no problem. I explained to him that I would normally do the maintenance and detail myself but that I couldnt any longer because I am dying of cancer. We even took a quick look at my vehicle and he approved. He said he would get it done in an hour. He gave me his card and asked me to e-mail him about it to confirm. Because he seemed very put out by my visit I felt immediately that he was going to cancel. I asked him if he was sure about Monday and he confimed the 9am time slot. I told him I would be there and I would bring him $100 in cash for one hour of work. I knew, when he wouldnt look me in the eye and shook my hand very limply and awkwardly pulled his hand away early, that he was lying and wouldnt show up. I confirmed the time and date again with him and told him, Thank you so much. I will be there. I gave him the benefit of the doubt by showing up on Monday at 10 to 9 even after he wouldnt answer my call at 8:10 or call me back. I drive to his shop and he didnt show. I called him to make sure everything was OK and I even mentiond in my vmx that I was standing there waiting and he wouldnt respond. It wasnt until about 10:30 that I texted him again to let him know how disappointed I was that he couldnt be bothered to take a few seconds to tell me he had no intention of helping me and that I hoped he was OK. He sent me a 4 TEXT lecture for daring to do so by telling me that it was my fault because I didnt email him. I guess his phone doesnt receive calls or texts, only email. I showed up with the outside wheels and tires and everything detailed myself which I had no business doing because I tried to help him get a head start on the job. All I wnated was a wax and interior basic clean. Because of this flaky coward I was out of time to get my car cleaned anywhere else. All he had to do was have the guts to say he wasnt gonna do it, or at least text me. Instead he wasted my extremely valuable time, ruined my week, and then lectured me about wasting his time.

I have gotten both of my vehicles detialed at JCs multiple times, and will continue to go back because of the great service and prices. I use to go to some other major chains and pay twice as much for work that isnt even close to the quality that comes out of JCs.
