Paid 23$ for an undercut not a full haircut and the barber gave me a 10$ back and gave themselves a 7 dollar tip. First and last time for me.

Needed a Cut early in the Morning and I seen the doors open glad I checked it out because Will was there and ready to serve. He welcomed me in very Professionally, he calmed me down with conversation and current events and went on to give me one Hell of a haircut!!! Will really set my day in motion and I would recommend this place to anyone friends and family as I have!!!

Scheduled an appointment through the online portal for 5:30 pm today. It charged $10 up front to lock the appointment in. Showed up after work (really looking forward to a cut) and they were closed. Called the number and the guy who answered said they were “done for the day”. When I told him my situation, I didn’t even get an apology, he just told me I could come in tomorrow and pick up my $10. I’m brand new to the area and usually get cuts once per month… now I’m back on the hunt for a local barber shop.

Very poor service, I had a bad experience with the barber cutting my neck accidentally with the clippers. Poor clippers. Very unhygienic. I wouldn’t go back ever again.

I went for a haircut they took like a half an hour to cut half my head. The entire time my barber kept stopping to talk with his coworkers. And at the end when I went to pay tried to steal 5 dollars from me.he said the hair cut off was 25 and I gave him 40. I saw him slowly count out the wrong amount of bills but I thought I saw wrong. So I went back in to confront him. I didn’t notice at first until I counted and went back to the store and the same man tired to hand me 3 dollars. Then looked at me and noticed I noticed and added another 2 dollars. I regret I even tipped. I will never go back to this place again. I also asked my roommate to rix the back of my hair that messed up. I was in the military for 5 years and used to get this hair cut every week for 11 dollars. And I got the worst cut for twice as much and had a guy try to steal from me.

Didnt get anything resembling the cut I asked for. Was willing to over look the fact that it was cut way shorter than I asked for until I combed it out and found that large sections had barely been cut and the part that was barely cut was cut uneven and lop sided. As long as the hair cut took I would have expected it to be even.

In the cut is the only place I go for my haircuts. I take both of my sons and I get my own haircuts here. The owner, Will, is extremely professional and all staff here can cut some dang hair. STOP GETTING YOUR HAIRCUT ANYWHERE ELSE AND SWITCH TO IN THE CUT

This review is for a men’s haircut experience and written from my husbands POV:Came here for a men’s haircut. Walk ins are accepted. Maybe it was due to COVID but the staff here is limited. The lady that worked here really, REALLY took her time. Total wait time for a haircut with 2 people ahead of me: 1.5 hours. $20 for a haircut looking like a bad buzz cut when I asked for a medium fade leaving room at the top. I have never had such a horrible haircut or experience. The lady pulled my hair and yanked it hard while snipping away and it hurt. I would never recommend this place or come back again.

I just moved to the medical center area. I was out looking for a regular barber. As soon as I walked in the door. I knew, I had found my new barber shop. This place is wonderful.

The staff here are awesome. They take great care of my son everytime we come by. We moved across town but still make the drive to get a cut when needed. They are great with kids and Ive watched them work magic on all hair types.

Will did a great job. He was fast but took his time and paid attention to detail. My son looks great and I appreciate being able to walk-in and still get great service.

Messed up my haircut

This may be the worst barbershop I have ever been to. The barber messed up my hair horribly and when he saw me getting upset he started being extremely rude. Instead of being sympathetic the owner across from me is laughing. Your money would be better spent literally anywhere else.

Sometimes changes are necessary and when it comes to Barbers Im super picky... First off, He got me in early and took the time to ask me about every detail, made sure the cut was exactly how I wanted and even surprised me when he did better than I had envisioned myself!

The best hair cut my son has ever had. 5 stars all the way. Will be coming back. Thanks for the amazing haircut for my son!

I walked in without an appointment and was kindly greeted by Will and Joseph. Will took me right away and made sure to ask me exactly what I wanted before starting. Will has great attention to detail and the fade came out absolutely perfect; I have no idea how he was able to do it so quickly. You are getting a barber who is truly passionate about his craft when you come to In the Cut and you will never go anywhere else again.

Without a doubt the best barbershop Ive been to in years. Will makes sure he knows exactly what you want before starting and leaves you satisfied every time. Try it out if youve had bad experiences before and need a place that does it right the first time.

Been here twice. Will took care of me the first time and Yoseph the second time. Both of them are excellent barbers. I know Ill be going back whenever I need to look fresh. These guys know whats up.

Husband only goes to his barber... but needed a last minute haircut and we decided to give this place a try. he said he was greeted as soon as he walked in by Yoseph. the place was clean and a nice set up with multiple TVs! Walked in with no appointment on a Sunday afternoon and really squared me in my grandson away in no time. Quite impressed with his handiwork. Will be a regularly returning customer.

Haven’t paid for a haircut in over 5 years after a few bad experiences but thought after I met one of their barbers promoting their shop I’d give them a shot. I called in and will made me a appointment and did a great job. Will be returning.
