I would give them 22 stars and a million kisses and hugs. After the horrible Yellowcab screwed me and took over 3 hours to still not ever come pick my aunt up, I called Texas Town Car. The amazing dispatcher kindly gave my aunt a courtesy call to let her know why her ride was late. The driver was at my aunts door 10 minutes after I placed the request. Amazingly, she still arrived on time to her location due to their prompt service. To top it all off it cost less than the cab would have!
