DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE! Staff sits around and just gossips. How do you mess up a beard?

Worse haircut I ever had, definitely wont come back again, waste of money, I would have done better job by myself and not spending all tht money for a bad haircut, not recommended at all.

Great barbershop very polite respectful and well tanleted barber I finally found a shop I will always go get my haircut and refer family and friends as well as recommend you go see Val for a female she can really really cut hair the best🙏💪

A laid back environment while maintaining professional and courteous service. My first time there and Israel (Izzy) took good care of me and made sure I was satisfied with my hair cut, beard trim and line up. Will be going back to see him.

We usually get really great haircuts here. I have been taking my son here for a while but he is very disappointed with the services right now. Sadly we will not be returning his haircut was not the way he wanted it and now we have to wait for his hair to grow back.

Say they close at 8, I walk up to the door at 7 and they lock the door. Whats the point of having hours posted if you dont stay true to them.

I’ve been here three times now and haircuts are on point with Aaron. I had an appointment at noon and the OPEN sign was on but the front door was locked. Tried to reach out to Aaron and no answer so I reached out to the owner. Owner said “he’s probably still sleeping, nothing I can do”. I told him “you allow this to happen in your shop? You’re not worried about your reputation?” He says he’s not worried about his reputation and that he’s fine and it’s Sunday so he doesn’t have time to hear what I have to say then hangs up. Great way to run a business and keep customers loyal 👍🏼

The most recent time I went there, the only barber in the shop cut my hair how he wanted; not how I told him to cut it. I have cornrows, so all I wanted was a line with a slight taper on the sideburns. Can someone tell me why he faded the first half inch of my hairline? Ooh....and he charged me $35. Never again.

Just got a haircut from Tim. He was a nice guy, but He had a rough hand, and was cutting in a rush. I showed him a pic of a bald drop fade, and got a Great clips looking military haircut!I look like an idiot!There was a guy in the front who gave a really nice fade to his client, and looked like he was taking his time! Wish I could’ve booked w him! 😔

I just overpaid for a haircut. I wasn’t happy with the results of the cut either. She didn’t do what I asked her to perform and overcharged me.

He cut my son but other than that the haircut was amazing.Yet Sadly i won’t return.

Went in a few days ago as a walk in to try it out. Received the absolute worst cut I’ve ever had. It’s as if she did whatever she thought she thought would look good and not what I asked for. I have terrible vision so I can’t exactly see what anyone is doing to my hair until after I put my glasses back on. Not worth the price. I will never be coming back here.

They put me with a guy said he was in the phone and would be right with me...meanwhile 15 minutes later still waiting in his chair while 2 other spots were open... guess it was his turn...then he started cutting my hair while on phone still at same time! Filing for aid or unemployment or something!!! Very unprofessional and wayyyyy overpriced for a simple haircut...

This establishment seriously needs some way of keeping track on who is first and goes where because just sitting down waiting for a barber to look at you can have people waiting for hours and people going ahead of you, seriously unprofessional. A very choppy and oddly layered haircut. I said to leave some hair on the side and once I saw my skin in the mirror where hair used to be I just accepted my fate. My hair was cut and styled entirely different from the way it was walking in, little to no questions were asked, and overall I was just given a poor quality haircut similar to every other guy in San Antonio. Don’t want to be rude but I just did not like the quality of the colored hair ladies cut. Also I was charged 25 instead of 20 listed somewhere which may have been a tip automatically placed, or I could be incorrect, either way not worth the price.

Took my youngest son for the first time to this shop today. Not only did my kid get an incredible haircut, we had a blast being there. The energy in this shop was really good, and Jen was so much fun! Everyone was great! My son never likes getting haircuts, and he’s already asking when we can go back! I highly recommend this shop!!

Worse cut I ever had in a while. The barber and I had a great conversation. I tipped him 10.00. I get home and theres a large bald spot on the center back of my head. If he didnt see it then he shouldnt be working there. Honesty would have garaunteed me coming again... He didnt do that...

The lady that cut my hair did a really bad job. Its is all uneven and i had to to go back twice back and it still looked awful.

Took my son for a haircut today, the haircut was alright the guy was talking to my 14 year like he was 30 years old and it was so hot!! All the barbers were complaining about the air! Not the place to be in summer!

Second time going. First time had to wait 1 hr and 30 minutes until he finally finished cutting hair and he still messed up a simple fade. Second time I waited over an hour for someone to even notice people waiting. Waste of time, I highly recommend supercuts before this place.

So I went for a cut today, and I simply asked for a simple fade and it didn’t even came out too well, then I asked to get my beard done and the dude didn’t even do nothing to it but one side, y’all need to be cutting hair for like 30+ years to cut hair well. Honestly

Was looking for a new place to cut my hair and tried this place out. BIG MISTAKE. This is a typical pre-madonna shop with diva barbers who god forbid have to take a walk in. 1st time i went in w/out an appt waited over an hour to get a haircut (i was there right when they opened to) then i finally get my haircut and got the barbers card and he said to call him to schedule appt.Next time I wanted a haircut I text this barber twice..no response..then i called the shop and asked for him. I asked HIM when the best time was to see him and he said to come in at 10 am. I came in and he wasnt even there. Some girl told me, he should be in soon. 40 min later the dude hadnt shown up. IN between that time, did the barber bother to call the shop and say he was running late? NO..did any of the other two barbers there ask to see if i was doing ok. NO...did the barbers offer to call John and see if he was coming..NO..they just kept on cutting hair as if i wasnt there.I shouldve never went back after the first time when i heard a barber tell the girl barber that his upcoming client could wait, since he only paid him the base haircut price and didnt tip. Tipping is a form of gratuity or gratitude for a job well done...NOT A REQUIREMENT.Glad i found out quick this place is garbage.

The lady that used to cut my hair here moved and I followed her. However, when I would go the other barbers and stylists were nice and their work looked good.

Long wait if youre a walk-in.. I didnt know that it was best to have an appt instead.. Highly suggest you make an appt so you dont have to wait that long.. But other than that.. Great haircut and customer service. Will definitely be there again but with a appt

Been here a few times and there’s always something wrong today I went in the morning and got a cut and it was hot(hotter than outside) the conditioning system is not working and I was sweating fans everywhere mind you I worked after so went to work sweaty thanks bexar, and to top it off barbers know how bad the owner is and doesn’t fix it barbers pitching in percents to help pay for a/c so sad
