Was charged 30$ for a normal haircut, even though 15$ was the price on the price list. Definitely not worth it! Waited for 3 hrs! Serious waste of my time and money! Students must stay away! definitely out of budget!

Ive been a regular client for almost 5 years. Never once got disappointed. Both Sam and Ibrahim are one of the best barber experts in the city who will do exactly what would you expect. The shop is very clean and you feel welcome at anytime. I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for great haircut/shave with reasonable price.

The worst barber you could ever go to in San Antonio, you could wait for two hours and still the barber (Ibrahim) would let people he knows to come in line in front of you, even if you came and write in the logbook before them. Ibrahim give a special treatment for people he know which an awful way to do business and pure discrimination. 👎🏼👎🏼

Waiting time too long. Even if you write on the wait list they don’t consider it. If you call them they will say that you can walk in but there are already three people always waiting, barber likes to watch tv and waste time. I only like Sam, she is the professional one, i suggest you’ll to take an appointment with only her and get a haircut. Rest others are unprofessional .

This is a first class barber shop. Master barbers with razor, scissors and clippers. Kind and courteous staff.. Downside cash only, no appointments, but only mildly inconvenientUpside you will get a great cut or shave at reasonable prices.My only place to go.

These guys are good at cutting hair...BUT I’ve been to good barbershops that are Good and Time efficient! Been waiting for an hour with 2 people in front of me. Barber moves with no sense of urgency at all and takes a break between each cut...like bro 🙄 really? Good, but not worth an hour wait guys. Time is money. Won’t be coming back.

Went there for the first time today. I told my barber, AK, that I didnt have strong preferences regarding my hair, just that I wanted it shorter and easy to maintain. I was pleased with the results. Theyre also open pretty late, which is nice.

Ibrahim is the guy to go to.Ive been coming here for 2 years and although all the barbers do a good job, Ibrahim is the best in my opinion.Ive been to a lot of places around town and this is by far the best Ive ever been to. They take their time and give the best service to every person that sits in their chair. That being said, the wait time could be a little long (sometimes) but I swear its worth the wait.Very Reasonable priceHot towel, eyebrow thread, eyebrow/face wax with good quality wax, straight edge razor, steam facials.They do an amazing job at a good price, ask for Ibrahim and tip your barber.

I work down the street from this place and I’ve been trying to go for over a year, but I was always skeptical because I already have a preferred barber I always go to. Today I had to try it because it was so convenient for me and let me tell you it was the best service I’ve had at a barber shop my barber was Sam and she is one of the best!!!she can cut curly hair like no other. It is hard to find someone that can mess with curly hair and actually give it a great cut and she truly is an expert with hair and she’s also very friendly and keeps you entertained while getting your cut not like other places where you are half asleep after the first 10 min into your cut.. great service definitely coming back in two weeks!!!! 🤙🏼

I was hoping to be the first customer of the day and wanted to get a quick hair cut before leaving town. I showed up to this shop at 10:25 and unfortunately ended up sitting in my car to 11:10, though the hours of operation are listed, opens at 1030. Ive been here twice before so I know the barbers are kind and do great work but was disappointed to have waited almost an hour for the store not to have opened at its listed time.

They are good but too slow so if you go in you have to waiting some time three or four hours you bee so tired. Just if they make it fast will be great.

Beyond terrible,1- way over priced yes he does a decent job but I have been taken haircuts in Michigan California and Idaho and with the best barbers and never had to pay more than $30 this guys charges $45!!! Doesnt even leave room for tips2- LONG waiting time I mean hours3- disrespectdis. this is my third time trying to get a haircut and everytime I go either closed in the middle of the day or they say theyre full. For the times I got haircuts with him he spends half of the time using his phone like I can see him on Facebook like come on man theres no better time to look at social media than while giving somebody a haircut???

I would say is the best barber there’re three barbers and they’re all professional i did my haircut each one of the and every was perfect and knew what exactly to do i like this place and since i came to San Antonio i tried some place but weren’t good as (Petra). Abo Sultan is one of the barbers there and he is my best ever and I’m not saying the other aren’t good but i like him because he’s funny and professional and he knows really what to do when i requested him in specific haircut.

Ive only gone to Ibrahim, however.... these gents are talented.Ive had bad experiences with barbers both with facial hair and the normal stuff. I did some research on how to speak the language (tapered on the sides, choppy/rough on top, and no preference on length) and they delivered the results.They take the time to do it right, precisely and unhurriedly they will give you what you ask for, and they do it better than any other barber Ive been to.Its not going to be quick, its not an in and out in 45 minutes, youre going to wait. But its worth it.Plus theyre open practically everyday and super late so youll be able to find a time that works for you.

The waiting list always has people lined up and ready to go. That tells you how good there barbers are when people wait for hours... my favorite is Moe aka Kojak. He Nasty wit dem clippers son 💯

If you come here you have to get your hair cut by Moe, he is truly an artist with the clippers. I am particularly very picky with how I like my hair and not very many barbers have been able to keep me satisfied on a consistent basis but I’ve been coming to Moe for about 4 months now and have no complaints.

Not going to lie, got out of work at 7pm and saw this place was still open to get me a haircurt. At first I was a little skeptical because Ive never been there and there was like 3 people in front of me waiting. I waited for about an hour and some minutes, YES an hour: After all at that time there were only 2 barbers. With this being said, I was looking at the attention to detail and service they were providing to every customer they had in the booth. When it was my turn, AK (barbers nickname) took care of me: made rapport with me, asked me every detail of my haircut and always had a smile in his face. To me, those details count and the wait was well worth it. THE BEST service and the best haircut Ive got in San Antonio. Period.

This place has a sign-in sheet. I was second of three in the queue. In came a Jordian Army Major. He waited a few minutes and then a second barber appears and serves the major. I got up and left. In America, you serve your clients in the order of the wait list. What a joke.

My wife called earlier, she was told that they closed at 8PM and dont need appointments. I went in at 7, the barber had a guy in the chair and one waiting. I was told on Monday they closed at 7, and every other day they close at 8. They also dont accept debit and credit, so keep that in mind.

Guess I stopped by during a lunch break...twice? I visited this location twice around the same time throughout the week hoping to walk-in and get a haircut. There was no one inside and the doors were locked even though the signs said open and the hours were posted as open.
