We were a vendor for a quince. The ballroom is nice and has a great view. I did think it was best to accommodate no more than 150 people. It is an older building with only 2 stalls for the ladies room. It was clean and well maintained. The rest of the building was actually apartments for senior citizens ( I was surprised to learn that). They had security downstairs and was plenty nice. 3 elevators to get to the ballroom from the lobby.
