Nice space. Walk-in. It was the first official pandemic haircut for my teen son. My son didnt know what to ask for. Barber was friendly and walked him to the wall with the style options. I had to ask for barber to cut more and the edges/front hairline was not cleaned up. I would give them a try again, but be more specific of what my son needs up front to ensure its what we want.

Went there this Saturday 6.5.2021. These guys are REAL BARBERS best haircut I have received since moving to San Antonio (10) years ago. Jake was my barber but I would say you are in good hands with anyone of the men you are seated with....HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

It was my second time here and I have to say that they are very professional and have great barbers and stylists. I also looked them up and found so many really good reviews so decided to come and see for myself. Will come back.

My husband went in for a haircut on 10/17 in the afternoon and waited patiently for his turn but got passed over and over by other men who just came in the door. After the barbers were done with all the incoming customers they went to the back and totally ignored him! I should say my husband is white. I understand the business has a right to refuse service to anyone but they should’ve said something to him instead of pulling this passive-aggressive BS! As a woman of color I felt ashamed and embarrassed when he came back home upset and told me what happened. I truly hope they got a kick out of their power trip by treating him so poorly because of the color of his skin, I truly do. Because now I get to repay their “kindness” with this review and in the future, tell every one (whether I know them or not) to NEVER go to their establishment.

Always a good experience coming in to get a cut at Big Brothers! Good atmosphere and the barbers are on point! Zeus keeps me and my son looking sharp every week!

The majority of clientele are men, but they also will cut natural hair for women. Very friendly guys and comfortable environment. Only problem is the small parking lot but if you go during off hours there isnt a problem with that. I recommend!

AP hooked me up with a nice cut in a timely manner. He uses Booksy to setup appointments, which is really convenient.

The hair cuts are always clean, but its the fellowship and mentorship that makes Big Brothers a cut above the rest.

This place is great!! I started going here because it was close to my work. I have always had a little anxiety when going to a new barber shop, but the guys working here are very nice and professional. In my past experiences, some barbers have had a hard time cutting the top section of my hair but Jonathan hooks me up!! I have started making appointments with him because he pays such great detail, and always sends me out looking good!! Would recommend this spot to anyone!

Over priced. unfriendly. 25$ just for a line up. didnt even touch the top of my head so I could imagine what a full haircut would cost. guys didnt make me feel comfortable at all. definitely going to find a business that will appreciate my money and have better service.

Took my son in for the first time and asked how long was the wait. I was told there was only one gentleman ahead of us so we waited patiently. The gentleman was getting his haircut and in walked a few more customers. The barbers seemed to have known them and took care of them first. More and more people walked in and were tooken care of ahead of my child as well. After 7 people and 2 hours of waiting patiently we left. So disrespectful and unprofessional...

Came through as a walk in and was helped immediately. I was asked if i had an appointment as soon as I walked through the door, unlike previous reviews. At least three of the barbers greeted me and engaged in conversation while I was there (4 there at the time). The cut, although a little on the expensive end at $25, was dope. Even my wife asked if I found a barber when I walked through the door because she was diggin the fade. I got a card from the barber to set up an appointment next time to be sure I don’t have to wait. I’ll give a few more rounds before I make a final decision but I am more than happy.

I never do any reviews so thats how you know its bad. Unfriendly service from the moment i walked in. Over priced ($25) for a simple cut that i asked for that was also messed up. The person who was cutting my hair was also high as a kite which is something you just love to see from a professional business (sarcasm). Definitely a 10 out of 10 would not recommend. Hope this review helps you not make the same mistake i did.

My Husband and I moved here from Austin and his main concern was finding someone that can cut his hair. This barber was highly recommended from someone in passing.My husband reached out for a haircut and after calling twice on 2 separate days of the week no answer. My husband decided to come up to the shop and was able to get a hair cut as a walk in. Two weeks later on a Wednesday my husband txt to make an appointment for that Saturday and was told if you are looking to schedule an appointment go to this website for now on.Customer service is a lost art and this proves it. Its not always what you say its how you say it that can make or break a PROFESSIONAL relationship. I have 3 sons that would have come to this barber and that would have been an easy $200.00 a month in his pockets seeing that the men in my household get their hair cut every 2wks.Not only did they lose money but they lost a positive review for their business.Be sure to look around for a barber that fits all of your needs before settle for someone that comes recommended. I wish we had read the fine print at the bottom of the recommendation which would have read horrible customer service but can do a good cut

Called and asked about an available spot after 6pm, when they close at 7pm, was told it would be $40. Terrible professionalism on the phone. Not a good way to do business. Thanks but No Thanks

Claim to be an appointment only barbershop yet, there’s is not one indication of that anywhere. Not on the website, sign and no one there even tells you that as you walk in and sit for hours.What’s worse is the lack of customer service. I get the feeling the people working there don’t like their job very much. They give you salty looks and they don’t even greet you and ask if you have an appointment or do anything normal people in a customer service based business would do.I would’ve been there longer had I not asked them how long the wait is just for them to answer ‘’ uhh you got an appointment, otherwise we booked’’What? Then told me I could come on Sunday but it would be double price for a cut. Whaaaaaaat?? Keep your money.They should look for another job. I felt hustled and I didn’t even pay. More so hustled me out of time.

Very great experience while at this Barbershop. Very friendly and professional staff. Joe cut me up very well.I do recommend you call or go on the Booksy or Styleseat app to book an appointment beforehand as this Barbershop can get packed sometimes.

Impossible to get a haircut as a walk in, place is always packed with appointment people. I walked in 5 barbers and still took 3 hrs to get a cut.

Rude and inconsiderate ... we made an appointment not once but twice with the barber named Rico and he was late both times and didnt even apologize for being late on the contrary he got defensive! Never again will I go there or recommend this barber to anyone!
