****AWESOME JOB**** We were traveling through,on our way back from a wedding and our brakes started giving us problems. The employees (I wish I could remember their names) were so professional and helpful. They were genuinely concerned about us having a safe road trip and made time for us to get our brakes and rotors fixed. Thank you!

My husband took my vehicle there today 8/20/2021 for a simple break change. When he drove off he realized after reaching 10-15 mph our car began to shake and making a thumping noise. When he called back to ask about it the GENERAL MANAGER suggested we take it to a tire shop .... because there’s nothing wrong with my breaks. And Yes, he was correct there was nothing wrong with the breaks.. BUT when my husband took it to the tire shop literally across the street they informed him this location did not tighten the lug nuts down.. the tech was able to LOOSEN the and remove them with his hands. Of course my husband is upset because I (6 months pregnant) & our 3 year old we’re in the car and the potential danger of a tire falling off.My husband calls this location back and speaks to ERIC (The GM) and he blames my husband accusing him of lying, false accusations.. questioned where he drove, where he took it, and Basically told my husband it is not their fault and called my husband a LIAR. My husband was simply asking for him acknowledge the problem and offer a partial refund.. I can not blame this entire establishment.. but to know the GM is so unprofessional, and would sign off on a vehicle in that condition is alarming. NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE.

The techs are all nice guys and great at communicating. For some reason, I was lied to about parts that needed replacing. Dont know if it was to make the store some money or what. I was told I needed new tie rods even though they were replaced the day before. Got a second opinion from my personal mechanic today to confirm my suspicions. Maybe just werent trained properly. No issues besides this.

I had a repair I needed done, and badly. Both lower arm bars. Like, wont drive if breaks. They did it same day. Its amazing how much better it drives. Everybody was polite and friendly. The front desk clerk/mechanic answered all my questions with a smile. I feel good spending the money knowing I have a warranty. Thank you guys again!

Please read the bad reviews. White manager with shaggy hair ATTEMPTED to have me replace calibers and rotors after telling him I knew they were fine and my brakes were too, I just am rough on brakes and doing preventative. Attempted to add on air filter which I didn’t ask to check. Car was squealing pulling from bay and I asked why. He said, and I quote, “that’s what happens when you get the cheapest brake jobs, it’s going to squeal!!” When I walked back to my car where service men were already hiking it up to check right tire he THREW CLIP BOARD DOWN AND TOLD THEM TO TAKE MY CAR DOWN, I WASN’T PAYING MORE. The two young guys had already popped tire off and one said a flap on caliber was pressing on rotor and he would bend back. After they put back tire and started so I could leave they both apologized saying the guy was a di*k and they had told him about the noise earlier. Don’t go here. I was quoted $490 for a brake job and oil change. I’m disgusted. Will be placing BBB complaint.Update: As of today I still have yet to hear back. Disappointing and will be requesting refund with bank.

I went into brake check for a wheel alignment just as an extra precaution for a road trip my family and I were taking the following day. I really appreciated that they took me in right away at our scheduled time and checked my truck. And I especially appreciated the fact that they didn’t try to cheat me out of any money. After looking my truck over, they found that everything was good and didn’t need any work.

Sasha was very thorough and professional. She did a walk around the vehicle with me while it was on the rack and she informed me of the immediate needs that my wifes SUV required as well as recommended maintenance that it could need in the near future. She beat the estimated completion time which i appreciated very much. Great job Sasha and team!👍

I came in with a brake grinding noise, but it was strange because the brakes did not squeal before grinding. I explained my situation and they treated me with respect and did not talk down to me or try to tell me my brakes were bad. Brake Check brought my vehicle in to look at it to find that a tire weight came off the tire and lodged itself in-between the caliper and rotor, not causing any damage to any components. They told me the good news and sent me on my way with recommendation to get my wheel balanced. Will definitely return to this business!

Hi,Its very Awesome experience. I needed to replace my Brake Pad and so I made a Phone call and was told to just come down. In just last then an hour it was done. The staff was great and you should go and see for yourself. Thank you Richard

I got my brakes done here about a month and a half ago. I paid almost $500 just so my brakes can still make a horrible screeching sound still. I brought it back a week or 2 later and was told “we didn’t hear anything’ then was told well maybe your rotors need to be replaced’ after going with all the recommend services the first time around. Very frustrating after paying so much money I will not be going back again.

I showed up over 2 hours early because I remembered my appointment time incorrectly. They went ahead and worked me into the schedule anyway. They didnt have to but they did it. They checked my brakes and found them to be good enough and told me that. They aligned the wheels. My car feels great to drive.I felt like they went out of their way to do right by me. I brought my car in to have the brakes changed even though I was warned not to go there. I brought my car in for an 11:30 appointment, I ended up calling someone to pick me up around 1:30 as my car hadn’t even been looked at yet, I was told it would only be an hour longer but I had to get back to work. I didn’t get a call until 4:45 that my car was done but was jumpy whole braking. This wasn’t happening before I brought it in. The guys recommended I buy new rotors but I did not want them to do more work in my vehicle. When I picked it up it is indeed jumpy when braking but I also have a rattle now while driving which wasn’t there when I droppedIt off. I will say, only bring your car here if you want more things to go wrong with it once you get it back.I emailed customer service as I didn’t feel it was 5 star service and their suggestion was to take my vehicle to another location. I would not feel comfortable doing that.

My experience at brake check number 422 was a good one. The guy there was friendly and didnt make me feel pressured into getting extra things done. But there are a few things I still need to get done and as long as brake check can do it, Im going back.

Very thorough on the inspection and recommendations. Stay in contact with you throughout the process.

Scheduled an alignment online and got in/out without issue. The manager showed me my camber and toe readings and explained the procedure. After adjusting, he drove the car twice to check the progress which was nice. End results are a car that is aligned straight and a steering wheel that isnt crooked. Only knocking a star off because I didnt get a printout of the alignment because they were out of ink. Otherwise, a nice experience.

Had my friends car serviced here. We paid over $400 and were told our brakes would be fixed and then after picking the car up, the brakes quickly became worse than how they were before dropping it off to be fixed.

They were professional and quality . When it comes to mechanics they do it well. My own experience with getting my brakes, and rotors reset, a brake light, and an oil change was I felt the work really improved my daily driver. Keep up the great work guys!!!!!

It started out bumpy because they couldn’t take the locks off my wheels, I actually had to leave and find a place to do it. They worked with me and got my alignment and brakes done and were able to help me in the most cost effective way.

To start off, I normally repair my own brakes and such, but my mother was in the hospital and I work a full time job so I needed my brakes done by someone else. I go to work and allow my wife to bring my truck in while I am at work. I had called ahead of time and they said they would get me in and out. It took almost 2 1/2 hours, not to mention they tried to tell her I needed a new $200 rotor, which I did not. The reason I know this is because I took my truck to another mechanic later that day, because brake check would not install the rotor, because I had argued with them about it. The mechanic informed me that not only was my rotor fine like I had known, but they did not even install the new hardware. He also informed me that this place used to be called Brake Os, but they were shut down for charging customers for unnecessary items. Go figure. Unfortunately my mother passed away, and I was not able to see her before. All I can say is what a company. Poor ethics. Only giving a star because Google requires me to.

Took my car back the next day after learning it would take 4 hours and prepaying for service to be performed the next day. I arrived at 12:15 for a 12:30 appointment and they didnt even get my car into the bay until 1:37. Then after taking my tires off it sat up there for another hour untouched. I noticed people the had other appointments for free inspections getting thier cars checked while mine sat and even several people came in without appointments for oil changes and were in and out within 45 minutes.

Tasha (Store manager) did an awesome job walking me to the bay and showing me exactly what was needed for my truck and even pointed out other things that I should start looking into doing in the future for preventative maintenance. Got my brake pads replaced (Best price on all of Marbach by the way) and I will definitely be back here for any other maintenance on my truck.

Went very well, and was quite surprised. I will be back to get my rear brakes fixed.Just one thing is that i wish they wore gloves cause there hands had oil or products and dirt on them and it was all over the steering wheel and shift

I took my 2008 chrysler t&c in because the abs system lights were on. They checked thoroughly and told me the brake pads,, rotors etc were good but computer was faulty.This is a special order part which needed to be prepaid. It arrived within a week and we scheduled the repair. They installed the new part, test drove the van and returned it in one day. Service manager was attentive and courteous. The new system of sending update messages was a pleasant surprise.

I would only goto brake check for small simple things. Called Saturday about my axle bearings breaking. The guy i was talking to said my axle might be bent and itll cost about 320 for both sides. Got my car towed few days later and dropped off with my own bearings for a full day. Went to pick it up, told me my rear tire is wobbling and they have no idea what it could be so they told me to take it somewhere else. But they took my 450 to put bearings on axle that might be bent?. I would only go here for small things.

I love this location, I come here for all of my oil changes and have had brakes and a few rotors replaced since getting my current car and the staff are always very friendly and professional and I have never had ANY issues whatsoever thanks to their impeccable service!

Great customer service, my car needed a lot of work and they knocked it out quickly as well as provided me a detailed breakdown of what my car needed and didn’t need.

The whole team here is nice, respectful, and knowledgeable. I was able to get in right away. They took me into the garage to show me the problem with my vehicle first hand. They easily explained the issue in words I could understand. I would highly recommend them and, although I hope I dont have to take my car for repairs anytime soon, when I do have to, I will glady take my car to them.

Was thorough. Wanted everything checked due to a front end accident over a year ago....also just recently had new tires put on and a lift and wanted an alignment done to square my truck away.

Same day service, not too long. Started immediately after arriving and the 30 minute check.

The store manager finished servicing my vehicle well before the quoted time. Super friendly staff. I’ll be going out of my way to get my future alignments done here and future car servicing. 10/10 thanks again!

This is the second review,as the first was deleted, my husband took his chrysler in for new brakes and ended up leaving with damages. We picked up after hours in the dark and when we arrived home noticed the headlight was out. Which was not like that before. When we called in the morning the female that answered claimed we brought it in like that,which was not true because she would have brought that to our attention had it been broken. We checked our initial paper work and nothing was noted. When we arrived to brake check, the female receptionist changed the paperwork to match her statement. Not only that but in day light you could see damage done to the back bumper, like someone hit it with a large hot metal object. When we made formal complaints and comments we were greeted with numbers and names to which no one returned our calls or messages. I will not be supporting this business anymore. Ive never been treated so poorly.

I went here recently to get my rear brakes done since I came to the same shop last year and they did my front brakes. I do not recommend this shop. My car still shakes when I brake at 40mph. I was there for 3 hours for my rear brakes and rotors to be replaced. There was a guy that came in 40 minutes after I did and he got his rear brakes done as well and they had him in and out about 40 minutes before I was done. My car was left while they worked on others. I had my front brakes done towards the end of last year at this shop and now all of a sudden they said my calipers were bending the brake pads they replaced and they wouldnt fix it unless I bought all new stuff. I never had an issue until they fixed it. When I brake now it makes noises even though it didnt even do that when my brakes were bad. Now I have to go somewhere else and have both sets of brakes looked at and fixed and make sure I can drive my car without worrying it will fail on me.

I bought their lifetime alignment package for around $150 and went back in for another. Mike took me in shortly and confirmed the exact alignment specs i was looking for. Car drives amazingly well now. The whole time i was there, he treated myself and other customers with utter respect, professionalism and friendliness. Will never go anywhere else for alignments, even oil changes. They have amazing deals on oil changes. Just ask Mike!

I came here on October to get my car alligment and at the time I was satisfied with the customer service, however they did a bad alligment on my car what not only messed up two new tires but also had to take it to the shop for other repairs caused by the bad work. It hasnt been 6 months yet and I need to get new tires again and another alligment. 😐

We went over here yesterday to get our brakes fixed and they put all of our break pads on wrong. I will never go to this location again. And now its like they dont want to fix their mistake mainly when the break bads have a warranty

Eric helped me during my visit, courteous service, actually takes time to explain well what is happening to the car. I went for alignment and oil change and was ready in less than one hour, very efficient.

09/20/2020: as of this experience its been great with the new management of Felipe and Eric I mainly dealt with Felipe and he gave me lots of great advice and he also had some great prices on some things where he could help me out I would say over all Im very happy with the service not to mention the service was quick once they got to my vehicle

These guys are so honest and trustworthy and I really appreciate that! I needed my brakes inspected because I was sure something was wrong because they didn’t feel right and they did a free inspection and told me my brakes looked perfectly fine! They were even able to locate the issue that was causing my issue and fixed it and it didn’t cost nearlyyyy as much as I was expecting to pay!! I was so happy about that. I will definitely utilize them in the future!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR FOR SERVICE HERE!! An employee that drove my car into the service bay stole AirPods that were in my car. I didn’t realize my AirPods were missing until I was trying to go the the gym and realized they were no longer in my car once I got to the gym. The employee blatantly lied to the manager saying I was wearing my AirPods when he gave me my car keys after servicing my vehicle. If you don’t want things missing from your vehicle, get your vehicle serviced elsewhere.

The man that helped me was a tall fellow with glasses . he chose to inform me to bring my car in when most convenient for my schedule to cleo a car check up instead of charging me for what MAY have been the issue . sweet guy and excellent service (:
