Beautiful venue. I dont know if this was a one stop hall? Meaning food and decoratins dj photo booth robot etc.. Was included but my god it was breath taking

Caller takes to long to call numbers. My number was on the board, but a sleeper called out bingo after 3 mins long. Not enough computers. People buy to many.. we need $6 $ COMPUTERS again...

Went for a cousins quincenera aka 15th debut birthday! Reception was fettuccine Alfredo with little bit of chicken. More sauce than food & no seconds. Tasty but still hungry! Mariachis were pretty good & played couple songs I didnt recognize! Now dance & DJ was great thank God-tejano norteno columbianas country disco pop group slide dances & so forth- sounded dang good! Lucky bingo just a ballroom hall aka event center!

I normally like playing at all the Callaghan locations but on this night 12/3/2020 I noticed for the first time ever that they let this gentleman play the optional game without buying a computer he came in when the optional was about to start sat down and the ushers waited on him he bought the paper optional game only which is not fair to us who have to buy a computer or paper package they should have told him that he could not play until he bought a computer or paper package. If he would have won I was going to bring it to their attention that he did not have a computer. By the way this is not the first time he has done this, this is just the first time I am able to get a good picture the guy. Please take care of this. He does this all the time and the ushers let him because he talks to them alot.

Beautiful indoor venue. Downfall they do not allow you to bring in water since they sell it there. Another downfall all drinks and snacks are cash only. They have an ATM that chargers $3 per transaction. Sooo take cash

I recently had my wedding at lucky ballroom. Venue is recently renovated very nice. However, that is not the reason for my poor rating. The staff members (as noted in other reviews, which I just saw right before writing this review) is a HUGE problem. My cousin was asked to leave my wedding by the security guard because he politely asked a staff member at the snack bar (who was not busy just standing there doing nothing) if she could get someone to take out the trash because it was over filled. She apparently was appalled by him asking her to do that and so she rudely told him that this was not her job. I do not know who’s job it is to take out the trash when full but certainly she would know and could have handled it. My concern is I am paying to rent your place out, it should not be your decision to ask someone to leave if it is not a big deal,this was my wedding and I do not feel like this was so big of an issue that he had to be asked to leave without my permission. Because of this one of my family members was unable to share this special day with us. And to top it off i saw the exact same lady who he asked, taking out the trash at the end of the night(do have a picture). I heard from other guest too that staff was rude throughout the night. I spoke the the lady who does follow up calls after events when she called me to ask me how everything went, she apologized and said she would give me a call back some answers. Two weeks later still no call back.

There were so many tables jam-packed into the venue that it got quite warm and close. Literally... plenty of parking but cant deny its a bingo hall. I believe about 500 capacity. Really tight getting around.

Computers are double action. Meaning two numbers in each square increasing chances to win. But often two or more win a single game due to double action computers. Location is clean, nice staff, with a really nice snack bar even have 🍺 beer and 🍷 wine food cooked fresh.

Went for a wedding and the place was absolutely beautiful. Clean, up to date and they were really able to transform the place into something wonderful. The space is also awesome for a big crowd.

Newly remodeled. It is beautiful inside. Hadnt been there in awhile and was surprised when I went inside. Staff was amazing too. The establishment was very clean. Staff continuously were checking bathrooms and cleaning up any spills.

Very nice place and a nice setup. Bring cash for the concession stand $4 for 12oz beer. Setup are $5 but they need to add more cherries and olives in my opinion a gallon of of cherries is about $10-15. A hand full of cherries or 2 would make people buy more. The juice is over priced too. 2 different prices. Im gonna have to do it like the movies and sneak in my own cherries and juice, beer, chips. Lol

I would give less but it wont let me. We went with our 4 year old first time bingo outing so we were all excited. As we are walking up the security guard walked out very rude and said you boys need to take off the baseball caps and put in car. We would have no problem with that if he has asked nicely and didnt see people walking in and out with baseball caps. My hubby was wearing his Military Veterans hat seriously. So we left and went to Circus Bingo down Culebra Rd who welcomed us very nicely. In fact my 4 year old won one of the games which was $750.00 how cool was that. I so recommend not coming to this place and try circus bingo you will have a BLAST.

Today will be the last time I ever go to Lucky Bingo. Jonah is the rudest caller ever. I had stopped going to Golden bingo because of him. He is rude to the clients n to the runners. If I go to one of the Golden family bingos n see him there I will just leave.
