I booked in advance and the driver said he was on the way. He was late,so I called him again. He told me again he was on his way. It did not sound like he was driving. I called again and he told me to get another ride! My neighbor was kind enough to take me to San Antonio airport. Do not trust this man. He is a liar and he is evil.

Rented a limo for my sons Military Ball last week. The best decision made yet! Mike was awesome and professional. He made sure my son, his girlfriend and his friend were taken care of! He messaged me for pick up and drop off! Well definitely be using him again and I highly recommend!

These guys are great. Used them for a bachelor party in San Antonio. Driver was amazing. She dropped us off at our location after offering up a well needed gas station run. Then when we needed to leave our venue a little bit early in the late hours of the night, came straight for us immediately and helped everyone out of our location and into our safe ride home. The limo itself was awesome, all mixers and glassware included. Mike the Owner really knows how to show off a good time. 5 stars all the way around, will use again in the future.

From the time I began speaking with Mike I felt that I would have an amazing experience for limo service. He was very courteous and accommodating for my 3 point stops. His pricing was very affordable compared to other sites and the limo was stocked with ice, glasses and soft drinks. I will be a repeat customer for sure! A true gentleman!

I have been trying to book with this company since February. At the time Mr. Mike stated that they were going through some system upgrades so we wouldnt be able to book instantly and stated that he would email me my invoice and contract, I never received that contract or invoice so I just figured he got busy and might have forgot. March comes around and I contact him again in regards to the invoice. He stated that they were having City Inspections and his assistant had a baby so that is the reason why I hadnt gotten my invoice. He apologized and stated that he would personally send the invoice to me. Two days later he contacted me and stated that they were having AT&T U-verse upgrades and that he would call me later in the afternoon to do a recap and on the date and services requested. I of course got no call, no contract and no invoice. It is now May and I contacted him just to make sure things were still on and that the contract just needed to be signed. I gave him my email again so that he can send the invoice along with the contract. He contacted me later that evening and apologized for not sending the invoice due to them getting extremely busy and PROMISED that he would send it first thing in the morning and that my invoice would be the first to go out. Next day came and it was around noon and I still hadnt received and invoice so I kindly contacted him just to remind him and he stated he wouldnt forget. Please do not go with this service unless you want to be chasing around trying to gain their service or at least just trying to get a contract and an invoice.

Utilized A First Class Limousine for the Guns and Roses concert last night.. Mike and his company were on top of things from the first time I contacted them. Very professional, on time and first class service all night!! Truly superb service!! Thanks for an awesome night

This company provided us with the most extraordinary service!! My boyfriend and I had made arrangements with A First Class to transport us to and from a corporate event outside of San Antonio. I originally thought they were amazing for quoting us the lowest price around for being chauffeured in a Sedan, but the day of the event, Mike the owner called me and said that the vehicle we would be in had transmission issues and to compensate he offered us to be escorted in a white Lincoln limousine!!! Since it was last minute, it was hard to find extra people to come with us, but we had an amazing time!!! Our driver was awesome too!!

I was overwhelmed with the service I got! On time, stayed in contact with the limo driver, he went above and beyond on professionalism. Bus was clean, set up, and had everything you needed! My wife and her friends had an amazing time! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for affordable and reliable limo service! What did we love about this service? From the first contact to arrange things to the final goodbyes we were treated like family. They did everything they could to make sure our entire trip was delightful. They are so willing to personalize the service, and working with Mr Mike was just wonderful! Not only do I recommend, but we will be calling them any time we get back to San Antonio!

What a joke.... Never call this company. My party was scheduled for a pickup at 5:00pm. At 5:05 I was told by Mike the owner that he was finishing a ride and 15 mins out. 15 minutes later I call, and Mike said he was another 15-20 out. At 6:00pm he cancels on me and my party. We were ghosted by this guy. What a JOKE.

This is the first time I used A first Class Limo Service and that is what it is, (FIRST CLASS ALL THE WAY). From the moment I booked the limo Mr. Mason went on and beyond his way to make sure my limo experience would be a lifetime memory experience. The limo arrived early and the driver was awesome. We definitely enjoyed the beautiful white limo with the red carpet treatment. We will definitely use A First Class Limo for our future events and highly recommend using A first Class Limo to everyone . AWSOME EXPERIENCE!

We used the sedan sevice for the first time tonight and were very pleased! The driver, Matt, was kind and courteous. He kept in communication with myself and my parents, whom he was picking up from the airport. The owner was also pleasant to work with over the phone. Highly recommend this company--we will definitely use them again when needed!

Do not deal with this company. I had booked with Mike for my daughters quinceanera and put a deposit down, without seeing the party bus first. Big Mistake! Three months later, I tried getting a hold of him, all his numbers were disconnected! I even tried reaching him through social media, with no reply. After about 2 wks, I finally reached him with some off the wall story about him moving officers. How this would effect his cell service, I dont know. I asked to see the party bus he was renting me and he sent me pictures. I asked to see them in person, because by now I was really getting a bad feeling. He had some lady call me, who gave me the number to who she told me was the driver. I called, set up a time and went to see this party bus that I was told would fit 21 people. I get there, and notice its a different name on these limos and buses. The bus Mike told me would fit 21, only would fit maybe 15! I was livid!! And come to find out, the driver I was meeting with, was actually the owner of these party buses. Thats why it was a different company name. And Mike had not even told him that had already booked. And this was 3 months after I had paid my $150 deposit. I showed him the texts that Mike told me this bus would fit 21. So, he was so awesome! He moved me up to the bigger one that would fit 21 and said he would keep the same price. It was at that time, I decided I was not going to deal with Mike anymore. He was very untruthful and sneaky, and could have ruined my daughters big day. With more research, it looks like Mike may not even have a license to operate???

Mike and his team are always very kind and accommodating. My family and I have used these guys for every limo and sedan need we have had and will continue to use them for as long as they let us. Great company with beautiful limos and sedans. Prices are extremely fair and customer service is unparalleled.

Recently booked a limo for 12 prom goers. Reserved a new model white limo, with all ththe bells and whistles. A black limo with rusted body panels, faded and peeling faux leather roof arrived. After calling the owner, who never picked up (out of town) the kids were forced to use the run down car. Upon arrive to their first destination they complained of a poor a/c, 12- teenagers 6 in dresses and makeup, and a sound system that didn’t work. Called again and was hung up on. After repeated attempts after the event to resolve, we never heard back and was always told” I’ll call you back”. We filled a claim with our cc company and also with the BBB & State’s Attorney General under the premise of “ bait & switch”. The worst part is these kids paid for it with their own money! Working extra hours to make their last school event a great one...that didn’t happen. The only bright side was the driver, Theresa, who did all she could to make the night a good one for the kids.

We hired them for my daughters sweet 16 party. Had been told they would call and confirm several times throughout the week we never heard from them. We called them the day before and the day of to confirm and then reconfirmed. We sat at our house with my daughter and two of her friends until it was twenty minutes past the time the limo was supposed to be there. We called them it took several times for them to finally answer the phone just to be told someone hit the back of their limo. No call to tell us this we were just left waiting. After 30 minutes of back and forth with them they finally just said they werent going to be able to make it. We asked how we were supposed to get the girls up there bc there were 8 girls waiting on a ride to the party they just said ok. My daughter had to call all her friends last minute to tell them the limo wasnt coming not to mention she was almost late to her own party. They ruined this beautiful day we had planned to celebrate our daughter. Horrible horrible customer service and integrity I would NOT recommend them if you need someone you can count on

We hired this company for an event. They couldnt have been more courteous, professional, and were always on time. Will be doing business with them in the future and I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks a lot guys!!

DO NOT USE!We booked A First Class Limo for transportation to and from the airport for our honeymoon. We paid in full in advance. They seemed rather disorganized from the start but our ride to the airport showed up as scheduled. HOWEVER, we had booked a round trip package. We PAID for pick up service as well. They didnt even schedule it! When we got back from our honeymoon there was no one at the airport to pick us up. When we finally reached someone, the owner Mike, we were told it was never scheduled despite getting our flight information by email. This was confirmed! To add insult to being left at the airport, we were told we could be reimbursed for a cab! When told this was not acceptable, we were told our money would be refunded. It has not been and every effort to reach them on the matter since has been igored. We are protesting the charge and reporting them to the BBB. I would warn anyone to stay away from this company! Terrible customer service!

1st rate piece of crud company is what it should be called. Mike Mason is an absolute terrible business man. Has just ruined my wedding by NOT EVEN SHOWING UP. My husband bragged how great his limo service was and he even said that driver was Awesome! So I decided to book them for my Bachelorette party looking forward to my night now! This company is horrible. I had rented black on black SUV for 6 young adults for prom on April 16th. I asked if it would be a problem for pick up to be at 6:45pm at a different address to accommodate everyone. Mike and Teresa assured me that it would not be an issue. So we moved forward with the rental. On the day of prom, needless to say no one showed. I called at 7:15 pm to ask where is the limo. Sandra K, told me that she would call me back in 2 minutes. Never called.... I called back at 7:45 pm (around), and was told that there was a mechanical breakdown, and I was the second one that had called. She also said that she was New on the job and there was nothing she could do. But Then she tells me I have a balance of $387... No maam it was paid in full. Them she apologized and confirmed. Then I get a call on Sunday while I am in the hospital with my daughter, that they had placed a paper check under a may on a porch. I told them that I didnt have a mat on the porch. I asked them did they deliver it to the right address, I gave them my address, and she said yes. I continue to tell them that I had nothing. Then I get another call stating that they had placed it at the address in which they were scheduled to pick up... Really? Now I called and Mike tells me that he was the one that placed the check under the mat and that theres no way the check could be wet... Im sorry did I miss something. He continues to tell me that if some one f***s with the check then they gonna a f***ing problem. I asked him if he didnt think it would have been more professional had he called me to pick it up, or refunded it back to my card. He says they dont work like that.. This is the worst limo company ever.

Contracted this company for a 50th anniversary trip to downtown San Antonio on Sept 2nd 2017. Made a $150 deposit . Limo never showed and I had to call at the time they were scheduled to arrive . Their answer was :sorry the scheduled forgot you . After being promised an explanation and a refund I still have received neither 3 weeks after the fact . Do NOT USE them .

This limo company is just what its name states--FIRST CLASS! From the moment I called to inquire to the very last second of our ride. When I called I spoke to Mike who was very accommadating & gave me some great ideas & suggestions. A BIG + was that he would allow us to rent on an hourly basis vs a 3 hour minimum. 2 hours was just perfect for 9 screaming 9 year old girls. Our theme was DIVAs so when he said he would throw in their red carpet-literaly, it just made it perfect. So every time our chauffeur Eckhert opened the Hummer Limo door he had already put the red carpet out. The girls loved feeling like they were celebs coming out of limo & standing on the carpet! He arrived 15 minutes early so it wouldnt cut int our time and got us in and out of 4 place in that time frame!!! I would highly recommend A First Class Limo. They are a veteran friendly, very courteous & professional company.

Setting up a time with Mike was horrible, he was late. The day of pickup, he made some excuse, never came for pickup, and stopped calling me back. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY

Dont know about their service. Had reservations for dinner for my wifes birthday. Waited 30 minutes after they were supposed to be there to pick us up. We drove ourselves.

WORST limo service in San Antonio, we booked them yesterday for a concert transfer, driver should have arrived at 7:15, at 7:30 after calling them several times the owner MIKE finally picked up the phone only to say he would check what was happening (he had no idea the driver hadnt arrived), he took 15 more minutes to find out the limo had mechanical problems, we ended up taking taxis and arrived when the concert had already started, not only they did not provide the service but they never notified us they wouldnt do it until we called them, if you dont want to ruin your night DONT USE THEM.
