Beyond impressed- looks just as perfect as it did two years ago when we got it! With two dogs and daily parking under a cedar tree, my car really needed detailing. Jacob is really the best! I spilt a fruit smoothie in my front passenger seat, I called Tinys Touch and they were able to get my car in for an interior detail with seat shampooing THE SAME DAY. He will even come to you!! He also was kind enough to wipe down the outside (without me asking), it was very dirty and had a good bit of bugs on the grill, but my girl left shining inside and out! He truly cares about the cars he works on and it shows. Three days after, the only thing I can smell is a clean vehicle. If you want great service, your car to be cared for like your own, and not have to pay an arm and a leg, then Tinys Touch is your place to go!

Usually I go with the washtub for car services but this service was so great that I will probably never use them again. I look forward to my next service

He did excellent work! He came out and washed my wife’s and my vehicles. The exterior and interior were immaculate. Much better than I’ve ever had with wash tub. I 100% recommend using his service and will continue to use him in the future.

Called the day before and he was able to book me right in the following day. He came to me which was very convenient. He even offered to come to my work. I had just been on a road trip to Dallas and so my exterior was pretty bad, but now it looks like new. Love it. Will absolutely use again!

Paid $150 for a buff and paint correction which did not end up matchingthe vehicle color. He offered to correct it if I ordered a different brand paint online which I did. My mistake was handing the $150 trusting the vehicle would get fixed. Instead I made a follow up appointment and it was a no show. Have sent several messages throughout various days to get in contact to see what the issue is. Guess it’s more of a take the money and run kind of thing rather than quality. Didn’t want to leave a bad review but the lack of a response and job quality is not professional for a business. Now I have to spend another $150 to get someone to actually fix it correctly.

I love how this car wash service is mobile! Jacob came to where I live to wash the car and even offered to come to where I work so he could take care of it while Im taking care of business! He got all those nasty dead bugs off my car that occurred during my long road trip and even went above & beyond by cleaning out the inside, including the vents, when I didnt realize how much my car needed it! He gave me good info abt other options to protect my car long-term and he has more services to offer that Im considering for the future. Im definitely using this service again! 👍🏾

Jacob did a great job detailing my vehicle. He was running a little late, but it was not an issue and he kept in communication with me. The exterior was thoroughly washed and the interior was even more thoroughly cleaned. I was very happy with the final product. Price was reasonable and service was exceptional!

I am very pleased with the experience and I have nothing but praise for the stellar clean up job done on my dog hair coated interior. I had two appts for two cars set for 10 am and 1 pm. He was a no show. No responses to phone calls, texts, or emails. Complete radio silence.I prepaid so now I have to get the credit card company to try to get my money back.......If he had just called we could have done another time. To leave me hanging without even a text is pretty unprofessional.

My car wasn’t too bad except for awful stains on my driver and passenger seats. They’re all gone now and look great! He also did a tire shine for me, which I never thought about but it’s a really nice touch. Definitely recommend this service!

Jacob did a fantastic job on our 2013 Toyota Corolla, I didn’t think he could get the stains out of the backseat but man it looks brand new. He is kind and really takes him time on your vehicle. An incredible experience with Tinys Touch Auto Detailing all around. Jacob was warm and accommodating and went beyond what was expected to make sure I was a happy customer. My ceramic coating on my car has made me fall back in love again as if I just bought it out the lot. He kept me updated the whole time to ensure that everything was done in a timely manner, yet his detail was amazing. Became a lifetime customer.

If I could give less than one star I would . This is a Scam. This person not only did not show up but never called unless I hounded him, and then only to reschedule and not show up 5 times and I still have not received the service I paid for. I will be reporting him as a scam to the BBB, paypal and my credit card company

Jacob was easy to work with and responsive to my questions before he started the work! And the quality of his work speaks for itself. His prices are great compared to other detail shops for what you get! I was able to take my 20 year old Jeep to him and he took care of everything I asked for.I recommend dropping off your vehicle if you can - even though he does drive to his customers too. A dropoff gave Jacob more time with my vehicle and that showed in the final product. He was able to take his time on my interior and exterior detail.I saw some other reviewers mentioned he was a no-call no-show, for some of his groupon/mobile appointments, but that is not the experience I had at all. I contacted Jacob through text the day before our scheduled appointment to confirm everything, and it was smooth sailing from there.I will definitely go to Jacob again for future work needed on both of my cars.

Had an appointment scheduled at 10am. Waited an hour and guy never showed. Called twice, left a voice mail, no response or call back. Luckily I read the other reviews here and wasted no time setting up another appointment with The Hand Car Wash. Thank you everyone for your reviews, otherwise I wouldve been waiting all day for this guy to show up and just wasted my day.

Jacob is the best! Showed up on time, said it would take an hour for the exterior and an hour for the interior. 4 hours later, he finished, after shampooing the floor mats 3 times. He does a complete and professional job and gets every detail. Thanks Jacob for the best detailing ever!

Jacob was nice and friendly, he made sure to explain what he was going to do in order to clean my truck. He vacuumed and steamed my carpet and made sure to buff out any minor scratches. Overall would definitely recommend his service and will continue to use it in the future.

Jacob from Tinys Detailing is meticulous, responsible, cheerful, and helpful. He responded to my first call immediately, came to my house the next day (other mobile detailers turned out to be not mobile, go to them, and didnt respond for days), he repaired paint, removed discolored spots, steam cleaned cracks and other difficult areas, and remove grimy film that I could not get off. He worked all day clay barring, polishing, waxing and applying ceramic finish to our old battered cars. When he finished, and this is true, people stopped on our street to compliment him on the transformation and to get his card. Best ive ever used. Our cars look brand new.

My kid got sick in the back seat and made mess on the fabric seats and carpet. The stain and smell lingered. Tinys Touch got the stains from the sickness, and other chemicals I tried using, all out. Smells great. The detailing is great. Awesome price.

This is just what my car needed! I had horrible stains on my seat from previous owners and my own Starbucks spill here and there. The stains are gone! I didnt think it was possible! Really great service and my car is glowing! Recommend 10/10!

Welp, that was a colossal waste of time! I left work early, prepped and cleaned the outside of the car, eagerly awaiting my appointment time. No-call, no-show. I called two different numbers, one for Jacob Sanchez, and one for the main number for Tinys Touch. Its the next day, and still no response. I pre-paid, confirmed my Austin address would be okay for the appointment time nearly a week ago.

THIS IS A SCAM. Ordered a car detail through Groupon. Set up a date and time with Tinys, received reminder texts. Guy never showed up. Tried calling but voice box is full. Tried texting and didnt hear anything back. Had to spend 30 minutes arguing with Groupon to get my money back.

If able to give zero stars I would. Had appt scheduled for 2p never showed. Reached out to him multiple times and no response. Very inconsiderate of peoples time . I went off reviews and that was a mistake. Dont trust this business. Currently waiting for my refund
